As such, the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IVIFS) have become convenient and suitable to deal with the vagueness. This article investigates the multi-attribute decision making (MADM) problem under the IVIFS environment, where both the attribute weights and the assessments of alternatives with respect to attributes are given by the decision maker in terms of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. Several fractional programming models are derived from TOPSIS to determine the fuzzy relative closeness intervals of alternatives, and the corresponding decision-making method has also been developed. The hash function is used to compress an arbitrary length header to a fixed length nounce. The authenticated encryption scheme is the improvement of OCB mode of operation. OCB is believed to provide extremely high protection with encryption and message authentication in a most efficient way. However, when OCB mode of operation is used to handle large amount of data, it is easy to find collision so that the mode will lose the authenticity capability with probability one. An improved scheme on the checksum is proposed to avoid the existing collision attacks efficiently. The random element without additional complicated calculation is introduced to translate the segment plaintexts in the checksum. According to the reference current Iref which works as a bifurcation parameter, the bifurcation map, the 3-period window diagram and the strange attractors of the intermittent chaos are obtained by applying the discrete map. By employing a nonlinear feedback controller which is a piecewise-quadratic function in the form of x|x| in the chaotic Boost converter, chaos control of the Boost converter is achieved. It improves the response speed and steady state performance of the network congestion control systems through the adaptive adjusting of integrator control parameter and real-time amending of drop probability. Simulation results show that the performance of proposed adaptive PID is superior to that of PI, PID, REM at response speed, steady state performance, utilization of bottleneck, et al. Then the robustness of the Nonlinear State Error Feedback control law was analysed theorically. The study in this direction can be roughly classified into two categories. One involves adjusting the topology structure of the underlying network and the other designing better routing strategies. However, the crucial role taken by the distribution of resources is largely ignored. In this paper, the problem of optimal resource allocation on heterogeneous complex transport networks is studied. An explicit analytical solution is provided, which is based on M/M/1 queueing theory and optimization principle, provided that the network structure and routing strategy are given. The mixed time delays include discrete delays and distributed delays, and both are assumed to be time-varying and belong to a given interval, which means that the lower and upper bounds of interval time-varying delays are available. The neural networks have a finite number of modes, and the modes may jump from one to another according to a discrete-time Markov chain. Based on the Lyapunov method and stochastic analysis approach, delay-interval dependent stability criterion is obtained in terms of linear matrix inequality(LMI) and generalizes existing results.
