The prevalence of children under 5 affected by stunting in 2020 is 22.3% or 148.1 million children worldwide. The analytical case-control study was conducted to explore the prevalence of child stunting and determine the association between birth weight and stunting occurrence among children under 5 years. It shows statistically significant with a p-value of 0.009 (p-value 0.05). A history of birth weight 2500 gr babies have a 3,660 times greater risk of experiencing stunting compared to children under 5 who were born with birth weight ≥2500 gr (CI=95%). There was a significant association between birth weight and stunting incidence among children under 5 years.","PeriodicalId":221580,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Applied Health Management and Technology","volume":"125 ","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135976216","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Anxiety is an unreal fear, a feeling of being threatened in response to something that is not actually threatening, according to psychodynamic theory anxiety arises when self-will demands detachment from the ego. Panoramic radiography is a supporting tool that can be used to diagnose a case, such as the presence of a jaw fracture, symmetrical or asymmetrical evaluation of the TMJ or knowing the depth of caries.In radiological examinations, especially dental and panoramic, there are many worries or fears that arise when an examination is carried out. So it is necessary to increase knowledge in order to reduce the anxiety that arises.This type of research used is descriptive correlational research. The population and sample in this study were Diploma III students at the Department of Dental Nursing, Poltekkes Semarang who coincidentally (accidentally) met with researchers who were considered suitable with the specified sample characteristics to be sampled.The results of the Spearman rank test on the relationship between the level of knowledge and the anxiety level of the respondents obtained the Spearman rank correlation value (Rs) of -0.600, meaning that the higher the patient's level of knowledge about panoramic and dental radiographic examinations, the lower the patient's anxiety level. All respondents had no anxiety when dealing with radiological examinations, especially dental and panoramic examinations.","PeriodicalId":221580,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Applied Health Management and Technology","volume":"14 3","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135977317","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The incidence of diabetic ulcers in DM patients is still high, namely in 2020 it has reached 25% throughout their lives. Patients will be susceptible to severe infections if they do not understand how to properly care for wounds, so that patients with diabetic ulcers can experience problems in the form of impaired tissue integrity. The development of wound care with modern dressing methods has become a trend now, because this wound treatment uses the moist concept so that it speeds up the wound drying process.Objectives –The case study aims to provide nursing care to patients with grade III diabetic ulcers with the main problem being impaired tissue integrity.Method –This type of case study uses a qualitative research design with a case study approach. The sample in this study consisted of 2 diabetic ulcer patients with conventional wound care for 6 days.Results –The results of case management for 6x8 hours showed that the wound condition had decreased in the BJWAT assessment score, but the wound healing process had not been resolved, namely patient 1 on the first day the BJWAT score was 38 then the sixth day it became 28 , while patient 2 on the first day was 39 then days sixth to 27. The wound healing process does take quite a long time, which can reach 12-20 weeks.Conclusion– The conclusion of this scientific paper is that after treating the wound using 0.9% NaCl solution compressed with metronidazole and gentamicin ointment for 6x8 hours, the wound healing process has not been resolved, but the BJWAT wound assessment score has decreased","PeriodicalId":221580,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Applied Health Management and Technology","volume":"132 ","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135976197","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Currently, there are many studies investigating internet addiction using a neuroimaging approach using diagnostic modalities. One of the modalities that can be used is Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). One of the developments in MRI is the Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy Imaging or MRS examination. MRS is a radiological examination that uses MRS supporting software in the MRI modality which can show correlations of anatomical and physiological metabolic or biochemical information present in the body, both in normal and abnormal conditions. The purpose of this study was to analyze the results of metabolite values in adolescents with suspected gadget addiction to prevent and support therapeutic research using MRS. The method in this study is descriptive qualitative research used to determine the results of metabolite values in adolescents with suspected gadget addiction to prevent and support therapeutic research using MRS with the single voxel. The sample used is teenagers with suspected gadget addiction. The result of the MRS examination can show the value of metabolites in the adolescent's body. The results of the MRS are in the form of graphs of metabolite values. Normal metabolite values will produce Hunter's Angle. The graph of teenagers with suspected gadget addiction does not form a Hunter's Angle. The values of NAA (5,49), Cho (3,63), Cr (3,65) and Glx (1.06) in adolescents with suspected gadget addiction decreased from the normal values of NAA (10-15), Cho (8), Cr (7) and Glx value (5-10).","PeriodicalId":221580,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Applied Health Management and Technology","volume":"78 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126813522","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
