The purpose of this paper is to study the data analysis of e-commerce precision marketing system based on artificial intelligence algorithm. Based on artificial intelligence, the current situation of e-commerce precision marketing is analysed to identify the problems in building or using big data of users for precision marketing. Combining technologies such as user portraits, BP neural networks and recommendation algorithms, we focus on all-round identification of users, segmentation of user groups, and then marketing according to user needs to bring users a good user experience and increase corporate profits. The research results show that through the rational use of artificial intelligence algorithms, users can accurately predict their purchasing behavior, and conduct personalized recommendation and marketing based on their needs and preferences.
