The problem to be investigated in this research is Is there an increase in the Reading Ability of AISYIYAH -2 Kindergarten Students, especially Class B1 by applying the method of playing picture cards and syllable cards? After the implementation of the method of playing picture cards and syllable cards, it turned out to be very influential on children's learning motivation. The results showed that the letter card media which was carried out in three cycles was proven to improve the reading ability of group B students. This was evident from the improvement in every aspect of the assessment. Children's reading ability in the pre-cycle which was only 40%, increased in the first cycle to 60% and increased again in the second cycle 78% and in the third cycle 93%. The research uses data that is carried out in 3 cycles, where in each cycle there are stages of activities which include: (1) Planning, (2) Implementation, (3) Observation, (4) Reflection. Penggunaan metode Bermain kartu Gambar dan Kartu Suku Kata diharapkan dapat meningkatkan aktivitas anak didik dalam proses belajar mengajar, sehingga dalam proses belajar mengajar aktifvitas peserta didik tidak mengalami terjadinya kejenuhan, dengan demikian siswa akan terlibat secara fisik, emosional dan intelektual yang pada gilirannya diharapkan konsep yang diajarkan oleh guru dapat dipahami oleh siswa. Permasalahan yang ingin dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah Apakah ada peningkatan Kemampuan Membaca anak didik TK AISYIYAH -2 Khususnya Kelas B1 dengan diterapkannya metode bermain kartu gambar dan kartu Suku Kata ?Setelah diterapkannya metode Bermain Kartu Gambar dan Kartu Suku Kata ternyata sangat berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media kartu huruf yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus terbukti dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca siswa kelompok B. Hal ini terlihat dari adanya peningkatan pada tiap aspek penilaian. The subjects of this study were 5 students of group B of TK Mandala Putra. The object of this research is the cognitive ability of early childhood in making ABCD-ABCD patterns using fruit satay. The data collection technique used was observation of the students' work to determine the level of children's cognitive abilities in making ABCD-ABCD patterns and evaluation was also carried out during children's activities. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive quantitative. Based on the results of data analysis carried out, it was obtained that learning completeness in the pre-cycle had a percentage of 20%, in the first cycle it had a percentage of 40%, and in the second cycle it had a percentage of 60%. And from the results of the analysis above, it can be interpreted that the activity of making ABCD-ABCD patterns using fruit satay can improve the cognitive abilities of group BPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif anak usia dini dalam membuat pola ABCD-ABCD melalui kegiatan membuat pola ABCD-ABCD dengan menggunakan sate buah pada anak didik kelompok B di TK Mandala Putra. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah kemampuan kognitif anak usia dini dalam membuat pola ABCD-ABCD dengan menggunakan sate buah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi terhadap hasil karya peserta didik untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan kognitif anak dalam membuat pola ABCD-ABCD dan dilakukan pula evaluasi selama kegiatan anak dilaksanakan. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan diperoleh ketuntasan belajar pada pra-siklus memiliki persentase sebesar 20 %, pada siklus I memiliki persentase sebesar 40 %, dan pada siklus II memiliki persentase sebesar 60 %. Data collection was carried out through observation and question and answer by applying the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model in science learning activities. The data obtained were analyzed using the theory of learning motivation. So that the results obtained that through playing science activities, can increase early childhood learning motivation. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak menerapkan pembelajaran sains di kelas paud terhadap meningkatnya motivasi belajar Anak Usia Dini (AUD) di TK ISLAM PLUS CERIA Malang. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek penelitian adalah Anak Usia Dini (AUD) kelompok B di TK ISLAM PLUS CERIA pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2020-2021 yang berjumlah 15 anak. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan tanya jawab dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) pada aktivitas pembelajaran sains. Data yang didapat dianalisis dengan menggunakan teori motivasi belajar. Sehingga diperoleh hasil bahwa melalui aktivitas bermain sains, dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak usia dini. The purpose of research is to know the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the curriculum. This research approach is qualitative. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data exposure and conclusion withdrawal. Checking the validity of data using trianggulation techniques. The results showed that; (1) In school planning to prepare a curriculum based on the national curriculum combined with wahdah Islamiyah curriculum arranged by the principal, deputy principal of the curriculum section and form a school curriculum team, by trying to show the characteristics of the school (2) In the implementation of curricular, the school teaches general subjects and typical subjects, in learning teachers try to insert religious values in general subjects and carry out the self- development of learners (extracurricular) typical of the school. (3) In the curriculum evaluation, the school evaluates the performance of educators through supervision and the school assesses the learning outcomes of learners through daily evaluation, mid- and final semester evaluations in accordance with the educational calendar. As for the supporting factors, namely, the formation of the school curriculum team and still less effective teachers in implementing the curriculum.Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang Manajemen Kurikulum Sekolah Islam Terpadu di SDIT Wahdah Islamiyah 01 Makassar. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kurikulum. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, paparan data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik trianggulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) Dalam perencanaan sekolah menyusun kurikulum berdasarkan kurikulum nasional yang dipadukan dengan kurikulum khas Wahdah Islamiyah yang di susun oleh kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bagian kurikulum serta membentuk tim kurikulum sekolah, dengan berusaha memperlihatkan ciri khas sekolah (2) Pada pelaksanaan kurikukulum, sekolah mengajarkan mata pelajaran umum dan mata pelajaran khas, dalam pembelajaran guru berusaha menyisipkan nilai keagamaan pada mata pelajaran umum dan melaksanakan pengembangan diri peserta didik (ekstrakurikuler) khas sekolah. (3) Pada evaluasi kurikulum, sekolah mengevaluasi kinerja tenaga pendidik melalui supervisi dan sekolah menilai hasil belajar peserta didik melalui evaluasi harian, ulangan tengah dan akhir semester sesuai dengan kalender pendidikan. This research took place in Babul Jannah Kindergarten, Selayar Islands Regency, which consisted of 12 children as research samples. The research approach used is quantitative with pre-experimental type and one group pretest-posttest research design. The data collection technique used is the treatment test and observation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, Kolmogorov Smirnov normality test and paired sample test. The results of the paired sample test are sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that there is an effect of learning activities using flannel board media using pictures on visual-spatial intelligence of children aged 5-6 in Babul Jannah Kindergarten, Selayar Islands Regency. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh media papan flanel menggunakan gambar terhadap kecerdasan visual spasial anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Babul Jannah Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Penelitian ini bertempat di TK Babul Jannah Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar yang terdiri dari 12 anak sebagai sampel penelitian. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis pre-eksperimen dan desain penelitian one group pretest-posttest. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes perlakuan dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas kolmogorov smirnov dan uji paired sampel test. Hasil uji paired sampel test yaitu sig. The research method in this study used classroom action research methods with descriptive statistical data analysis techniques. The learning model uses a center model with the theme of plants, sub-themes of fruit plants. The results showed that by applying the collage technique using real media, children's fine motor development can develop well, this can be seen from the results of the development of 10 children. developing, 1 child who is at the stage of developing as expected and 9 children who are at the stage of developing very well.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan teknik kolase dalam meningkatkan perkembangan motorik halus anak didik pada TK Negeri Pembina Benteng. Penelitian ini dilakukan di TK Negeri Pembina Benteng selama 2i ibulan meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas dengan teknik analisis data statistik deskriptif. Model pembelajaran menggunakan model sentra dengan tema tanaman sub tema tanaman buah. The purpose of this study was to determine 1) the leadership role of the principal in enhancement teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Makassar; 2) the supporting and inhibiting factors of the principal's leadership role in enhancement teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Makassar. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The results showed that the principal's leadership in enhancement teacher performance was through his role as a) educators, conduct various activities to improve teacher competence in schools, such as in-house training and development workshops and become resource persons in these activities; b) managers, carry out development workshops, conduct in-house training, carry out MGMP activities inside and outside the school, and involve teachers in training activities; c) administrators, making strategic programs to improve teacher professionalism and supervising the implementation of learning; d) supervisors, supervise learning and study lesson plans, conduct individual meetings and follow up on the results of supervision, as well as provide support for facilities and a conducive atmosphere; e) leader (leader), arouse the enthusiasm and cooperation of teachers, increase teacher interest in the development of education and implement multi-directional communication: f) motivators; provide verbal motivation and rewards, manage the school's physical environment, work atmosphere and discipline and provide learning resources; g) innovators, directing teachers to apply innovative learning models, create new ideas and integrate activities. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Quasi Ekperiment Design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kelompok B di TK Pertiwi II Sossok yang berjumlah 12 anak. Berdasarkan analisis situasi ditemukan masalah yang dihadapi Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Makassar dalam penggunaan absensi manual mahasiswa yaitu: (1) Sistem absensi yang sedang berjalan saat ini di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Makassar masih berdasarkan absensi manual tanda tangan hal ini menyebabkan banyak kendala terutama pada keakurasian data waktu dan kehadiran. (2) Kendala-kendala umum dalam proses absensi mahasiswa di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Makassar dalam hal ini lebih kepada akurasi data yang ada karena dapat dimanipulasi sebab masih menggunakan kertas dan tanda tangan. (3) Sulit untuk mencari arsip laporan data absensi mahasiswa untuk pendataan ulang jika proses manual absensi telah berjalan lama. Dari analisis situasi di atas sehingga peneliti tertarik untuk mengembangkan aplikasi presensi dosen dan mahasiswa di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Makassar.
