Work motivation is an encouragement that comes from the employee. Performance is the result of work both in quality and quantity. This study aims to determine the effect of work competence and motivation on employee performance at Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Pesisir Barat.The research conducted was quantitative descriptive research. This study used 56 research respondents. There are three variables in this study, namely: 2 (two) independent variables (X1 and X2) and 1 (one) dependent variable where competence (X1) and work motivation (X2) are independent variables and employee performance (Y) as the dependent variable.From the results of data processing, the following hypothesized answers have been found; there is the influence of competence (X1) on employee performance (Y), with a level of influence of 65.7% There is an influence of work motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y) with a level of influence of 70.8%. There is an influence of competence (X1) and work motivation (X2) together on employee performance (Y), with a level of influence of 77.2%. But by having enough customers, PT did not close. Telkomsel to stop looking for new customers or keep customers who are already using its products, with such behavior or strategy will affect the life of a company for a long time. The research objective is to analyze the marketing strategy at PT Telkomsel Bandar Lampung. The design of this research is descriptive (explanatory). The population is all employees and management of Telkomsel Bandar Lampung, amounting to 231 people and a sample of 70 people. The analysis is carried out with the SWOT Matrix which is used to compile the company's strategy. The results showed that PT Telkomsel Bandar Lampung is in quadrant I. This shows that PT Telkomsel Bandar Lampung is currently in the position of Growth and Build (growing and developing). Based on the company's position the appropriate alternative strategies used in this quadrant are intensive strategies (market penetration, market development, and product development) or integrative (backward integration, forward integration and horizontal integration). The results showed that inventory management had a positive effect on the performance of farmer groups. Leadership has a negative effect on the performance of farmer groups. Testing the analysis model using multiple regression, partial test (t-test), simultaneous test (F-test), and coefficient of determination (R2), and statistical hypothesis test. Based on the results of research with multiple linear regression analysis with t-test obtained promotion through social media has a positive and significant effect on consumers’ decision to choose a wedding organizer, while word of mouth has a positive and not significant effect on consumers' decision to choose a wedding organizer. Methods of data analysis using quantitative descriptive data. Quantitative descriptive analysis is used to analyze statistically in order to test the research hypothesis on the data obtained by calculating it using SPSS software. The sample was taken as much as the population of employees at the PLN office, namely 58 employees.From the results of data processing, it has been found that the answer to the hypothesis is as follows: there is an effect of compensation on employee performance, with a level of influence (R-square) of 33.9%. There is an influence of work discipline on employee performance with an influence level of 30.8%. The purpose of this study is to determine whether these ratio profitabilitasn affect capital structure of firm size in agriculture company listed on the indonesia stock exchange (IDX). There search sample was determined by the method of purposive sampling based on the criteria company, in order to obtain a sample 4 companies.with multiple linier regression test, F test and R2 test with error limit 5%=0,05. This results of this study showed multiple regressions Y=5,005 – 114X1 – 0,22X2 + 17X3 – 0,41X4 – 0,41X5 - 0,03X6. The results of research obtained correlation coeffecient value (R) equal to (696). Coeffecient of determination R2 is (485). This means that independent variables explain Gross Profit Margin, Net Profit margin, Return On equity, Return on asset, Return on Invesment, Earning pershare impact on capital structure of 48,5% the remaining 51,5% influenced by other factors. Based on the results of F test with Fcount value of 2,024 then it can be Gross Profit Margin have positive significant impact on the capital structure. Net profit margin have a positive significant impact on capital structure, Return On Equity have positive significant impact on capital structure. Return On asset have positive significant impact on capital structure. The market has widely available various types of mass produced goods, consequently consumers are faced with many product choices, one of which is Dancow milk that competes with other brands of milk. he results show that the brand image and word of mouth together affect the decision to purchase Dancow milk in Bandar Lampung. This is evidenced by the t test, where t arithmetic t table with t value of each variable x1 that is brand image (2,349 1,986) and variable x2 word od mouth (3,132 1,986) hence statistically that all independent variable (brand Image and word of mouth)Affect the decision to purchase Dancow milk in Bandar Lampung.
