This paper combines the eye-tracking experiment and questionnaire survey, and draws data from 122 tested subjects after watching seven videos, verify the model through analyzing the overall data. The result shows that there is a correlation between eye-tracking data and memory and eye movements can show the different advertising effectiveness in an objective way. This integration gives business agility other numerus benefits. Therefore, organizations are focus on adopting to well-known key technologies quickly and experience the main advantages. Out of many applications Electronic business (E-business) though Electronic commerce (E-commerce) transactions has special attention from all the industries as it has becoming one of the primary level requirements to industrial development in different domains. But when analyzing the empirical studies and similar projects, organizations are faced different incompatibility issues with stakeholders without having comprehensive e-business models. This makes various barriers for business development. In this study focus on how organizations should start moving to new advance communication technologies and how to address key technical challenges in the deployment process. As this is critical in developing countries than developed many studies required to analyze this issue and start e-business operations. This research present literature in developing countries with strong theoretical and empirical background analysis. With the advancement of artificial intelligent, machine learning and deep learning, machines have started to impersonate as human. Conversational software agents activated by natural language processing is known as chatbot, are an excellent example of such machine. This paper presents a survey on existing chatbots and techniques applied into it. It discusses the similarities, differences and limitations of the existing chatbots. We compared 11 most popular chatbot application systems along with functionalities and technical specifications. Research showed that nearly 75% of customers have experienced poor customer service and generation of meaningful, long and informative responses remains a challenging task. In the past, methods for developing chatbots have relied on hand-written rules and templates. With the rise of deep learning these models were quickly replaced by end-to-end neural networks. More specifically, Deep Neural Networks is a powerful generative-based model to solve the conversational response generation problems. This paper conducted an in-depth survey of recent literature, examining over 70 publications related to chatbots published in the last 5 years. Based on literature review, this study made a comparison from selected papers according to method adopted. Compared with 20 years ago, when many classical network models such as the Small-World Network were introduced, people have more opportunities to enter into diverse communities both online and offline now. In this paper, we introduced a mechanism to explain how we entered a certain community and became friends with members in it firstly. On this basis, we introduced a social network model based on the evolution on both intra-community and inter-communities. Also, we gave the forming process of our model and discussed its geometrical features. During the development and maintenance of microservice systems, how to provide an effective service retrieval mechanism is a critical challenge to avoid the problems of rework and duplicate code. Meanwhile, nowadays, using the BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) method to develop microservices becomes more and more popular due to its agility and domain-driven characteristics. BDD is an agile software development approach emphasizing that test cases are written in a common language to include scenarios that describe the features of a target system. In this paper, we propose an approach, referred to as SMSR (Scenario-based MicroService Retrieval), to recommend appropriate microservices to users based on the user-written BDD test scenarios. The proposed service retrieval algorithm is based on word2vec, a widely-used machine learning method in NLP (Natural Language Processing), to perform service filtering and service similarity calculation. Although the RFM model has been widely applied in various areas of marketing, its simplicity threatens its effectiveness since it does not consider the customers' relationship and changes in customers' behavior. In this paper, we propose an R+FM model which configures the segmentation according to the business changes and clusters customers using K-Means. We applied our model on Digikala company, the biggest E-Commerce in Middle East, and compared our model with the Digikala's previous RFM model which used Customer Quantile Method. Moreover, we built strategies for each segment and ran an SMS campaign according to those strategies. In addition, consumers show keen interest in whether they \"gain\" or \"loss\" compared with a reference. This paper studies the joint impact of reference price and social influence on consumers' purchasing decisions and firms' pricing strategies by a two-period duopoly model where consumers obtain social utility from sales volume information and gain-or-loss utility from historical price information. We find that social influence has a negative impact on firms' profits. Knowledge based recommendation systems have been studied widely in different areas to provide comprehensiveness information to users aiming at making the desired systems accessible and efficient. However, developing recommendation systems based on knowledge (academic papers) of subject-specific research fields has been neglected. Such systems can potentially return higher practical and theoretical values for both industry and academia communities. In this study, the concept of solution-oriented information network (SIN) is introduced which contains the information of research issues and proposed solutions embraced in the academic papers. A Knowledge based Solution and Reference Recommendation System (KSRRS) is then developed based on the knowledge included in the SIN. The constructed KSRRS ranks the solutions and recommends the superior solutions to any identified issue. KSRRS relies on two integrated modules: knowledge fusion module, and knowledge ranking module. The knowledge fusion module automatically extracts and reconstruct required information into a knowledge map, and the map is then augmented with a novel feature of knowledge ranking by using the ranking module.
