Sistem audit yang dibuat memiliki kelebihan desain yang menarik, resolusi gambar yang tinggi, dapat menghitung jumlah kWh/perhari dan kWh /tahun secara otomatis dan memudahkan dalam melakukan audit energi listrik secara mandiri. Hasil Audit Energi Listrik menggunakan sistem Audit Intensitas Konsumsi Energi (IKE) di Indomaret Jalan Pepaya Pekanbaru sebesar 400.135 kWh/tahun dan termasuk boros. The pollution caused comes from several factors, oil spills from tankers, deliberate disposal of irresponsible industries. The layer of crude oil on the surface of the air holds back gas exchange from the atmosphere and reduces the solubility of oxygen in the waters so that it interferes with the respiration and photosynthesis processes in phytoplankton which are food producers in the sea. This study aims to characterize the synthesized TiO2 photocatalyst material using two methods, namely Sol-Gel (SG) and Hydrothermal (HD) which will then be used for applications in petroleum waste. To determine effectiveness of TiO2 photocatalyst in reducing crude oil spills on the sea surface based on fatty oil parameter tests. The synthesis of TiO2 was carried out by the solgel method (SG) and the hydrothermal method (HD) at various temperatures of 300 oC, 500 oC, and 700 oC. Characterization of the material formed using the SEM-EDX instrument, showed that in general it is spherical in shape, and is composed of C, O and Ti elements. The maximum effectiveness of SG-300, SG-500, and SG-700 was able to reduce fat oil content by 57.19%, 66.14% and 41.42% while HD-300, HD-500, and HD-700 were able to reduce fatty oil content. maximum of 60.87%. , 56.41% and 45.68% in the 120 minute irradiation time. Silika yang diekstraksi dari fly ash dapat dimanfaatkan untuk sintesis ZSM-5 dengan metode hidrotermal setelah pra-perlakuan fusi dengan NaOH. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan ZSM-5 dan mengetahui karakteristik ZSM-5 yang disintesis. Sintesis dilakukan pada berbagai komposisi perbandingan molar SiO2/Al2O3 dengan penambahan PEG-400 sebagai template pada suhu 100 °C selama proses hidrotermal. Analisis menggunakan XRD menunjukkan bahwa dua dari tiga zeolit yang disintesis adalah ZSM-5 dengan kristalinitas 67,63% dan 28,53%. Analisis menggunakan spektroskopi FTIR pada ZSM-5 yang disintesis mendeteksi banyak gugus termasuk gugus hidroksil T-OH (Si-OH/Al-OH), gugus TO (O-Si-O/O-Al-O) dan gugus pentasil yang khas dari ZSM -5. The vehicle license plate recognition system is designed as an alternative parking system that is more accurate in recording, fast service, and the presence of vehicle user data. Vehicle license plate recognition system has been designed equipped with Backpropagation Artificial Neural Network (ANN). The recognition system that has been designed in advance goes through an image processing process with grayscale, black and white, segmentation, and principal component analysis (PCA) stages. The system is integrated with backpropagation ANN with multi layer network with the best results at layer1 550 and layer2 500. The number plate recognition system is equipped with a Graphycal User Interface (GUI) to display the identification results of vehicle number plate identification. Salah satu metode alternatif yang digunakan untuk mendegradasi masker medis yaitu dengan menggunakan serangga Tenebrio molitor. Akan tetapi kemampuan larva T. molitor dalam mendegradasi pakan masker masih belum optimal sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian pengaruh kombinasi pakan dengan menggabungkan limbah masker dengan limbah organik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan larva T. molitor sehingga perlu diketahui pengaruh bobot badan larva dengan pemberian Masker Medis Surgical yang dikombinasikan dengan limbah organik berupa Kulit Nanas, Kulit Pepaya, Ampas Tahu dan Bungkil Sawit. Metode yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 pengulangan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Larva T. molitor mampu mendegradasi Masker Medis Surgical yang dicampur dengan limbah organik. Laju biodegradasi Masker Medis Surgical + Ampas tahu 1,75 gr/hari, Masker Medis Surgical + Kulit Pepaya 1,73 gr/hari, Masker Medis Surgical + Kulit Nanas 1,72 gr/hari, dan Masker Medis Surgical + Bungkil Sawit 1,25 gr/hari. Particulate Matter (PM) 2,5 merupakan fine partikel yang terdapat pada asap kendaraan bermotor, dapat menyebabkan efek sistemik diantaranya inflamasi yang memicu terjadinya resistensi insulin. Gaya hidup seperti diet tinggi lemak juga dapat menimbulkan peningkatan resiko terjadinya DM tipe 2. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efek paparan PM 2,5 terhadap berat badan dan kadar gula darah tikus wistar yang diberi diet tinggi lemak. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan post test control group design. Delapan belas ekor tikus wistar dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok, yaitu kelompok paparan PM 2,5 dan diet normal, kelompok paparan PM 2,5 dan diet tinggi lemak dan kelompok kontrol yang tidak diberi paparan PM 2,5. Berat badan dan kadar gula darah diperiksa setelah paparan selama 30 hari. Analisis data menggunakan uji one way ANOVA dan dilanjutkan Post Hoc Test LSD. Hasil penimbangan berat badan kelompok control(153.67±11.219 gram,) lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan berat badan kelompok diet normal (150.67±18.250 gram) dan diet tinggi lemak (151.33±14.278 gram), tidak terdapat perbedaan berat badan antar kelompok. Hasil pengukuran kadar gula darah pada kelompok diet tinggi lemak lebih tinggi (172.67±34.268 mg/dl) dibandingkan kelompok diet normal (148.50±24.898 mg/dl) dan kelompok kontrol (84.33±17.351 mg/dl), ditemukan perbedaan antara kelompok diet normal dengan kontrol dan dan kelompok diet tinggi lemak dengan kontrol. Stroke results in suffering to the sufferer, the social and economic burden for families and sufferers, communities, and the state. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of active-asistive range of motion (ROM): spherical grip and cylindrical grip on increasing muscle strength of upper limb in stroke patients. In this study quantitative with analytic approach. The research design used is pre experiment one group pre- test and post-test design. Research result 16 respondents before spherical grip therapy was found that the highest frequency of upper limb muscle strength 5 people (31,3%) with score 1 and 2 was on palpation contraction intervention, but no movement was seen, there was movement but could not fight . While after spherical grip therapy found that the highest frequency of upper extremity muscle strength 6 people (37,5%) with score 2 that is at intervention there is movement, but can not fight. Of the 16 respondents prior to cylindrical grip therapy it was found that the highest frequency of upper extremity muscle strength was 6 people (37.5%) with score 1 in the intervention of palpation contraction, but no visible movement. Meanwhile, after cylindrical grip therapy, it was found that the highest frequency of upper limb muscle strength 7 people (43,8%) with score 2 was intervention movement but not resistance. Range of Motion (ROM) Active-Assistive: Spherical Grip and Cylindrical Grip Effective to increase muscle strength of upper limb in stroke patient at Dr. Hospital. M. Yunus of Bengkulu Province. Perdarahan pascapersalinan merupakan penyebab utama kematian ibu, salah satunya disebabkan adanya laserasi pada jalan lahir. Ada beberapa hal yang dapat menyebabkan hal tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis determinan kejadian laserasi jalan lahir pada ibu bersalin. Metode penelitian menggunakan case control yaitu membandingkan laserasi perineum dengan episiotomi sebagai kasus dengan laserasi perineum spontan sebagai kontrol. Penelitian dilakukan di RS Islam Banjarmasin. Teknik sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dengan perbandingan 1:2 yaitu 58 orang kelompok kasus dan 29 orang kelompok kontrol sehingga total sampel 87 orang. Analisis dilakukan dengan chi square. Hasil penelitian didapatkan ada pengaruh paritas terhadap laserasi jalan lahir dengan nilai p: 0,003 < α (0,05), sedangkan umur dan berat lahir tidak berpengaruh tehadap laserasi jalan lahir. Sistem audit Intensitas Konsumsi Energi (IKE) listrik dapat digunakan pada empat klasifikasi gedung yaitu komersial, rumahsakit, hotel, dan swalayan. Pengujian sistem audit menggunakan data Gedung Dakwah Pimpinan Wilayah Muhammadiyah(PWM) Provinsi Riau. LBKURCC304","authors":"Silvera Devy","doi":"10.37859/jp.v12i2.3370","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.37859/jp.v12i2.3370","url":null,"abstract":"Produksi amilase dari Aspergillus sp LBKURCC304 dalam medium cair selama 11 hari pada suhu 50 oC dengan pati sebagai sumber karbon (Merck: KGaA), menghasilkan ekstrak kasar amilase dengan aktivitas yang relatif rendah yaitu 0,0302±0,0041 U/mL. Aktivitas amilase ini dapat dioptimalkan dan salah satu caranya adalah dengan menggantikan sumber karbon, oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan analisis potensi 10 jenis sumber karbon lainnya, antara lain pati singkong, jagung, talas, ubi jalar ungu, kentang, sukun, ganyong, gembili, gadung dan sagu. Aktivitas ekstrak kasar amilase yang dihasilkan ditentukan dengan metode Nelson-Semogyi dan kadar protein dengan metode Lowry. Data aktivitas amilase dan kandungan protein diuji secara statistik menggunakan metode Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMNRT) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media produksi cair dengan sumber karbon pati sagu berpotensi untuk dimanfaatkan untuk produksi amilase dari Aspergillus sp. LBKURCC304, karena menghasilkan aktivitas amilase tertinggi yaitu 0,0391±0,0017 U/mL dengan kandungan protein 0,4471±0,0115 mg/mL. Aktivitas amilase ini 129% lebih besar dibandingkan aktivitas amilase dengan pati sebagai sumber karbon.
