But in recent years, there has been an explosive increase in the number of complications. There are many physiotherapeutic methods for the treatment of late complications of lip contouring. However, currently there are no differentiated approaches to the choice of physiotherapy techniques and their combination with each other, depending on the nature of the filler and the clinical and functional picture of the complication. \u0000AIM: to develop and evaluate the use of personalized physiotherapy in patients with complications after the introduction of lip fillers, taking into account their genetic predisposition. \u0000MATERIAL AND METHODS: The study involved 52 patients aged 3042 years with a diagnosis of "L57.4 Senile atrophy (lethargy) of the skin", who received late complications (local swelling, dry and pale lip skin, filler contouring, soreness, sensitivity change) at the filler injection site. All patients underwent genetic testing on the Cosmetology panel before the start of treatment. There were 3 groups that received physico-pharmacological methods: laserophoresis of longidase, diadinamophoresis of collagenase or a combination of them in the lip area at the filler injection site. \u0000RESULTS: When analyzing the data after the course of treatment, patients with the combined protocol showed a significant improvement in the quality of life, both in the near and long-term research period. This was expressed in a statistically significant decrease in intradermal edema, rapid regression of pain syndrome and more accelerated biodegradation of the superficially injected filler in the main group compared to other study groups/ \u0000CONCLUSION: In patients with late local complications after the introduction of hyaluronic acid fillers, the combined protocol with the inclusion of laser-phoresis of longidase and collagenase diadinamophoresis significantly shortens the recovery period, contributes to a faster reduction of local edema, pain, neuropathy phenomena, accelerated biodegradation of the superficially injected filler, and also allows for a stable clinical result. Personalized physiotherapy is an effective factor in relieving complications after lip contouring.

All patients were randomly divided into three groups of 20 people comparable in terms of clinical and functional characteristics. Patients of the main group were exposed to monochromatic polarized incoherent light and underwent physical training using a stabilometric complex with biofeedback COBS (mtd-Systems, Germany), in the comparison group, patients received therapeutic exercises on a stabilometric simulator with biofeedback, patients the control group received only a standard rehabilitation complex and drug therapy, which served as a background in the main group and the comparison group. \u0000RESULTS: Prior to the start of treatment, when analyzing the indicators of static and dynamic stabilometric studies, an uneven distribution of the load was established during tests with a preponderance towards the healthy leg. After a course of treatment, patients of all groups showed statistically significant positive results, however, a more pronounced improvement in indicators was observed in patients of the main group, less pronounced, but statistically significant results were obtained in the comparison group, and insignificant positive dynamics was noted in patients of the control group. When studying the quality of life and the effectiveness of treatment according to the EQ-5D questionnaire in the examined patients in the initial state, the indicator averaged 6.60.8 points. After the course of treatment, patients of the main group showed a statistically significant decrease in the scores of the EQ-5D questionnaire from 6.70.9 points in the initial state to 4.20.9 (p 0.001), which lasted up to 6 months. In patients of the comparison group, in all periods of observation, a decrease in the indicator was also noted, but less pronounced, in patients of the control group ― only a positive trend. The findings were supported by the results of the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS). \u0000CONCLUSION: The use of a comprehensive rehabilitation program with the inclusion of a stabilometric platform with biofeedback and polarized light "Bioptron" contributes to a marked improvement in the state of balance, balance and coordination abilities of patients, normalization of muscle tone, a significant reduction in anxiety

It is known about the successful use of magnetotherapy, various types of electrotherapy, laser therapy, as a result of which the pain, edematous anti-inflammatory syndrome decreases after radical treatment. There are a large number of studies in the literature devoted to the study of the quality of life and the psycho-emotional state of a patient in the process of antitumor treatment, however, there are few studies on the effect of early onset of medical rehabilitation on the quality of life of women after surgical treatment of breast cancer. \u0000AIM: тo compare the effectiveness of prescribing medical rehabilitation in breast cancer patients at different times after surgical treatment of breast cancer 24 days and 11.5 months after surgery. \u0000MATERIAL AND METODS: A randomized placebo-controlled study was conducted in 70 patients at different times after surgical treatment of breast cancer. All patients underwent medical rehabilitation: individual physical therapy classes, balance therapy, classes with a medical psychologist, general magnetotherapy and intermittent pneumocompression. The main group included 35 patients who were rehabilitated on the 2nd-4th day after surgical treatment of breast cancer, the comparison group included 35 women who were rehabilitated after 11.5 months on the background of radiation therapy. \u0000RESULTS: It was proved that the early start of medical rehabilitation in patients after surgical treatment of breast cancer (on the 2nd4th day), contributed to the rapid restoration of the quality of life, namely, a rapid reduction in pain and postoperative edema, an increase in the volume of movements in the shoulder joint, prevention of severe lymphostasis, rapid restoration of electrical excitability of the shoulder girdle muscles. \u0000CONCLUSION: In the groups, a long-term clinical effect was obtained after the appointment of physiotherapy procedures, which emphasizes the expediency of exposure to physical factors at the first stage of rehabilitation to restore the motor function of the operated upper limb in patients with a history of breast cancer.

In this regard, we used a pulsed dye laser, the effect of which is perceived by the patient without pronounced pain, and the technology itself is quite safe and leads to a rapid recovery of the skin after the procedure. Fermencol phonophoresis supplementation of laser therapy with pulsed dye laser has the potential to enhance the therapeutic efficacy of a vascular laser, since Fermenkol is a preparation of collagenases of hydrobiont origin that can destroy the components of the extracellular matrix, the formation of which exceeds in intensity its degradation by matrix metalloproteinases at the stage of formation scar. The use of ultrasound in this case not only accelerates the delivery of proteolytic enzymes, but also exhibits independent fibromodulatory activity. \u0000AIM: comparative evaluation of the effectiveness of the use of physiotherapeutic factors (Fermenkol phonophoresis, pulsed dye laser therapy and their combination) in patients with immature hypertrophic skin scars, taking into account clinical research methods. \u0000MATERIAL AND METHODS: The study was performed on 125 patients aged 19 to 50 years with immature (less than 6 months) hypertrophic skin scars. All patients were divided into 4 groups according to the simple fixed randomization procedure. The first group (control, 32 patients) received course local compression therapy using silicone plates for two months. The second group (31 patients) was treated with phonophoresis of 0.01% Fermencol gel. The third group (31 patients) was treated with pulsed dye laser. The fourth group (31 patients) received complex treatment, including a combination of two pulsed dye laser procedures and two cycles of Fermencol phonophoresis. Anti-inflammatory and analgesic therapy should be carried out daily with the use of large doses of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. With the progression of the disease, drug therapy is not effective enough to relieve pain and to restore the volume of movement in the joints. In this regard, the use of non-drug treatment is a necessary measure for the treatment of such patients. \u0000AIM: comparison of the effectiveness of phonophoresis and ultrasound in the treatment of pain syndrome in patients with ankylosing spondylitis. \u0000MATERIALS AND METHODS: 30 patients with Bekhterev's disease were included in our study. All patients were found to carry the HLA antigen and high value of C-reactive protein with an increase in the rate of erythrocyte sedimentation. Radiographs revealed signs of arthrosis of the sacroiliac joint and signs of arthritis and arthrosis of the intervertebral joints of the spine in one or several departments. The severity of the pain syndrome was 9.4 points on the visual analog scale (VAS) and 31.1 points on the McGill Pain Questionnaire (MPQ). 10 patients underwent ultrasound therapy, 10 patients underwent phonophoresis with karepain and 10 patients underwent placebo (Simulation of ultrasound exposure). \u0000RESULTS: The analgesic effect of ultrasound therapy was 57.9% at rest, 55.3% with spinal movement. The overall reduction in pain syndrome determined by MPQ was 50%, 49.54% in the sensory class and 51.8% in the affective class. Regression of pain syndrome against the background of the use of phonophoresis with karipain was 60.4% at rest, 54.5% with spinal movement. According to MPQ, the pain syndrome decreased by 46.7% in the sensory class and 52.8% in the affective class and by 49.5% in general. In patients who underwent a placebo course, the pain syndrome according to VAS and MPQ remained without significant dynamics. \u0000CONCLUSION: The significant effectiveness of ultrasound therapy and phonophoresis in the treatment of severe pain syndrome in of patients with ankylosing spondylitis has been proven, but it was not possible, to identify significant differences in the analgesic effect between ultrasound therapy and phonophoresis.
