For the first time, a very important universal rule is presented. I.e. the sufficient and necessary condition of optimal phase margin to be 60 degree is that, the optimum modulus theory must be satisfied. The significance of this conclusion can be reflected by two aspects: one is help to choose the optimal parameters for expected characteristic, and the other is to be the optimal phase compensation criterion for system correction. According to the rule above, an optimal parameters of one-dimensional fractional system is given which correct the error of traditional typical I and typical II system engineering design methods.","PeriodicalId":227938,"journal":{"name":"2010 Chinese Control and Decision Conference","volume":"120 2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-05-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126282052","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Its running state will influence the performance of the whole machine directly. In this paper we put forward a feature extraction method of fault diagnosis of rolling bearing. After the vibration signals of the rolling bearing are analysed and processed, the feature parameters which represent operating state of the rolling bearing are extracted, and then are inputted to the BP neural network to train the network with BP algorithm by processing of normalization. Good rolling bearings and bad rolling bearings can be identified with this network. The simulation result shows that the method presented in this paper is practical and effective.","PeriodicalId":227938,"journal":{"name":"2010 Chinese Control and Decision Conference","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-05-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128027103","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Firstly, the three-dimensional coordination system of the aircraft is converted to two-dimensional coordination system, and then the collision risk assessment model is established by using multi-dimensional random variable covariance matrix on the basis of spherical protected area instead of cuboid protected area in the Reich model. Secondly, arithmetic of separation assessment is established to compute the collision risk under different flight separation. Finally, an example is analyzed, compared the results 1.026 ×10<sup>−12</sup>, 3.242×10<sup>−16</sup> and 6.473×10<sup>−25</sup> with the target level of safety 1.5×10<sup>−8</sup> to indicate that the separation of the route is feasible.","PeriodicalId":227938,"journal":{"name":"2010 Chinese Control and Decision Conference","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-05-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128122479","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is necessary to locate the corrosion from the ground after the detection is completed. The four-step comprehensive method, which contains course wheel orientation, welding lines modification, outer orientation modification and revolving angle orientation, is proposed in this paper. At the same time, outer orientation modification usually use the way of low-frequency electromagnetic wave to modify the course wheel's count, for improving the precision. This article establishes the outer orientation model, deduces the formula of the magnetic strength in the pipeline, and uses ANSYS software to simulate the model. The simulation not only accords with the experiment, but also shows that different parameters would affect the magnetic strength in the pipeline. It is significant to understand the outer orientation technology with low-frequency electromagnetic waves.","PeriodicalId":227938,"journal":{"name":"2010 Chinese Control and Decision Conference","volume":"150 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-05-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121977648","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The problem is how to design the local control law of the new subsystem based on not changing the decentralized control laws of original construction, so that both the subsystem and the resultant expanded system are robust connective stable. The sufficient condition of the robust decentralized connective stabilization for the expanding construction is obtained by taking Lyapunov theory and LMI approach. The design method of the robust decentralized connective stabilization controller is given. It is applied to the control design for the expanding construction of the interconnected power system, and the simulation results shows the validity of presented method.","PeriodicalId":227938,"journal":{"name":"2010 Chinese Control and Decision Conference","volume":"60 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-05-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128202672","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
