Operational activities were one of the most basic performances in schools. It required teachers' skills in their fields or professionals. The researcher chose MTs Negeri Batang as the object of research. These indicated an unfavorable working situation. These could show how important the role of madrasah principals is in improving teacher performance in the quality learning process, especially in administration. Application of academic supervision with workshop techniques can increase active learning by arranging learning administration. The focus of this research will be more to know the extent of teacher performance and also in learning administration at MTs Negeri Batang. This research uses Madrasah Action Research as a method. After proceeding in several cycles in data collection, the researchers found teachers who showed seriousness in understanding and compiling teaching administration which was origin 79.6% especially after receiving teaching administration development guidance from researchers so that there was a 98.1% increase in the average in the preparation of teaching administration by 18.5%. It could be proven from the results of observations of the quality of quasi-learning administration. These showed that there was an increase in teacher competence from cycle 1, scores 81 there are 4 people from 36 (11.2%) to cycle 2 who scores 81 there are 35 of 36 teachers (97.2%) so that there is an increase in the quality of administration learning by 86%. \u0000ABSTRAKKinerja guru merupakan sebuah proses dalam menentukan proses ketercapaian visi dan misi sekolah. Kegiatan operasional merupakan salah satu kinerja yang paling pokok di sekolah dalam pembelajaran. Hal ini tentunya memerlukan tenaga guru yang terampil dalam bidangnya atau profesional. Peneliti memilih MTs Negeri Batang sebagai obyek penelitian. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya situasi kerja yang kurang baik. Hal ini terlihat betapa penting peran kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam proses pembelajaran yang bermutu terutama pada administrasi. Penerapan supervisi akademik dengan teknik workshop dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran aktif dengan menyusun administrasi pembelajaran. Selanjutnya, fokus dari penelitian ini akan lebih kepada mengetahui sejauh mana kinerja guru dalam administrasi pembelajaran di MTs Negeri Batang. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Madrasah sebagai metode. Setelah berproses dalam beberapa siklus dalam pengambilan data, peneliti menemukan guru yang menunjukkan keseriusan dalam memahami dan menyusun administrasi mengajar yang semula 79,6% apalagi setelah mendapatkan bimbingan pengembangan administrasi mengajar dari peneliti sehingga terjadinya 98,1% peningkatan rata-rata dalam penyusunan administrasi mengajar sebesar 18,5%. (2) Meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam menyusun instrument evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis HOTS. Sasaran dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah seluruh guru MA. Sirajul Huda Pringgarata terutama guru bidang studi matematika. Pelatihan penyusunan evaluasi pembelajaran ini berisikan tentang tekhnik penyusunan kisi-kisi soal, soal-soal berbasis HOTS dan rubrik penskoran pada ranah kognitif. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini untuk mencapai tujuan sebagaimana yang telah dirumuskan yaitu metode ceramah, diskusi, dan latihan yang dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan dan seminar. Hasil Pelatihan pada kriteria keaktifan peserta dengan indikator: 1) Memperhatikan penjelasan pemateri rata-rata 100%; 2) Mencatat penjelasan pemateri rata-rata 92%; 3) Aktif bertanya/menjawab rata-rata 58%. Hasil penilaian kerjasama kelompok dengan indikator: 1) Berusaha memberikan pendapat rata-rata 82%; 2) Terlibat aktif dalam diskusi rata-rata 100%; 3) Menghargai pendapat sejawat rata-rata 100%. The population of high school teachers is approximately 709 more with accidental sampling. The sample is homogeneous as many as 95 teachers. The method used in data collection is using a questionnaire. The data collection technique was through the distribution of questionnaires with a Likert scale of 1 to 5. The method of data analysis was to describe the characteristics of the respondents including gender, age, education, class, and years of service. While the model analysis uses absolute difference moderation, namely the analysis of moderating variables by regressing the absolute difference. In the results 1) Discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance 2) Teacher efficacy has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, 3) Principal supervision does not moderate the effect of discipline on teacher performance, and 4) Principal supervision does not moderate teacher efficacy on teacher performance. . Thus, similar research is still needed with different populations and samples. \u0000ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kedisiplinan dan efikasi guru terhadap kinerja guru dimoderasi supervisi kepala sekolah di SMA Kabupaten Jepara. Populasi guru SMA kira-kira 709 lebih dengan pengambilan sampel accidental sampling. Sampel bersifat homogin sebanyak 95 guru. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah menggunakan kuesener. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran angket kuesener dengan skala likert 1 sampai 5. Metode analisis data dengan mendeskriptifkan kharakteristik responden meliputi jenis kelamin, usia, pendidikan, golongan, dan masa kerja. Sementara analisis modelnya menggunakan moderasi selisih mutlak yakni analisis variabel moderasi dengan meregresikan selisih mutlak. Pada hasil 1) Kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru 2) Efikasi guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, 3) Supervisi kepala sekolah tidak memoderasi pengaruh kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja guru ,dan 4) Supervisi kepala sekolah tidak memoderasi efikasi guru terhadap kinerja guru. This performance improvement is carried out through periodic collaborative educational supervision.This action research was conducted on 16 teachers of SD Negeri Dombo 1, Sayung District, Demak Regency. The action research was carried out from September 2021 to November 2021. The research design used is an action research design (reserch) whose flow is: making an action plan, implementing the action, and reflecting on the implementation of the action. The results of these reflections are used as guidelines for making decisions to continue or stop the research. The research was carried out in a spiral in cycles until the second cycle. The research data are in the form of observation notes, field notes, planning documentation and supervision results. The main data collection instrument is the researcher, while the supporting instruments are observation and documentation guidelines. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative and quantitative techniques.The results showed that the teacher's performance increased after the action in the form of direct educative supervision was carried out from cycle I to cycle II. These improvements include improvements in preparing lesson plans, implementing learning, assessing learning achievement, carrying out follow-up assessments of student achievement Based on the results of educative supervision in cycle I and cycle II, teacher performance increased, namely in cycle I, teacher performance in preparing learning plans for cycle I reached 76%, while in cycle II it was 91%. The teacher's performance in implementing the learning cycle I reached 71% while the second cycle reached 89%. Teacher performance in assessing learning achievement in the first cycle reached 70% while the second cycle was 90%. Teacher performance in carrying out follow-up assessments of student achievement in the first cycle reached 54% while the second cycle was 84%. Thus, the average cycle II action was already above 75%. Based on the results of the action research, it can be concluded that the teacher's performance increases in preparing lesson plans, implementing learning, assessing learning achievement, carrying out follow-up assessments of student achievement. Seeing the problems faced by teachers in preparing and developing learning implementation plans, it is necessary to have special guidance, namely individual supervision in developing learning implementation plans. For this reason, this study aims to improve the pedagogic competence of PAI Harjamukti teachers in Cirebon City in developing learning implementation plans through individual supervision. The research subjects were 20 PAI teachers in the Harjamukti area of ??Cirebon City. So the focus of this research is on the pedagogic competence of PAI teachers in the preparation and development of learning implementation plans. This research procedure consists of 3 cycles, in each cycle consisting of four stages, namely preparation of actions, implementation of actions, observation and monitoring of actions, and reflection. The results of this study are as follows: in the first cycle, PAI teachers have not been able and have not understood in the preparation of lesson plans there are only 5% who understand in the good category. In Cycle II, 40% of PAI teachers were in the good category, and in Cycle III, there was a very significant increase, there were 35% who understood the preparation and development of learning implementation plans in the good category and 60% in the very good category. So it can be concluded that Individual Technical Supervision can improve the competence of PAI teachers in compiling and developing lesson plans. \u0000ABSTRAKSelama ini guru PAI dalam menyusun rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran kurikulum 2013 belum faham dalam membuat IPK, tujuan pembelajaran, menentukan materi faktual, konseptual, dan procedural, serta sulitnya dalam menyusun rubrik dan instrument penilaian. Melihat masalah-masalah yang dihadapi guru dalam Menyusun dan mengembangkan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, maka perlu adanya bimbingan khusus yaitu supervisi individual dalam mengembangkan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkat kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI Harjamukti Kota Cirebon dalam mengembangkan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran melalui supervisi individual. This research technique is School Action Research (PTS) which consists of 2 cycles, each cycle consists of 4 (four) stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects in this study were the principal and the school development team of SMP Negeri 6 Sabang. As for the research results obtained, through the application of managerial supervision has been able to improve the performance of school principals in preparing school work programs. This is known from the final score obtained from the school work program planning instrument. At the end of the pre-cycle the score obtained was 42.5 under category and D predicate. For this reason, coaching and mentoring was carried out so that in cycle I and cycle II the principal and the school development team understood each component of the school work program planning instrument. In the first cycle the final score was 62.5 sufficient category and predicate C. There was an increase in the value of 20 from the pre-cycle to the first cycle. At the end of the second cycle the score was 80 good categories and B predicate. An increase in the value of 18.5 from the first cycle to cycle II. This research was conducted on 9 research subjects. The research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle carried out with stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The data collection method used was observation and to analyze the data used quantitative descriptive analysis. Judging from the observations that have been made, the creativity of teachers has increased from the initial average value of 74.89 category Enough (C) with a percentage of 22.22%, cycle I increased to 84 categories Good (B) with a percentage of 44.44%, and the second cycle increased to 93.33 category Very Good (A) with a percentage of 88.89%. Thus, it can be concluded that the academic supervision applied by researchers has been able to increase teacher creativity in carrying out teaching and learning activities (KBM) during the Covid-19 pandemic in the first semester of the 2020/2021 academic year at SMP Negeri 47 Batam City. \u0000ABSTRAKTujuan Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah yang dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 47 Kota Batam adalah mengupayakan supervisi akademik untuk meningkatkan kreativitas guru dalam melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar (KBM) di masa pandemi Covid-19 melalui pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 9 orang subjek penelitian. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus yang masing-masing siklusnya dilakukan dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan untuk menganalisis datanya digunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Dilihat dari hasil observasi yang telah dilakukan kreativitas guru mengalami peningkatan dari nilai rata-rata awal sebesar 74,89 kategori Cukup (C) dengan prosentase 22,22%, siklus I meningkat menjadi 84 kategori Baik (B) dengan prosentase 44,44%, dan siklus II meningkat menjadi 93,33 kategori Amat Baik (A) dengan prosentase 88,89%. This research uses comparative type research with descriptive qualitative approaches. The results of the study concluded that: (1) Learning plan on PDF Ulya DDI Mangkoso does not yet have standard learning tools such as syllabus, lesson plan, semester and annual programs, because the education unit is still new and does not have a standard format set by the ministry of religion, in contrast to SMA Islam Athirah Boarding School. (2) The organization of learning in PDF Ulya DDI Mangkoso has been carried out well through the roles and responsibilities of all parties concerned ranging from the Head of Madrasah, Dormitory Builder, Ustadz / teacher especially to the Islamic students’ organization in it that supports each other. While in SMA Islam Athirah Boarding School, the organization of learning has been carried out by existing SOPs, but still often gets its challenges. (3) The implementation of learning in PDF Ulya DDI Mangkoso has been running by its learning system, namely madrasy, halaqy, and idhafi system, and these three systems have been running by its characteristics as a boarding school, as well as SMA Islam Athirah Boarding School, the implementation of learning has been running well by its characteristics as a formal education unit under the Ministry of Education. (4) The evaluation of learning in PDF Ulya DDI Mangkoso has been going well by the provisions set by the national education office, namely by carrying out cognitive, psychomotor, and effective assessments, similar to the evaluation of learning carried out at SMA Islam Athirah Boarding School, but the method of implementation sometimes has differences. \u0000ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persamaan atau perbedaan manajemen pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan pada Pendidikan Diniyah Formal (PDF) Ulya DDI Mangkoso dan SMA Islam Athirah Boarding School Bukit Baruga. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian jenis komparatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa : (1) Perencanaan pembelajaran pada PDF Ulya DDI Mangkoso belum memiliki perangkat pembelajaran yang baku seperti silabus, RPP, Program semester dan tahunan, karena satuan pendidikannya masih baru dan belum memiliki format standar yang ditetapkan oleh kementrian agama, berbeda dengan SMA Islam Athirah Boarding School. (2) Pengorganisasian pembelajaran pada PDF Ulya DDI Mangkoso sudah terlaksana dengan baik melalui peran dan tanggung jawab seluruh pihak yang terkait mulai dari Kepala Madrasah, Pembina Asrama, Ustadz/guru terlebih lagi kepada organisasi santri yang ada didalamnya yang saling mendukung antara satu dengan lainnya. Kemampuan guru SD dalam menguasai bahan pelajaran pada umumnya sangat memprihatinkan. Dari sampel guru SD yang diminta menunjukkan kemampuan menguasai bahan pelajaran, 70% kurang menguasai bahan pelajaran dan 30% menguasai bahan pelajaran. Kondisi tersebut terjadi karena kurang optimalnya fungsi pengawasan kepala sekolah. Selama ini banyak pendapat bahwa profesionalisme guru di Indonesia relatif rendah atau kurang memadai. Hal itu terjadi antara lain karena kurangnya kepengawasan kepala sekolah. Tujuan PTS ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pembinaan kepala sekolah melalui supervisi akademik untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam pengembangan evaluasi hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian terbukti dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru dengan mencapai standar ideal. Keberhasilan pada siklus I sebesar 61,43% meningkat menjadi 67,14% pada siklus II dan menjadi 75% pada siklus III. Sekolah atau pendidikan menjadi tempat yang sangat strategis untuk menumbuhkan bakat wirausaha. Akan tetapi selain bakat, motivasi dan pengetahuan mengenai berwirausaha juga harus diberikan. Program sekolah pencetak wirausaha merupakan serangkaian kegiatan untuk membentuk dan membuka pola pikir siswa yang akan lulus untuk menggeluti dunia wirausaha, sehingga peserta didik tidak hanya berfikir untuk bekerja diindustri, tetapi sebagai pencipta lapangan kerja mandiri. Program ini membutuhkan lima komponen pendukung yaitu kepala sekolah sebagai penggerak, guru sebagai pembimbing, peserta didik sebagai pelaksana usaha, masyarakat sebagai pendukung dan konsumen, serta pemerintah sebagai fasilitator.
