A full embedded Internet based hardware and software framework is designed for more intelligent and convenient, which contains parking space detection, parking management, information release, an embedded HTTP Web Server and an internet interface for Urban Traffic Guidance System. The real-time car spaces information is transferred under UDP protocol and the control data is transferred under TCP protocol. Gao, Bingfeng Li","doi":"10.1109/CCDC.2010.5498206","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/CCDC.2010.5498206","url":null,"abstract":"A new dual-PWM variable-frequency converter is introduced because traditional converter has some drawbacks, such as low ac-side power factor, un-reversible power flow etc. On the base of general inverter, by introducing uncontrolled rectifier with PWM rectifier and employing current predictive control strategy in two static reference frames, dual-PWM variable-frequency converter can actively eliminate ac-side harmonic pollution of inverter, raise ac-side power factor, and work well with steady output voltage and bi-directional power flow. The stabilization of this system is transformed into the robust stabilization of a set of systems. The packet-loss dependent Lyapunov method is applied for the possibility of achieving closed-loop stability. A design approach of MPC, parameterizing the infinite horizon control moves into a single state feedback law, is proposed. Differential evolution is a new evolutionary computation technology and exhibits good performance on optimization. Differential evolution algorithm as a relatively new evolutionary computation technique has a good optimization. Therefore, the modified differential evolution which is proposed to solve the optimization problems. The new algorithm uses initialization and the scale factor and crossover probability to improve PFC control performance in terms of model mismatch and parameters optimization. The distinguishing feature of such systems is to succeed in operations which require high precision and stability - such as flying next to infrastructures, autonomous takeoff and landing, etc. - and, at the same time, to be able to minimize the total energy and the total time required to reach the location in which the operation is achieved. After deriving an approximated dynamical model for the system's dynamics considering explicitly the hover and the level flight envelopes, the problem is addressed by computing the necessary optimality condition according to the Pontryagin minimum principle. The method on the PID parameters by fuzzy optimization implement online self-tuning, which can consummate the performances of PID controller and improve control precision and stabilization of the electro-hydraulic position servo system. It achieves the control characteristics of hotpress technological requirements. Furthermore, the simulation results also verify that the fuzzy self-tuning control all can get the non-overshoot, fast and stable response in the two different sets of PID initial parameters circumstances. The accuracy and stability of hotpress position servo control were raised obviously. So, the method is feasible and effective. Sufficient conditions for the existence of a static state feedback H-infinity controller with additive uncertainty and multiplicative uncertainty are obtained in terms of a set of matrix inequalities, respectively. With these conditions, the design problems of non-fragile H-infinity controller for discrete-time descriptor systems are solved. Explicit expressions of desired non-fragile state feedback H-infinity controllers are also given, and no matrix decomposition is required. The repulsive function builds repulsive potential for an arbitrarily shaped obstacle by discretizing outline of the obstacle with points. Therefore, the workspace of the robot is described more exactly. The convergence of this method is discussed to guarantee its reliability for most cases. The simulation has proved that the new potential method can solve the problem of goals nonreachable with obstacles nearby (GNRON), U-shaped trap, and oscillations. Considering the uncertain states in practical neural systems, we propose a robust control scheme comprising an adaptive controller and an uncertainty estimator. Chaos synchronization is obtained by proper choice of the control parameters. Gaussian Random Noise is introduced to evaluate the stability of the adaptive control induced synchronized state.
