In certain occasion, nurses did series of tasks that not in accordance with their physical abilities, expertise, and time. Therefore, stress associated works was commonly reported. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between dual role conflict and work stress of female nurses in the clinical setting.\u0000Methods: This study applied a cross-sectional approach. The sample was obtained by using purposive sampling. A total of 80 female nurses involved in the study . Data was conducted by self-report questionnaire sheet instrument. Descriptive and inferential statistics were applied to analyzed data. The significant level was set as p≤0.05.\u0000Results: The results indicated that the majority (66.2%) of female nurses experienced high dual role conflict, and most of them (72.5%) experienced heavy work stress. Based on the results of the Spearman Rho test, it was found that the value of p ≤0.001 (p ≤0.05) and the value of rₛ = 0.698. The current study shows strong and significant relationship between dual role conflict and work stress among female nurses.\u0000Conclusions: : In comparison to female nurses in the outpatient rooms, one day care, or other settings, those who work in inpatient ward with dual roles presented a higher workload. Stress associated with heavy workload found to be a common. Nurse managers should concern on promoting and supporting working environment by way monitoring work-load.

Excellent service consists of attitude, appearance, attention, action and accountability that should behave by health professionals including nurse. This study aims to analyze the relationship between excellence service and patient satisfaction at the health clinics in Indonesia.\u0000Method:This research is a correlational study with a cross sectional approach. The population of this study was 500 respondents at the Health Clinic. The sampling technique used simple random sampling and obtained a sample of 372 respondents. The independent variable in this study is service excellent and the dependent variable is patient satisfaction. Data analysis used in this study used Spearman's rho with a significant value <0.05.\u0000Results: A total of 209 respondents stated excellent with 25 stating very satisfied, 179 satisfied and 5 less satisfied. A total of 64 patients stated that they were not excellent with 5 satisfied respondents and 59 unsatisfied respondents. Based on the Spearman rho test (p = 0.000) it shows that there is a relationship.\u0000Conclusion: This study revealed a significant relationship between service excellence and patient satisfaction. One of the non-pharmacological ways to lower the pain level in a person experiencing dysmenorrhea or menstrual pain is lavender aromatherapy. Aromatherapy lavender is a method that uses lavender essential oil containing linalool and linalyl acetate which is beneficial in reducing painful menstruation. The purpose of this research is to know the difference in dysmenorrhea intensity before and after giving lavender aromatherapy to a nursing student at a higher nursing education in Surabaya, Indonesia.\u0000Method: This study used a pre-pre-experimental design with one group pre-test and post-test design method. The research was done on 103 nursing students who have undergone dysmenorrhea using a quota sampling technique. Analysis of the data used the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with α- levels significance = 0.05 (p=0.05).\u0000Results: The results showed a difference in menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) before and after giving lavender aromatherapy. p-value was <0.001 which means there is a difference in menstrual pain intensity (dysmenorrhea) before and after giving lavender aromatherapy to a nursing student at a higher nursing education in Surabaya, Indonesia.\u0000Conclusions: Lavender aromatherapy is reducing menstrual pain intensity in the nursing student at STIKES Artha Bodhi Iswara Surabaya. Interventions to the main quality and quantity of sleep among adults emphasized the benefits of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Nevertheless, the implementations and effects of this particular therapy among adults seem inconsistent. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of cognitive behavioral therapy on insomniacs.\u0000Method: A literature review with article searches conducted on the PubMed, SpringerLink, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar databases was applied, The keywords Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (AND) Insomnia, in articles published in 2018-2021. After going through the selection process, the authors received 10 articles, 6 articles used the Randomized Control Trial method, 1 Case Series Study article, 2 pre-experimental articles, and 1 Single-Arm Pilot Trial article.\u0000Results: The following characteristics of cognitive behavioral therapy were reported to have positive impacts on adults with insomnia. The interventions significantly reduced the level of insomnia of adults aged 26- to 35 years old, the given intervention was delivered for a minimum of 45 minutes to a maximum of 60 minutes, and the length of the program delivered was one to three months. Cognitive behavioral therapy is significant for reducing insomnia.\u0000Conclusions: This review on people with insomnia treated by CBT underlined the impact of the intervention on the targeted outcomes. The findings may have led to greater benefits and that the targeted population had access to high-quality sleep care. Evidence from this review suggested comprehensive sleep management will likely lead to further improvements, as will continued support and implementation beyond the end of the program. A critical need to develop methodologically comprehensive trials with larger sample size and long follow-up periods which rigorously evaluate the efficacy of CBT interventions associated with sleep is required.

This causes the circulation to stop. When circulation stops, it can cause death in a short time. Cardiac arrest occurring in hospital is relatively common in COVID-19 patients and often results in poor outcomes. Only a few critically ill patients with COVID-19 who experience cardiac arrest survive CPR. The purpose of this review is to determine the quality of life in COVID-19 patients with post-CPR cardiac arrest.\u0000Method: The paper research was reviewed regarding their inclusion criteria and quality assessment using the Joana Briggs Institute’s critical appraisal checklist. Not infrequently we find teenagers who are still wearing school uniforms, smoking with friends or alone, even done openly or in hiding. One of the causes of adolescents’ unable to regulate the intensity of their smoking behavior is their low self-control in adolescents. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between Perceived Behavioral Control (PBC) and Smoking Behavior in Adolescents in Bandarkedungmulyo Village, Jombang.\u0000Method: The research design applies correlation analytics through the cross-sectional approach. The study population was 174 male adolescents with a sample of 44 respondents and used the purposive sampling technique.
