Faculty teachers and alumni were selected as sample of the study. For data collection, questionnaire containing 45 statements with four factors and focus group discussion were used. Indeed, the behaviour of every student is different from that of each other, and due to this behavioural change, every individual has a different value. A five-point Likert scale questionnaire was developed to determine the relationship between innovative machine learning behaviour and behavioural emotion regulation. The study found that innovative machine learning is critical with the mediating role of perceived belief control and intention to influence students' behavioural emotions in higher educational institutes. In the same way, the study has significant theoretical implications as it contributes to knowledge in a unique framework. Meanwhile, the practical implications of the research are also important to consider for better control and regulation of human behaviour with the help of perceived belief control and intention. The directions for future studies are also presented in the last section of the study.","PeriodicalId":226115,"journal":{"name":"Review of Applied Management and Social Sciences","volume":"290 2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114265322","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, the bricks and clicks businesses are facing allot of challenges because of deviating consumer behaviors in showrooming and webrooming modes. This study aims to explore webrooming as an appropriate strategy for developing brand loyalty for bricks and clicks businesses in Pakistan. The target population of this study was the consumers who purchased different online brands in Pakistan. The data was collected on a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed through Smart PLS 3.0. This research concludes that bricks and clicks businesses can utilize webrooming to develop brand loyalty by modifying consumer behavior through Instagram marketing. This contribution to the body of literature is remarkable as this area of research was not considered by any earlier studies in consumer behavior domains. Although it is perceived to have both positive and negative effects on students, it is the nature and focus of homework tasks that actually decides its effectiveness for students’ learning. The focus of homework tasks may be on practice, preparation and on extensive-creative tasks, from practice to application. Despite the significant role of homework in students’ learning, this area has not much been explored in schools of Southern Punjab, Pakistan. The main purpose of this research study is, therefore, to explore teachers’ beliefs and practices about homework in primary schools of southern Punjab, Pakistan. Alignment with purpose of study, this research adopted qualitative research approach. All public sector primary schools’ teachers in schools of two Tehsils of Multan, namely, Multan City and Multan Saddar were selected as a population. Of these, 125 teachers from 25 primary schools were purposefully selected. Two research tools were used for collection of data. First, 125 teachers were approached to seek responses on a set of five open-ended questions. Second, semi-structured interviews were conducted from 25 teachers, one each from 25 schools. For analysis of data, both thematic analysis and content analysis were used. This study found that while assigning homework to students, teachers are less about the purpose. It was further found teachers believe that the focus of homework in primary schools of Punjab is practice-based, mostly on practice of content as taught in class. A very little focus was, however, observed on preparation- and extensive-creative-based nature of the homework.","PeriodicalId":226115,"journal":{"name":"Review of Applied Management and Social Sciences","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128517384","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The impact of Afghan refugees is analyzed using three indicators of labor market namely, unemployment, formal employment and informal employment from years 1979 to 2022. For the purpose of analysis, ADF and PP tests are applied first for examining unit root problem. Variables are found having mixed order of integration so ARDL bound test for co-integration is used to derive long run and short run relationship between labor market indicators and refugee inflow. It is found that Afghan refugees have caused positive impact on the labor market of Pakistan in long run while in the short run, it increases unemployment rate. Expenditure on Education, CPI, GDP, Trade Openness and Gross Fixed Capital are significantly reducing Unemployment rate of Pakistan. Expenditure on Education and Gross Fixed Capital are found to have positive effect while CPI and population Growth are reducing Formal Employment. The government sector has lost credibility with the public and is no longer the first option for parents due to inadequate, consistent, and effective policies and basic infrastructure. Parents are actively choosing the private sector schools for their children. Since denationalization during late 1970s, the private sector has grown steadily. It has expanded during past two decades, establishing new standards for outstanding education, but concerns about the rising class divide affecting social equality have also arisen. The existing literature supports private schools' growing role in expanding enrollment and resolving quality and access issues, but little is stated about their influence on society. Private schools are subtly attacking social justice and equality by increasing the social stratification and widening the socioeconomic difference. Private schools' branding techniques influence parents' choosing a junior and a high school for their children. Most of the research in this field has focused on exploring how the problems of quality, access, and other variables influence students' decisions about which schools to attend. However this research is aimed at exploring on a very basic issue: why are private schools favored because of their \"branding\"—the branding that has strengthened the status awareness in parents and school choice that has joined the realm of class conflict with several dimensions. The state's obligation to deliver at certain level of essential services has been privatized and sold out in the open market. The middle class's preference is migrating from public to private schools, with the goal of purchasing financial stability in order to gain access to a better-paying jobs and social circles. Today, schooling is not more than just getting an education; it's also a way to show wealth and social standing.","PeriodicalId":226115,"journal":{"name":"Review of Applied Management and Social Sciences","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123382552","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study results indicated significant and positive relationships between knowledge process capabilities and subordinate creativity and disruptive innovation. Furthermore, subordinate creativity was completely mediated in the relationship between knowledge process capabilities and disruptive innovation. This study contributed to the literature on knowledge management and innovations.
