As the technology continues to develop, it is in a level to compete in terms of power generation cost, and investment conditions are improving. However, investment in renewable energy projects is not easy. This study analyzed trends of domestic and international researches on economics assessment applying real options analysis to investment decisions of hydro, solar, and wind power projects, which account for a large portion of renewable energy. This study provides (1) the difference between the traditional economic method and the real options analysis, (2) the application process, and (3) the uncertainty elements and option type of the renewable energy project presented by many studies. In addition, from the perspective that the period of temporary residence is usually 24 months, the necessity of shortening is greater. Also, since the remodeling construction period is approximately 28~35 months on average, the strategies and efforts are needed to make up for the shortening the remodeling construction period. For these reasons, this paper is to develop an estimating model for normal project duration of apartment remodeling project. This model is reflected in the remodeling properties thorugh difference analysis of the new apartment construction project. Demolition works, reinforcement works, extension works are different, so this paper newly defines these construction work’s duration in normal project duraion of remodeling. Case study and experts interviews are used to validate normal project duration. Several previous studies have used rough calculations by referring to existing practices or establishing a target value for lifting cycle time or operating rate. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to propose a material lifting process optimization method for reducing the lifting cycle time and increasing the operating rate. In this study, we improve the cyclic operation network (CYCLONE) modeling method that considers the duration and zone information of each work task. This method can be used to hand over work tasks to another crew group in the work process. According to this methodology, this study optimizes the material lifting process, performs a sensitivity analysis, and evaluates the field applicability of the proposed material lifting process optimization method. Therefore, the optimized process was then applied to a high-rise building construction site. The lifting work process time and operating rate for the simulated asis lifting process data, optimized process data, and field application result data were compared for each lifting height. Due to the aging building, the energy loss is a serious problem. In order to reduce the energy usage through improving the energy efficiency on the existing buildings, the government & the local autonomous entity conduct the energy efficiency projects through the remodeling, repairing & equipment replacement on the existing buildings. The green remodeling is applied to the existing public buildings in recently revised the act on the creation and support of green building. However, the standard is not obvious that the work scope of green remodeling, financing and project delivery method. This paper propose is to suggest project delivery system for vitalizing the green remodeling. The clear extrinsic calibration is essential to applying AR technology at the construction site without any error which came from superimposition between ‘Real world’ and ‘Virtual world’. However, on the construction site, the clear extrinsic calibration is not possible, because of lack of time and budget for the specific survey, also, the huge error of the outdoor tracking system such as gyro, GPS system and so on. In this study, we do research about seamless superposition with unclear extrinsic calibration and the image process method for making AR navigator operating in the excavator. Based on this study, we figure that we can fully develop the AR navigator for the excavator. Furthermore, thereby operating AR navigator at many construction sites, we expect that the efficiency of the excavator will be improved. In this regard, this research aims to investigate possible reasons of workers’ unsafe behaviors based on workers’ cognitive process model using System dynamics. This study is based on two ways of workers’ cognitive process which are in relation to hazard perception and failure of hazard perception. Based on existing literature, causal loops for workers’ cognitive process are developed to explain workers’ habituation by staying out of accidents, safety learning by experience, failure of hazard perception, and attitude change by accidents. The interactions between the developed loops provide managerial insights to reduce workers’ unsafe behaviors from a safety manager’s perspective including increasing the probability of workers’ hazard perception through knowledge management, maintaining workers’ positive attitude toward safety, and controlling first-line supervisors to eliminate workers’ unsafe behavior. However, many researches have not focused on small and medium subcontractors but on the large contractors, even though the number of international project by small and medium companies is more than by large companies. Therefore, this study focuses on analyzing the predicted risk before bid and the actual risk after award in international subcontracting projects. In addition, it provides the difference between project performances according to the contract types and the project profitability.
