The problem of designing an aircraft of this scheme at the preliminary design stage is being solved in the work. The results of the work include the concept of designing aircraft with a transonic truss-braced wing, the main advantages of such a scheme, the process of determining the geometric parameters of the truss-braced, features of the preliminary design of an aircraft with an extremely high aspect ratio truss-braced wing, possible approaches to the arrangement of units and their mutual arrangement. The results are explained by the difference in the design model (the cantilever beam is replaced by a beam on two supports) in mass analysis and the increased wing aspect ratio in aerodynamic calculation. The final data are based on a statistical study to determine the basic geometric parameters of assemblies of modern mainline passenger aircraft, synthesis of parameters of analog aircraft. For example, an aircraft capable of carrying 250 passengers over a distance of 13.000 km is considered. In the design process, values of aspect ratio, taper ratio, wing area, vertical tail and horizontal tail area ratio, and fuselage dimensions are accepted. Drawings of the general appearance of the aircraft have been developed and, based on it, a master geometry of the theoretical contour has been constructed. Graphs of first-order polar and maximum lift-to-drag ratio have been plotted, the reduction of aerodynamic drag in percentage terms has been determined, and the increase in aerodynamic lift-to-drag ratio in percentage terms for an aircraft with an extremely high aspect ratio truss-braced wing compared to similar characteristics of an aircraft with a conventional non-braced wing has been calculated. The approximate mass savings when using a truss-braced wing on the aircraft are determined in percentage terms. The expediency of using wings of greater aspect ratio, than modern aircraft currently have, has been justified. The expediency of using a brace for the aircraft with an extremely high aspect ratio wing has been justified. The paper reviews the necessity to assess the greenhouse emissions in the city and proposes the methods for greenhouse emissions inventory of the urban transport system. The proposed approach is aligned with guidelines for the development of Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plan (SECAP) of Mayor Covenants of European Union (EU). The methodologies outlined in the paper allow to estimate annual greenhouse emissions from transport sector.\u0000The SECAP defines transport sectors based on ownership and functioning as following: municipal transport fleet, public transport, and private and commercial transport. The paper proposes the methodology to estimate direct and indirect emissions in each of the described sector based on the information that is typicaly available to municipalities in Ukraine. The assessment is conducted on disaggregated level for different fuel types (diesel, petroleum, natural gas, biofuel, electricity, etc.) and separately for each fleet type (buses, trucks, passenger vehicles, specialized machinery). Total CO2 emissions are then estimated by multiplying the amount of fuel consumed by the emission factor for each fuel type and vehicle type. Information of fuel consumption is estimated based on annual milage and estimated based on available data and number of assumptions proposed in the paper. The proposed methodology for greenhouse emissions inventory for the transport sector allows to analyze available data, recommendations for data collection and a methodology for determining CO2 emissions from the operation of the transport system with sufficient accuracy of calculations.\u0000Based on these results, it is possible to forecast changes in energy consumption and emissions in the transport sector as a result of various interventions. This paper aimed to study the effects of this factors and their interactions on the stopping distance function. Understanding this function through simulation and comparing the results with mathematical models and experimental tests will help to reduce the number of road accidents. A large part of road accidents is linked to non-compliance with regulatory speed associated with vehicle braking system (grip, road and tires) and weather conditions. A speed measurement campaign on peri-urban roads was carried out to study driving behavior and compliance with speed limits in several Algerian cities. An experimental modelling of speed, anti-lock system, weather, grip and their interaction effects on the stopping distance of a vehicle using the experimental design method, combined with driving simulator tests was been conducted. The developments of experimental design with speed variation ranges (70 and 130 km/h) were necessary to study the influence of the various driving parameters on stopping distance. The mathematical model developed has been validated by the results obtained on the simulator. The experimental design method and simulator results were used to identify and define the important parameters that influence the braking distance. The results show that the stopping distance (SD) is mainly influenced by the vehicle speed (S), the weather conditions (M), and their interaction. The increase due to speed leads to an increase in the stopping distance with an estimated effect of 54.30 m. When the speed varies between its lower experimental level (70 km/h) and its higher level (130 km/h), it is estimated that the stopping distance will increase by 54.30 m. The analysis of the road speed measurement campaign, 55 % of road users do not obey the speed limits. The subject of the research is the fuzzy search method, which will allow to effectively solve the problem of searching for information in a set of textual data. The paper considers the process of developing a fuzzy search method, which consists of 9 consecutive steps and is required for a quick search for matches in a large set of text data. Based on this method, it is proposed to create a fuzzy search system that will solve the problem of finding the most relevant documents from a set of such documents.\u0000The proposed fuzzy search method combines the advantages of algorithms based on deterministic finite automata and algorithms based on dynamic programming for calculating the Damerau-Levenshtein distance. Such a combination allows to implement the symbol similarity table in an optimal way. As part of the work, an approach for creating a symbol similarity table was proposed and an example of such a table was created for symbols from the English alphabet, which allows to find the degree of similarity between two symbols with constant asymptotics and to convert the current symbol into its basic counterpart. For document filtering, a metric was developed to evaluate the correspondence of text data to a search phrase, which simultaneously takes into account the number of found and not found characters and the number of found and not found words.\u0000The Damerau-Levenstein algorithm allows to find the edit distance between two words, taking into account the following types of errors: substitution, addition, deletion, and transposition of characters. The confrontation between Israel and Hamas, the escalation of tensions between Serbia and Kosovo, Sudan, Yemen, Karabagh are some of the hot spots that threaten the stability of peace and the world-class economy. 183 armed conflicts were counted for 2023, which is the highest figure for 30 years, and military aggression on the territory of Ukraine has reached the most destructive scale. Research work is an attempt to create a multipolar world, thanks to scientific activity due to the consequences of armed conflicts on the territory of Ukraine.\u0000The most important condition for economic growth on the platform of quality renewal of production is the reduction of costs, the production of a quality product, service, and the introduction of innovation. Thus, the object of the study is the dependence of targeted financing of innovations as a direction that will contribute to increasing the level of innovative development of enterprises. It also considers the dependence of targeted financing of innovations as a way to increase the level of innovative development of enterprises under the known impact of military operations on the territory of Ukraine. The problem of the research is the state of innovative development of Ukraine, the factors that caused it, the tools of influence and stimulation from the state, such as tax incentives, attracting investors for the development of small and medium-sized businesses through the creation of favorable economic conditions, using the example of the Diia City tax regime. It also the dependence of targeted financing of innovations, as a direction to increase the level of innovative development of enterprises under the known effects of military actions on the territory of Ukraine. The obtained results are due to such factors as the impact of military aggression on the territory of Ukraine, the pandemic and post-pandemic period, which had negative consequences such as a decrease in the planned volume of production due to the downtime of enterprises, a decrease in labor productivity, changes in the established raw material supply system. The study of the special regime of «Diia City» indicates a positive growing level of interest of investors, in particular foreign ones, in attracting funds for the development of various sectors of the economy, most of all in the field of information services, which contributes to the processes of digitization and integration of Industry 4.0. Algorithms for calculating optimal routes are designed to improve the quality of recommendations and provide a high level of personalization.\u0000The functionality of the information system for planning tourist routes is based on the use of a number of innovative approaches and technologies that make the system more efficient, accurate and attractive to users. This takes into account the need to use modern route optimization algorithms. Algorithms have been developed to optimize tourist routes based on various criteria, such as cost, time, personal preferences, and environmental aspects. The introduction of intelligent analytical tools for predicting tourist trends helps to determine the popularity of places and other factors that influence the choice of routes. For the audio support of the excursion route, an algorithm for generating multimedia information content that is relevant to an individual personalized excursion route and its duration is used. To recognize the handwritten text from the documents in image format offline handwriting recognition technology is used. The text recognizer module accepts input as separate lines, so one of the important preprocessing steps is the detection and splitting of all handwritten text into distinct lines.\u0000In this paper, the handwritten text line segmentation task, its requirements, problems, and challenges are examined. Two main approaches for this task that are used in modern recognition systems are reviewed. These approaches are statistical projection-based methods and neural-based methods. Multiple works and research papers for each type of approach are reviewed analyzing their strengths and weaknesses considering the described tasks, constraints, and input data peculiarities. Overall acquired results are formed in a single table for comparison. \u0000Based on the latest works that utilize deep neural networks the new possibilities of using these methods in recognition systems are described that were unavailable with traditional statistical segmentation approaches.\u0000The constructive conclusions are made based on the review, describing the main pros and cons of these two approaches for the line segmentation task. The analysis of the investigated AO, namely the helicopter stabilizer, was carried out using modern 3D scanners and the creation of its analytical portrait (AP). The problem is to create the most similar AP and compare it with AS, taking into account the results of the calculations. The following results were obtained: the AS was built and the AP of the stabilizer geometry was created, a comparative analysis of the AP and AS was carried out, and the results of the accuracy of the object geometry calculations were obtained. Aerodynamic calculations of stabilizer characteristics were also carried out, analysis of standardized aerodynamic profiles was carried out taking into account the accepted limitations for forming the stabilizer AS. The scientific and practical novelty of the obtained results is as follows: the created MM for calculating the accuracy of the dimensions of the unit contour using the chain method made it possible to estimate the tying errors that occur when using the loft-template method. This made it possible to choose equipment and software for construction the AS stabilizer. The selection of improved values of the object's aerodynamic characteristics made it possible to build an AS based on the standardized NACA 0012 profile. This can be used as an information basis for the organization of small-scale production of the object under study. That is, in general, the process of reverse engineering made it possible to conduct a detailed analysis of sections, aerodynamic characteristics and improve them for the future improved profile. The problem of the study, first of all, is that the relocation of business for domestic business entities was not very relevant recently, and the practical experience of moving capacities is practically absent. An analysis of the difficulties encountered by entrepreneurs when deciding to relocate the company was carried out. In addition, the study examines the enterprise relocation program proposed by the government and its shortcomings that make it difficult to use. It was determined that among the main problems of the state program of relocation are the insufficient information base and awareness of the existing program, the lack of established communication between the participants of the process. It was emphasized that entrepreneurs need additional financing for the time of adaptation and stabilization of their business in new regions, expansion of infrastructure in the form of creation of business incubators, business hubs and business accelerators. However, there are almost no innovative relocation companies in the studied regions. It is necessary to stimulate innovative activity with long-term sectoral development programs and fiscal incentives, since the relocation of enterprises in modern conditions is an effective tool for the restoration of entrepreneurial activity in new regions of the country, which in turn ensures the relative stability of the economy, provides jobs, guarantees the production of national products and services, as well as the possibility of their implementation on the international market. Potential solutions have been analyzed and determined, which can contribute to revitalizing the relocation of businesses and making the process more successful. However, this requires state support and additional funding, which will help bring the enterprise relocation program to a new level, which in turn will help enterprises to continue their activities and have a positive impact on the state's economy. This study can become a reference point for Ukrainian business in the near future. This proximity has been a fundamental motivation for the completion of the current study. The object of research is the quality of iron products from Sidi Maarouf. The research is aimed at developing a treatment process aimed at improving the quality of iron products from Sidi Maarouf, while reducing the impurities of quartz and clay present in this ore. This approach will be based on an approved technological treatment scheme, implemented through an experimental approach to ensure reliable results that meet the requirements of the steel industry. The problem issue revolves around the difficulties encountered in the production of steels due to the natural characteristics of the raw material.\u0000In the absence of a physico-chemical characterization of the Sidi Maarouf iron ore deposit, samples taken undergo a series of thorough analyses, including microscopic examinations, X-ray diffraction (XRD), as well as additional chemical analyses using X-ray fluorescence (XRF). The identified minerals are predominantly composed of hematite in terms of iron. As for the gangue, it is mainly composed of calcite and quartz. Through to the pre-treatment process involving washing, we have successfully removed lightweight particles, resulting in a concentrate containing dense particles. This approach was crucial in achieving satisfactory results during the high-intensity dry magnetic separation. As a result of the research it is shown that the enrichment of the Sidi Maarouf iron ore through high-intensity dry magnetic separation, a final concentrate was obtained with a Fe2O3 content exceeding 67 %, along with a significant reduction in silica impurities to 0.92 % and alumina to 0.77 %. It was concluded that this concentrate, derived from the -1+0.5 mm fraction and obtained under a current intensity of 12 A, meets the requirements of the steel industry.\u0000Following the work carried out, it is found that the methods of valorization of iron ore through mineralogical processes consistently require a high level of efficiency and performance in terms of equipment and characterization of the products obtained.
