But behind the progress there is a price to be paid by the people of Indonesia is the negative impact caused one of them is a disaster such as accidents, pollution and occupational diseases that resulted in thousands of people injured every year. This condition is caused by the lack of concern about safety and health (K3) in the community. Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) is regulated in Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012 on Guidelines for Implementation of Occupational Safety and Health Management System. HSE Management System is part of the overall corporate management system required for the development, implementation, achievement, assessment and maintenance of OSH obligations, in the context of risk control related to work activities for the creation of safe, efficient and productive workplaces.This research was conducted at a company that produce animal feed in Medan City. The company is building a health and safety management system in the company.The result of research on the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health Management in animal feed companies that the implementation of SMK3 in the company has followed the clauses required in PP No.50 of 2012. PT. XYZ adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pengolahan bijih plastik sebagai bahan baku utama untuk menjadi karung goni plastik yang digunakan untuk berbagai keperluan industri maupun infrastruktur. Dalam kegiatan produksinya, setiap bulannya terdapat persentase produk cacat sebesar 6,59% -9,67%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab kecacatan produk serta menganalisis hubungan antara cacat yang terjadi dengan kualitas produksi dan memberikan usulan perbaikan dengan menggunakan metode Six Sigma melalui tahap DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa jenis kecacatan pada produk karung goni plastik yang sering terjadi diantaranya adalah jahitan miring dan cetakan miring, yang disebabkan oleh komposisi bahan baku yang tidak sesuai, kelalaian operator, keandalan mesin dan metode kerja yang tidak sesuai. XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pengolahan kelapa sawit. Di dalam pengolahan dari CPO menjadi minyak Refined Bleached Deodorized Palm Oil, tentunya tidak lepas dari masalah yang berhubungan dengan kualitas. Penelitian terhadap kualitas Refined Bleached Deodorized Palm Oil dilakukan dengan menggunakan Metode Taguchi. Tujuan dari metode Taguchi ini yaitu untuk menentukan kombinasi level yang optimal untuk masing-masing faktor sehingga dihasilkan Refined Bleached Deodorized Palm Oil yang sesuai dengan standar. Hasil analisa diolah dengan menggunakan metode rata-rata, analisis varians dan strategi pooling up. Dari hasil kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa untuk kadar ALB setting yang paling optimal yaitu tekanan perebusan pada level 1 (2,0 torr), temperatur perebusan pada level 2 (105oC) dan waktu pada proses perebusan pada level 1 (50 min). Untuk kadar warna setting yang paling optimal yaitu tekanan perebusan pada level 1 (2,0 torr), temperatur perebusan pada level 2 (105oC) dan waktu pada proses perebusan pada level 1 (50 min). Sedangkan untuk kadar air setting yang paling optimal yaitu waktu pada proses perebusan pada level 2 (60 min), temperatur perebusan pada level 2 (105oC) dan tekanan pada perebusan (2,0 torr). Berdasarkan data di atas, dapat diketahui bahwa total proporsi cacat secara keseluruhan setelah diterapkan kombinasi setting yang optimal berdasarkan penelitian dengan metode Taguchi adalah 18,05%. Although supported by facilities and infrastructure and excessive resources, but without the support of reliable resources, activities in an agency / company will not be resolved properly. Workload is a situation where workers are faced with tasks that must be completed at a certain time. The Problems in this research is the amount of workload for the employees both mentally and physically is too much that making mistakes and fatigue in working. The study aims to redesign the system in overcoming the workload experienced by the giving survey to the workers at the Land Agency at Langsa City.The method used is workload objectively by measuring the mental workload through the pulse, the questionnaire to know the amount of workload that affects work stress. The result of the research showed that the increase of pulse before working to the pulse after work, the average increase of the pulse of 47,9 beats / minute. Kasdiovasculer expense (% CVL) employees claimed to require repair work system with the highest CVL% is worth 55.24 beats / minute. The risk is even worse should the workers are not working in a good body posture while facilities and working environment are not ergonomically designed. Thus, it becomes significant for the workers to have a normal body posture while performing tasks. In addition, they also should be equipped with facilities and working environments that are ergonomically designed. CV. XYZ is a garment industry which produces apparels and other clothes. CV. XYZ has several work stations, and one of them is a film-making (screen printing) station. There are 20 work elements in this station, where all of them are a manual task. This research aims to investigate and evaluate over working condition, facilities and working environment at film-making station which later will be quantified into MSDs risk level. For this purpose, this research will employ Rapid Entire Body Analysis (REBA) to measure MSDs risk of the worker in this station. From this evaluation, it will suggest a creation of ergonomic aid tools which aims to reduce the risk of MSDs level. Those aid tools are a desk, a chair and a lorry that are designed by considering body posture and anthropometry principles. A simulation analyisis will be performed by using a mannequin pro software so that the comparison of the MSDs risk level prior and after the improvement can be obtained. Many methods, procedures and techniques are adopted by the customer satisfaction as enhanced by the design of An Alternative Energy Utilization. This study seeks an assessment of user satisfaction, which in this case is the community, to combine Quality Function Deployment and Kano's model as design techniques in product design and development by focusing on capturing and translating consumer desires into a product design. The calculation results show the most important characteristic to be immediately corrected is Technology sophistication and Production Cost with the highest cost estimate, the degree of importanceand difficulty level. In this company, the process of producing cigarette paper is divided into three main phases, namely preparation stage , the process of making paper and the finishing stages. The process of producing activities cigarette paper needs human resources optimally. The problems that arise during production process activities are the use of human resources that are not optimal, resulting in the shortage of labor and labor surplus work that is working on the work that is stacking. This study was conducted to determine when the standard work and can provide a good decision in the optimal amount of labor on the packaging of ream paper products form. Results resulting from the standard time of each element ie the element wrapping cigarette paper sheet with a standard time of 177.79 seconds, enter the box packaging packaging with the standard time, 119.20 seconds, full box with a standard price of 231.15 seconds and wrap the packaging using plastic with a standard time of 55.31 seconds. The total labor standard packaging process with the method of data as much as 15 people / shift seconds actual workforce of 13 people.
