In addition, now which is the third quarter of 2015, overseas plant orders are already over 249.8 billion dollars so the interests of plant industry research has been increased. In the life cycle of the plant project, CM before the construction stage is to complement the uncertainties that are inherent in the early stages of the project, and from the viewpoint of supporting the rational decision-making, the importance of its role is on the rise. Among them, excavating and investing participation plan in the planning stage is an important work that has a large impact force to influence the success and failure of future project. However, the work has become a problem with frequent consultations due to decision-making, continuous modification, and inefficient repetitive tasks. Therefore, it is needed that work process should be changed to effectively accommodate. The purpose of this paper is to derive the major work items for excavating and investing participation plan in the planning stage of the plant project, and establish a standardized work process through the Delphi analysis. In order to develop evacuation plans, emergency managers and decision makers require estimates of probable inundation areas and times of inundation. In this paper, we present an agent-based modeling approach that incorporates in a hydrodynamic model to estimate both of these properties. A case study is conducted modeling the failure of a dam located in Andong, South Korea. We estimate flood travel times for Manning’s roughness coefficients and discharge using a coupling of the continuity equation and Manning's equation. Using the output from the hydrodynamic model and the flood travel times, the agent-based model produces flood inundation maps at each time interval. The model estimates that for two-thirds of the Andong region the time of inundation is estimated to be slightly less than three minutes. As a result of analyzing the exponential distribution, weibull distribution and log normal distribution being utilized frequently in order to find the parametric life distribution type which well described the life data of each bridge member, it was found that the log normal distribution and weibull distribution described the characteristics of the relevant life data the best. As a result of calculating the mean life of each bridge member based on the estimated parameter, the average life of the steel bridge coating was 18.51 years which was the longest, followed by the bridge deck as 17.56 years. This study intends to identify the customer choice criteria for the development of multi-mixed complex medical care facility. Based on literature review and expert consultation, the 3 criteria with 12 sub-criteria for customer choice have been defined. And the AHP methodology has been implemented for the development of relative weight of those criteria depending on the type of facility including `medical facility`, `supporting facility`, `healthcare service facility` and `other ancillary facility`. Research findings indicated the implication for the optimal combination of facility development based on the customer choice criteria controlled by facility. Design attribution is based on the execution drawing and complement by existing reasearch, expert interview. And then, list up the ‘design attribution’ evaluation list to carry out a survey targeting hands-on worker. Survey is consist of ‘Likert 5-point scale, FMEA method’. As a result, construction company and design company show different opinions in both relative position evaluation and importance evaluation. And it has limitations to support real-time communication and collaboration among project stakeholders. The objective of this research is to improve communication, information share, and task management by developing a collaboration platform among project stakeholders supporting various communication methods and contents. The platform developed in this research, named as CCP, aims to support communication and collaboration related activities beyond the scope of legacy systems at construction sites. It was analyzed duo to the fact that construction owners didn't have confidence in CM at Risk, because of the concerns regarding CM firms reliability, service, specialty, system and feasibility. Therefore, this study analyzed the problems to find the reason for declines in orders through a business diagnosis based on the Business Model Canvas(BMC) and set up the direction of business model improvement with one on one expert interviews. Additionally, we suggested the sub-activities for the business model improvements of CM at Risk service that are divided into 9 building blocks. Through this method, we determined that we would need preceding innovation activities such as good communication with customers, reinforcement of sub-contract and excellence in project operations to convert the successful practice and settlement of the CM business model based in BMC. It is expected that the business model suggested from this study would contribute to improvement of CM at Risk competition and the differentiation strategy when compared with other firms. Most of the existing AVM systems have been developed focusing on the application in automobiles and only several AVM systems have been developed for construction equipments. However, the original technology of AVM remained the same as in the automobiles that failed to consider the main properties of construction equipments and suggest appropriate range of AVM display (Top-view). Therefore, the purpose of this study is to suggest a pilot type of AVM system for construction equipment. Accordingly, literature review, deduction of main consideration factors, selection of sensors, system design, algorithm development of a pilot type of AVM system for construction equipment have been conducted. A laboratory experiment has also been conducted for the deduction of further improvements. As a result, a minimum image refresh rate of 20 fps has been achieved that clearly reflects the actual situation of the equipment and also, the actual motions of Boom, Arm, Bucket have been displayed appropriately on the AVM system based on the angle data collected by sensors. Toward this ends, the hybrid LCA model is proposed. The life cycle energy consumption and CO 2 emission of eight case buildings are assessed using the hybrid LCA model with an assumption that the operation period is 40 years. As a result, the embodied(sum of the energy consumption in the material manufacturing, transportation and construction phases), operational and disposal energy were 2,279, 11,182, 228 Mcal/m 2 , respectively, on average. The average embodied, operational, and disposal CO 2 emission were 604, 2,708, 60 kg-CO 2 /m 2 , respectively, on average. This result indicates that about 17% of life cycle energy (or CO 2 emission) is consumed in the material manufacturing, transportation and construction phases. Thus, it is necessary to consider the embodied energy and CO 2 emission to reduce the life cycle energy and CO 2 emission of school buildings. In addition, while the insulation standard of building have been provided based on the climate zone, energy consumption in operation phase still varied depending on the regions in this study. Among these, the plant project’s amount of orders accounted for about 68.9% of all. However, because of the enterprises won a contract with a low-budget for plant project in the last 10 years, the profit has dropped dramatically. And it is forecasted that there are extreme competition for bid award of plant projects because of the current falling oil prices and raising interest rates. In this circumstance, the comprehending of enterprises strength and weakness must be a priority to get a sustainable competitive advantage. Therefore this research suggests the enterprises’s capability assessment framework and it is in order to diagnose the korean construction enterprises capabilities. The framework is based on the VRIO model that is on the basis of resource based theory. First, the capability assessment indices and their importance and priority that based on the life-cycle of plant project is deducted by literature review and survey. Second, the 5 point likert score applied VRIO survey is conducted to diagnose the enterprises and quantified the survey result using the fuzzy theory.
