And perceived credibility is the determinant of whether online reviews are adopted or not. Based on SMCR theory, this paper introduces a mediator variable - perceived credibility into tourism products. The maximum likelihood estimation method and spss process are used to empiricately reveal the influence mechanism of perceived credibility of online reviews on the online purchase intention of tourism consumers. The role of traffic signs is most important in preventing or mitigating accidents. In many cases, while driving, traffic signs are not visible in the conventional approach; if traffic sign detection and recognition can alert the driver of important sign guidance ahead, it will help in accident mitigation. Traffic sign recognition plays a monumental role in expert systems, such as traffic assistance driving systems and automatic driving systems. The prime purpose of this paper is to design and identify a computer-based system that can spontaneously detect the direction of a road sign. For this research work, we have created our own dataset, which is called the Bangladeshi Traffic Sign Recognition Benchmark (BTSRB) dataset. The dataset, BTSRB, was created by capturing images from different angles and under different parameters and conditions. A total of 7320 images were collected to create this comprehensive database. This dataset called BTSRB all the images collected from Bangladesh. In this paper, we used five different types of models (CNN, Inception V3, MobileNetV2, ResNet50, and VGG16), which are pre-trained on the ImageNet dataset. Later, we finetuned the pre-trained model and used transfer learning. The main challenge of this research is collecting datasets from a country like Bangladesh, where no recognized dataset is available. When compared to another model, the accuracy of this model is greater than 91%. Rest on this, this paper develops a support vector machine technique to evaluate and optimize financial management, maximize the level of financial management, and shrink the evaluation and optimization time. Then, a comprehensive assessment of financial management is carried out. Finally, vector computing manages evaluation optimization and outputs the optimization outputs. The simulation outputs of MATLAB represent that the support vector machine method can accurately evaluate and optimize, improve the level of financial management, and the evaluation and optimization accuracy is more significant than 92%, which is better than the vector calculation method. At the same time, the results of the support vector machine technique developed in this paper have a small change range, less than 3.6%, which is superior to the original calculation method. In addition, in the financial management, support vector machine method for data processing time is less than 5 seconds, better than manual evaluation method. This technology offers numerous advantages over traditional stationary charging methods, such as eliminating the need for frequent stops to recharge and enabling EVs to travel longer distances. In addition, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) wireless battery management system (BMS). have been developed to wirelessly monitor and optimize the charging process, further enhancing the efficiency and safety of dynamic wireless charging. This paper presents dynamic wireless charging with wireless BMS, which will dynamically adjust the charging power level and maintain the charging status of the battery, based on the battery state of charge (SOC) and the charging requirements. The system uses a high-frequency inverter for power transmission and an active front-end rectifier for power conversion, which improves the efficiency of the charging process. The BLE wireless BMS provides real-time data on the battery condition and enables communication with the charging system for optimal charging. However, data security and trustworthiness are major concerns in cross-chain data sharing, as data may be altered or corrupted during the sharing process. In this paper, we propose a novel technique for data verification in cross-chain data sharing based on Merkle trees. By establishing the merkle tree relay mechanism, the Merkle tree is used to build a decentralized environment, and the cross-chain transaction data is verified safely and efficiently, so that the data can be shared between different blockchain networks while maintaining the integrity and credibility of the data. The technology ensures the integrity and credibility of the data by using the characteristics of the Merkle tree. It provides an efficient and secure way to validate data in a decentralized environment. We also describe the implementation of the technique and experimentally demonstrate its effectiveness. Research on urban inundated area planning can effectively deal with the loss caused by urban flood disaster. In this study, one-dimensional and two-dimensional coupled hydrodynamic simulation model of urban area was established by using computer and GIS technology, and the rainfall return period of 5-year, 10-year, 20-year and 50-year was selected for simulation study. The simulation results were planned and displayed by GIS. The main conclusions are as follows: the coupling model of one-dimensional and two-dimensional hydrodynamics can be used to model the rainfall confluence process in urban areas. The combination of computer technology and GIS technology can provide scientific basis and technical support for urban flood control and drainage and inundation area planning, and the simulation results can be shown accurately and vividly. With the increase of rainfall recurrence period, the inundation range and the number of inundation risk points in the study area increased, and the inundation range in the same risk area expanded. Comparing the results of an overhaul with the estimated risk of not overhauling provides the most decision-making results. This paper constructs a cable maintenance status evaluation management system based on big data, including the responsibility system, process system, control system and information management system of cable maintenance, in order to provide assistance for power development and increase the economic benefits of power companies. In this paper, the fundamentals of the mechanical properties of the elongation at break of cable fiber materials at different temperatures are investigated. Experimental studies show that the aging time and elongation at break of the XLPE sample cable at 140 °C to the critical reaction point are 26 days and 589%, respectively. The inflection point aging time is 13 days at 150 °C and 160 °C. In this paper, continuous media is modeled and dynamically simulated based on C # language. In order to facilitate the effective storage and management of some data, it is important to study the key technologies of the method of separating the front and back ends. In this paper, the computer dynamic algorithm and key technology of the front and back-end separation system are studied by using experimental comparison and encryption methods. The experimental data shows that the number of data packets optimized by the front and rear separation system is only 1% - 2%, and the loading time is about 3%. The system adopts the front and rear end separation architecture, the dynamic algorithm, data visualization and multi-language support and other technical means, making the algorithm development more flexible and efficient, and can meet the personalized needs of users.
