We implemented ARDL to investigate how GDP, institutional quality, trade openness, and technological innovation affect CO2 emissions, CH4 emissions, and N2O emissions, which are regarded as indicators of environmental pollution. The findings show that the variables have a lasting, substantial association and all the factors e.g institutional quality, technology innovation, economic growth and trade openness are important factors to effect environmental pollution, except institutional all other factors cause increase in environmental damage because these variables bring increase in CO? emission whereas institutional quality plays a supportive role in environment. In contrast to institutional quality, which has a negative and statistically significant relationship with CO?, trade openness, economic growth, and innovation in technology all have positive and statistically significant relation with carbon dioxide emission. On the other hand, IQ, TOP, and GDP has significant and positive association with Nitrous oxide (N20). Trade openness and Methane (CH4) have a negative relationship which means trade helps to reduce methane emission in the examined countries, although GDP and CH4 have a positive relationship. These E-7 countries should follow an environmentally friendly path to achieve their desired level of GDP. These countries should check the quality of their institutions law and order situations, accountability and control of corruption to improve the condition of environment in the case of N?O.

To capture this effect, panel data of 20 developing countries has been collected through World Development Indicators (WDI) from 2006 to 2022. For the purpose of analysis, Im, Pesaran and Shin W test – unit root test has been applied to check the stationary and to choose the appropriate technique i.e. Panel ARDL technique. The unit root test observes the mixed order of integration about the selected variables. Moreover, the results of ARDL conclude that poverty in selected developing countries is reduced by Trade openness, Foreign Direct Investment, Households Consumption Expenditure, Domestic Investment and Human Capital Index. On the other side, poverty is increased by Urbanization and Money supply in the longrun. Convergence from shortrun to longrun has also been found which is evident from cointegrating term. \u0000

Communicative Language Teaching is an innovation and this article attempts to discover learners’ attitude and perceptions regarding this. This study will be very useful in Pakistan where implementation of CLT is in hot discussion and mostly researchers worked on the perceptions and attitude of teachers. This study is quantitative in nature. Data was collected from students through questionnaire that was adapted from the study of Sandra J.Savignon and Chaochang Wang (2003). The goal of the study is to explore: what reputation Grammar Translation Method and Communicative Language Teaching are enjoying, what new is introduced to fit CLT in Pakistani educational system, whether learners have positive attitude towards communication based activities or not, what are the problems that challenge the implementation of CLT in classrooms, what perceptions do students have towards communication based activities, which classroom activities are serious threat in meeting the goal of communicative ability. Findings show that teachers are aware about the importance of CLT and learners have positive attitude and perception towards communication based activities. Functional English and English Comprehension is taught that resulted learners can understand classic literature and English movies as well. There is a fair possibility of adopting CLT but their prolonged attachment with Grammar Translation Method, examination system, emphasis on accuracy, preference of mother tongue are the hindrances that blur the concept of implementation of CLT in Pakistan’ classrooms.

This research utilized the methodology of qualitative research in the form of semi structured interviews in order to obtain insights of persons having visual impairment about their navigation in different environments. The interviews were conducted with 20 persons having visual impairment working in different fields of life. The data analysis was done through thematic analysis approach. The participants were intended to answer the questions about the representation and understanding of space, the support level of these representations while traveling, and the role of other senses for successful navigation. The results showed that persons having visual impairment do have spatial representation and the creation of spatial representations does not require visual experience. The study suggested the strong need to assess the way in which persons having visual impairments develop cognitive maps of their environment because it is extremely significant both theoretically and practically and throws light on the role of sensory modalities in the development of mental mapping skills which can in turn recommend how spatial developments might be nourished.

German Idealism is distinguished from all other forms of European Idealisms. It concentrated on mind as an active and self-conscious entity. German Idealists suppressed the traditional ontologies based on substances and their accidents. The most prominent German Idealists include I - Immanuel Kant (1724-1804), II- Johann Gottelib Fichte (1762-1814), III-Friedrich Wilhelm Joseph Von Schelling (1775-1854) and IV- George Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel (1770-1831). \u0000Kant, though an empirical rationalist, could not deny the supremacy of mind over matter and of human beings over the external world. For him space, time and causality were the categories of mind, which it imposed on the outer world. However, he did believe in the dichotomy of mind and matter though he combined rationalism and empiricism in his Transcendental Idealism, which is an unconscious move towards unity despite the belief in noumena and phenomena. Later thinkers, however, gradually moved closer and closer to the Idealism and especially Monism. \u0000Some salient features of German Idealism which give it a distinct identity separate from the rest of Western Philosophy include: i- Idea of the Absolute, ii- Beginning of the world in the Absolute, iii- Stages and phases of Self- consciousness, iv- Unity of the Subject and Object, v-First traces of Philosophical Anthropology (What man is in itself beyond all physical things and the universe?), vi- Intellectual intuition as a source of knowledge and a tendency towards esotericism, vii – Enthusiastic interest in Dialectics, viii- Freedom and Determinism, ix- Self as an entity free of external and causal determinants , x- Ideas of Ego and Spirit, xi- World Spirit and xii- Existence as a whole or a Unity. \u0000 \u0000These eternal, perennial, deep, highbrow, captivating, serious, scholarly, cherished, enthralling and fascinating ideas were presented and discussed at length by Muhammad Iqbal too in his Reconstruction of Religious Thought in Islam. Only one glance at the salient features of German Idealism brings into mind the familiar philosophical topics on which Muhammad Iqbal has written extensively. Besides his Urdu and Persian poetry, his political ideas bear profound stamps of these ideas. Therefore, this comparative study is academically justified, intellectually stimulating and scholastically enriching.

Change role reversal theory become so popular during the COVID-19 pandemic, many businesses have opposed the systemic shock triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic. The key variables of change role reversal are digitalization, employee empowerment, a shift in responsibility, perceived organizational support taken as independent variables that would have a positive impact on the leader-follower relationship and firm performance mediate the relationship between change role reversal and leader-follower relationship. This study follows the quantitative research approach and the philosophy of research is positivism and the research approach is deductive in which hypothesis is generated from the existing theories. This method was used because data about the variables could be collected once at a given time and this research is explanatory. The study unit of analysis had been individual. The research was performed using a descriptive cross-sectional survey method. The data for this study are obtained from the Services industry of Pakistan and the sample is the managerial employees that have interaction with their leaders. Total 450 close-ended questionnaires were distributed to the organizations online and out of which only 290 questionnaires were adopted for analysis. Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) and SMART PLS3 are used to check the hypothesis. Empirical estimates reveal that gender, human capital, work-related variables and family characteristics are significant determinants of earning differential by location. Decomposition results show that regional dummies are the largest and family characteristics are the smallest contributors to explain earning differential between workers of urban and rural area. The extent of discrimination in South Punjab is highly significant as 54.5657 percent discrimination exists by location. Comparative analysis of earning differential by location at disaggregate level shows that total log earning gap in Multan division is 0.2202 (8041.87 rupees), in Bahawalpur division is 0.20 (7088.71 rupees) and in DG Khan division is 0.1244 (4044.21 rupees). It is evident that policy markers cannot afford to ignore the dimension of the inter-regional differences in formulating policies to combat overall earning gaps in Pakistan. So, region specific policies should be targeted specifically to achieve the desired goals given the labor market conditions and cultural differences across rural and urban areas and across each division of Southern Punjab, Pakistan.

The study aims in exploring the relation in between the concepts of some sustainability elements such as “green human resource management practices” (GHRMP) and variables like “environmental performances”, with the examination of environmental strategy and green innovation playing as a mediator. The study of GHRMP with respect to its elements such as green recruitment refers to selecting and hiring an employee who has significant knowledge about environmental sustainability. It also consists of an element named green training that refers to teaching and developing a set of skills in employees to take action while protecting the environment within the organization The author specifically examines the connection between them by using the resource-based view theory. They also tested their relationship using the manufacturing firm's ability, motivation, and opportunity (AMO) theory. A survey questionnaire research strategy was used in this study along with a simple random sampling of 247 managers from large manufacturing firms in Punjab of Pakistan. For data analysis, this research used the p-test based on PLS-SEM. The findings showed that the study elements have a direct and major influence on each other especially the GHRMP and strategic environmental approach complement each other in the presence of the sustainable innovative product by the organization. Additionally, environmental strategy (ES) also partially mediated the influence of sustainable innovative products can be termed green innovation (GI), and it has an impact on environmental performance. The result revealed significant suggestions for legislators and manufacturing industries, to promote environmentally responsible actions, manufacturing goods, plus some production methods through a successful incentive program to increase loyalty.
