The development of related technologies such as materials or batteries has been accelerated. In addition, commercial transportation services are being prepared. When fierce competition begins in the PAV market, even technologically superior products will disappear without choices by consumers. Therefore, demand factors should be reflected in PAV development to enhance competitiveness. In the paper, values were estimated for the major technological attributes of PAV. Stated preference data were collected through a survey, and the conjoint method and ordered probit model were adopted. Thereafter, it was confirmed that the value would be high in the order of dual mode, drone-type appearance, and noise reduction. In the analysis, the two countries' GDP, GDP per capita, and tariff rates, as well as exchange rates, international oil prices, and FTAs were used as variables. For the analysis method, OLS multiple regression analysis was performed, and each was analyzed by dividing the export amount, import amount, and trade amount. As a result of the analysis, China's GDP and Korea's GDP per capita showed a positive (+) direction, an increase in the exchange rate resulted in an increase in the amount of trade, and an increase in the tariff rate resulted in a decrease in the amount of trade. ICAO classifies aircraft into four wake turbulence categories based on the maximum takeoff weight and provides the longitudinal separation minima for each category. Due to richer measured data and better understanding of physical processes, it is raised that classifying aircraft with only four wake turbulence grades is imprecise and leads to over-separation in many instances. In this regards, much research on a new method of classifying Wake Turbulence Category(Re-CAT) has been done by EUROCONTROL, FAA, and ICAO. The main purpose of this study is to conduct a comparative analysis of the existing wake turbulence separation standards with Re-CAT in terms of departure capacity and the resulting benefits of Re-CAT using the data from the Incheon International Airport. The results show that EUROCONTROL and new ICAO standards have the greater effect on reducing wake turbulence separation, compared to the FAA RE-CAT standards. The list of events in the flight quality assurance program recommended by the FAA differs from the list set and managed by airlines themselves and is based on the frequency of occurrence rather than the severity of individual events. In this work, we compared the list of FOQA events presented by the FAA with the list of some domestic airlines. As a result, the demand for flight training using flight simulation training devices that implement the same or similar interior of aircraft is also increasing. Despite this increase in demand, domestic laws, regulations and management systems related to flight simulation training devices have remained unchanged since 2009. As a result, the criteria for designation of new or developed flight simulation training devices are ambiguous. In addition, proper improvement of the current system should be prioritized for designation of new devices such as UAM and VR, along with developing flight simulation training devices. As smart technology based on BIM is applied to the construction industry, the construction of the same data in a common environment is considered to be a very important step in various applications. This study was conducted on methods to establish an open BIM-based airport facility information common data environment. Therefore, this study develops the element technology to establish a common data environment for the integrated management of airport facility information, and aims to standardize data in the common data environment among various technologies and applications. In order to achieve the aim, in this study, the required technologies were derived by examining the common data environment and examining the civil engineering facility field and the case of integrated airport facility management. Through this, standards and development for information standard framework, information requirement level, BIM guidebook, and BIM library were developed in connection with national and higher standards.
