Furthermore, the pandemic of COVID-19 still happening and has influenced many factors. The basic difference between affective factors before and during COVID-19 is that nurses will be faced with more complex problems physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually during the COVID-19 pandemic than before COVID-19. This causes an increase in nurse turnover due to a decrease in job satisfaction. It’s important to find out not only the factors of nurse’s job satisfaction before COVID-19 but also during COVID-19. This study systematically aimed to identify the factors affecting and affected nurse’s job satisfaction before and during COVID-19.\u0000Method: The paper research was reviewed regarding their inclusion criteria and quality assessment using the Joanna Briggs Institute's critical appraisal checklists. Four electronic databases were used comprehensively to collect the sources. They are ScienceDirect (2017-2022), Scopus (2017-2022), SAGE (2017-2022), and PubMed (2017-2022). Articles were selected by PRISMA 2020 flow diagram for systematic review.\u0000Results: A total 26 studies were selected in this review. Factors affecting nurse’s job satisfaction before and during COVID-19 can be classified as personal factors, organizational factors, and psychological factors. But organizational and psychological factors are more influence in factors affecting job satisfaction during COVID-19 such as fairness of COVID-19, psychosocial risk, emotional intelligence, workload, supervisor quality, and salary. Turnover and burnout mostly frequently reported associated with factors be affected nurse’s job satisfaction before COVID-19.\u0000Conclusion: There are three factors that affecting nurse’s job satisfaction before COVID-19 and during COVID-19. Psychological deterioration which is often found in the elderly is depression (Purbowinoto, 2010). One of the non-pharmacological therapies that can be applied to reduce depression levels in the elderly is to use keroncong music therapy. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in depression levels in the elderly before and after being given keroncong music therapy at UPTD Griya Werdha Jambangan Surabaya.Method: the method used was analytical pre-experimental research with pre testpost test design. The independent variable in this study was depression in the elderly, while the independent variable was keroncong music therapy. The population is 40 elderly with 36 samples in the UPTD Griya Werdha Jambangan Surabaya taken using purposive sampling techniques. The data was taken using a questionnaire. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon Rank Test statistical test. Results: from the results of the study, it was found that there was a difference in the levels of depressionin the elderly before and after being given keroncong music therapy at UPTD Griya Werdha Jambangan Surabaya with a significant value of = 0.0001 lower than p= 0.05 (p <α). Before the therapy or treatment, most of the elderly experienced depression levels with as many as 11 respondents (30.6%) and after the treatment most of them experienced depression level with as many as 16 respondents (44.4%).Conclusion: it could be concluded that there was a difference in levels of depression in the elderly before and after being given keroncong music therapy at UPTD Griya Werdha Jambangan Surabaya. JBI's review with a cross-sectional study design used to assess research quality. The PRISMA flowchart was used to summarize the study selection process in the literature review with inclusion and exclusion criteria adjusted to the PICOS framework. Results: We found 13 journals that consist of three studies discuss about leadership, seven journals describe about resources, and three journals relate to organizational structure. Every country has a different characteristic in implementation of patient safety culture. The thirteen journals came from countries that divided in to three continents, there are Asia, Europe, and Africa. The results of this studyshow that leadership, resources, and, organizational structure can optimize the application of patient safety culture.
