And this is conducted on cabin crew members in airlines with autonomy based on image making standards and a total of 109 copies are used for final analysis. First, the image-making autonomy show significant positive (+) influence on all of the sub-factors of job enthusiasm such as job vitality, job commitment, and job commitment. Second, all sub-factors of job enthusiasm, job vitality, job commitment and job commitment show a significant positive (+) influence on service performance. Third, service performance show a significant positive (+) influence relationship on organizational performance. 摘要

本研究旨在分析空乘人员形象塑造自主性对工作热情、服务绩效和组织绩效的影响。并根据图像制作标准,对具有自主权的航空公司的空乘人员进行了这项研究,总共有109份副本用于最终分析。第一,形象塑造自主性对工作热情的工作活力、工作承诺、工作承诺等各子因子均有显著的正(+)影响。(2)工作热情、工作活力、工作承诺、工作承诺对服务绩效均有显著的正向(+)影响。第三,服务绩效对组织绩效呈现显著的正向(+)影响关系。因此,预计今后航空公司将以此为基础,放宽对乘务员形象塑造的限制,引进自主管理制度。
