The object of the study is the geometric accuracy of the extracted portrait of a part of a complex shape in comparison with the constructed analytical standard (AS). The work is aimed at researching the methods of sustainable reverse engineering and conventional reverse engineering on the example of the digitization of the box of the AE steering machine, chosen as a part of a complex shape. For this, a portrait of the \"*.stl\" and AS format file was created and compared by performing a control operation with the determination of the time spent. A structural and technological analysis of the box of the AE steering machine was carried out, which showed that the box has through holes of various diameters (from 10 to 41.6 mm) and shapes (square, trapezoidal, round); thin walls between holes (up to 1.6 mm); right angles and their rounding radii (up to 1–4 mm); the thickness of the body walls is 2.4 mm, etc. 3D scanner – ARTEC SPACE SPIDER (Luxembourg) was selected and scanning was performed. According to the analysis of research methods of reverse engineering, it was established that the use of permanent and conventional reverse engineering allows, in the first case, to quickly manufacture a part by 3D printing or milling on CNC machines, and in the second case, to create its AS with the provision of the specified geometric accuracy. The difference in time between permanent and normal reverse engineering was 8 hours in favor of the former. Control of the ideal portrait according to the AS of the AE steering machine body showed the maximum deviations from –0.30 mm to +0.23 mm and the minimum deviations from –0.04 mm to +0.08 mm. The smallest indicators were observed on vertical and horizontal planes, and the largest - in cities with plane slopes, corners and small radii. This made it possible to establish that the existing capabilities of the Geomagic Design X software for correcting the received portrait of the \"*.stl\" format file currently do not guarantee the provision of geometric accuracy requirements (up to ±0.5 mm) for the manufacture of an experimental part of a complex shape – the AE steering machine body with 3D printing. It aims to analyze the microstructure of electrically conductive ceramic composites based on silicon carbide and investigate the influence of silicon carbide content on their properties. This study is pivotal for enhancing materials used in high-tech applications, particularly in fields where distinct electrical insulation and mechanical characteristics are crucial. The microstructure analysis conducted through scanning electron microscopy confirmed the presence of silicon carbide in all examined ceramic samples, except in those where silicon carbide was not added. Special attention should be given to the sample with 30 % silicon carbide, distinguished by the lowest open porosity. These findings are corroborated by previous research where this sample exhibited superior properties: open porosity – 12.51 %, water absorption – 5.88 %, apparent density – 2.13 g/cm³, specific resistance – 0.43·106 Ω·m. These characteristics indicate low porosity and high structural-physical property values. The results not only affirm the successful incorporation of silicon carbide into the ceramic matrix but also highlight the prospects for applying the researched ceramic materials in areas where electrical insulation and mechanical properties are crucial. Specifically, the sample with 30 % silicon carbide appears particularly promising due to its high characteristics and lower porosity, making it potentially interesting for applications in high-tech industries such as electronics and telecommunications. The conclusions suggest the potential use of these ceramic materials in various high-tech industries where both electrical and mechanical properties are essential. The sample with 30 % silicon carbide, with its exceptional characteristics, holds potential for applications in advanced technologies. The object of research is the system of remote control of robotic systems. During the remote control of robotic systems, problems arise that are associated with the use of wireless communication in real time. The article analyzes software and hardware implementations of various remote control systems suitable for use as part of autonomous robotic systems and analyzes promising microcontroller platforms for implementing a remote control device for a robotic system. A brief review of existing protocols for transmitting control signals using radio communication equipment and microprocessor platforms for the development of embedded systems is performed, among which a solution is selected for research. Several approaches to the control of a robotic system are highlighted – control using a wired connection and corresponding protocols, control via wireless communication or via the Internet, control via general-purpose network protocols. The target platform is chosen and justified, and the S.BUS protocol is analyzed with the provision of an algorithm for obtaining the values of the control channels from the S.BUS package. The structure and algorithm of functioning of the microprocessor remote control system based on the ESP32 microcontroller and the FreeRTOS OS are given. A study of the operation process of the proposed remote control system is carried out, for which it is placed on the chassis of a ground autonomous robotic system with four-wheel drive, and the delay time of the control signal from the receiver to the engine control modules is determined. In the work, the ways of optimization and the development of an automated control system for the bending mechanisms of the folding and gluing line, which makes it possible to fold various structures and standard sizes of cardboard boxes using modern automation tools based on programmable logic controllers, were carried out in the work.\u0000A mathematical model has been proposed to describe operations on the folding-gluing line. Based on the model, a methodology has been developed for calculating the parameters of the automated control system for the box folding production line, depending on the technical parameters of the line and the parameters of the boxes to be bent. This will make it possible to choose optimal technological modes of the production process and obtain high quality parameters of cardboard packaging products. To verify the mathematical model of the production line, software has been developed in the Delphi development environment, which was applied with the developed automated production process control system based on a programmable logic controller (PLC) and an operator panel. This produced a number of results, in particular, controlling the speed of the hook bend in proportion to the speed of the line. And also provided an opportunity to increase line speed and, accordingly, production productivity. It has been possible to change the mutual location of system elements, which made it possible to reduce the distance between workpieces and increase the capacity of the line tape by 30 %.\u0000The obtained research results were implemented at the production enterprise of typographic products «Dinas» (Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine), which contributed to the improvement and optimization of production processes. On modern vessels, the gyrocompass is the main course measuring device. Its advantages lie in measuring the current course relative to the geographic meridian, its readings are not affected by magnetic anomalies, as was the case when using magnetic compasses, which led to a partial or complete loss of orientation of control objects. At the same time, gyrocompasses also have their drawbacks. The most significant of them is the inertial deviation of the sensitive element caused by the curvature of the Earth's surface, a change in course, acceleration or deceleration of the vessel. With the appearance of the moments of these forces, the axis of the gyrocompass leaves the equilibrium position and begins to make precessional movements. To reduce the inertial deviation, constructive solutions and recommendations to shipmasters regarding the consideration of deviational errors are used. Structural solutions lead to an increase in weight, complexity of the design, a decrease in reliability, and an increase in cost. The recommendations of regulatory documents regarding the consideration of the inertial deviation of the sensitive element of the gyrocompass are difficult to implement in practice, but they can be implemented in the on-board computer of the vessel control system by using a mathematical model of the sensitive element. The paper developed a method of increasing the accuracy of gyrocompass course measurement and the accuracy of course orientation by using an observation device built on the basis of a mathematical model of the gyrocompass in the on-board computer of the course control system. This makes it possible to estimate the useful component of course measurement and deviational errors from changes in speed and course, the curvature of the earth's surface. The useful component, without deviational errors, is used in the vessel's course control channel. The leadership style adopted during these times of change can significantly impact employee behaviors, either positively or negatively. Through qualitative research, this study examines the perspectives and experiences of ten managers within a financial firm in Johannesburg (South Africa), shedding light on the pivotal importance of leadership in change management. The findings resonate with a unanimous sentiment among the participants, emphasizing the need for unwavering inclusivity and garnering commitment from all stakeholders. Inclusive leadership is portrayed as essential, whether the change directly affects employees or not, highlighting the necessity of considering the broader organizational perspective. The participants' insights underscore the significance of servant leadership, collaborative leadership, and open leadership approaches, emphasizing empathy, humility, and adaptability in the face of change. Additionally, the study explores the intersection of leadership styles, including digital leadership and authentic leadership, as they adapt to the modern, dynamic business landscape. The findings affirm that leadership styles play a fundamental role in motivating employees to embrace change, commit to organizational goals, and navigate the complexities of change management effectively. In the era of rapid digital transformation, leadership styles evolve to encompass technological competence and a deep understanding of digital strategies. \u0000This research offers valuable insights into the leadership styles that are most effective during organizational change, providing a foundation for organizations to develop leadership competencies and strategies that drive successful change initiatives. It was recommended that continuous learning and development in the digital domain should be encouraged for leaders at all levels. The built routes were analyzed using the technology of recognition of road signs, people and vehicles. The important problem of this research is to analyze the possibilities of detecting obstacles by an unmanned vehicle using pattern recognition, which combines the methods of machine communication, navigation and real-time video surveillance.\u0000Based on the study, the results of detecting and avoiding obstacles on the road, where a study was conducted to investigate the main reasons that can cause time delays (traffic jams, weather conditions, accidents). The results of planning and navigation are obtained to determine the appropriate road route, which allows detecting and eliminating obstacles on the road, as well as building a map plan of the route in advance using online map services (Google Maps). It is shown that recognition of road signs (based on the classification using a road sign map consisting of 7 categories), people and vehicles minimizes the occurrence of road accidents, traffic jams and time delays. To recognize the images of road signs, people and vehicles, we studied the road sections connecting to the branched bridge.\u0000Thus, the authors have reviewed and analyzed the digital capabilities of pattern identification and recognition using machine learning methods, navigation and video surveillance systems, where the safety of vehicles with detection of road signs and obstacles on the way is of great importance. The results obtained can complement the possibilities of using unmanned vehicles to avoid obstacles and road accidents based on a trained pattern recognition system. The work is directed to the study of the drill string dynamics and its influence on the rock, which is drilled using probabilistic methods.\u0000It is shown that the nature of the vibrations of the top of the drill string and the downhole signals are different and have a stationary random character. It is proved that the process at the output of the drill string, taking into account random disturbances, is narrow-band (quasi-harmonic) or close to it. It is found that the energy composition of the spectrum sections and the appearance of resonance peaks and their displacement is directly determined by the physical and mechanical properties of the rocks being drilled, as one of the factors that determines the vibration state of the drill string. Graphs of the spectral density of the power of pitting vibrations are given, showing their amplification at frequencies of 30–40 Hz as the hardness of the rocks being drilled increases. The maximum of the power density bending curve shifts towards low frequencies. There is a «mutual convergence» of the maxima of the power spectral density of the oscillations of the top and bottom of the drill string. It is shown that an important feature of drill string vibrations in the process of drilling with ball bits is that the intensity of vibrations of the top of the drill string passes with frequencies close to low frequencies, and the vibrations of the bottom of the string – to high frequencies.\u0000It is determined that the process at the output of the drill string, taking into account random disturbances, is narrow-band (quasi-harmonic) or close to it. As a result, the assumption of a narrow band at the output of the system, which is the basis of theoretical research, is justified. It is proven that the drill string, as a system with liquid filling under pressure, is more stable compared to a hollow structure. The study solves the problem of determining current trends in the field of computerized printing systems, as well as developing forecasts for their future, taking into account modern technological innovations and the possibility of their application in printing. It was determined that the modern world is experiencing rapid technological changes. The integration of computer technologies in various branches of production not only optimizes processes, but also opens up new opportunities for development and innovation. The results were obtained: it was found that computerized polygraphic systems are becoming more and more widespread, providing the opportunity to improve product quality, reduce production costs and increase productivity. It has been proven that modern printing technologies demonstrate an impressive dynamic of progress, taking place in the context of intensive development of information and communication industries. The printing industry adapts quickly, assimilating modern technological advances and immediately implementing them into the production process. It has been confirmed that computer printing systems are actively developing, responding to the increase in market requirements and contributing to the improvement of print quality. Today's technologies, including 3D and 4D printing, digital stencil technology, laser engraving and central print management system (CPMS), are already integrated into the printing industry, providing automation, precision and efficiency. The existing problem consists in obtaining the energy efficiency of the process in an electrolyzer with an alkaline electrolyte of more than 65 %. To solve this problem, it is proposed to manufacture an electrolyzer with metal electrodes made of stainless steel and separated from each other by a gas-tight membrane (Bologna cloth) to separate hydrogen and oxygen gases. To establish the energy efficiency characteristics, an experimental installation was made, and the necessary measuring equipment was also used. In the course of the work, a research methodology was developed and the necessary calculation of the measured values was carried out. As a result, the influence of the operating voltage on the consumption of the current flowing through the electrodes of the electrolyzer and the power consumed by it was revealed, the values of which increase with the increase of the operating voltage. It was established that the energy efficiency of the process in electrolyzers with an alkaline electrolyte decreases with an increase in the operating voltage. At operating voltages of 3 V, 4 V, and 5 V, the energy efficiency is 85.7 %, 77 %, and 70 %, respectively. The proposed technique involves conducting experimental studies directly on a functioning electrolyzer. The practical implementation of the use of a gas-tight membrane (Bologna fabric) can help reduce the cost of manufacturing an electrolyzer.
