Bahkan pada Negara berkembang tercatat 40 persen kematian maternal disebabkan karena kurangnya energy protein saat kehamilan. Data RISKESDAS 2018 didapatkan proporsi ibu hamil KEK di Indonesia sebanyak 17,3%. Resiko ibu hamil KEK yaitu kematian mendadak pada waktu persalinan atau resiko bayi berat lahir rendah. Pemberian makanan tambahan (PMT) pangan lokal bolu kukus dapat menjadi upaya memperbaiki gizi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh PMT pangan lokal terhadap status gizi ibu hamil KEK. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif rancangan Quasi eksperiment desain One Grup Pre test and Post test. Populasi penelitian ibu hamil KEK, teknik pengambilan sampel consecutive sampling. Sampel 10 responden. Penelitian menunjukan  Pvalue 0,005 < α 0,05. Kesimpulannya pemberian makanan tambahan pangan lokal bolu kukus berpengaruh terhadap status gizi ibu hamil KEK. The study aimed to determine the effectiveness of natural compound modification with synthetic compounds as new antidepressant drug candidates. The method used in the research is In Silico approach using ChemSketch software, BIOVIA Discovery Studio Visualizer (DSV), and Autodock Vina. The bond-free energy result from a combination of arecoline, homoarecoline and guvacoline with fluoxetine on 2Z5Y protein were -7.1 kcal/mol; -7.1 kcal/mol and -7.6 kcal/mol, respectively. Meanwhile, in 2NW8 protein, the bond free energy observed were -6.3 kcal/mol; -6.3 kcal/mol, and -8.8 kcal/mol, respectively. Based on bond-free energy data, the additive interaction of arecoline-fluoxetine and fluoxetine-homoarecoline on MAO-A protein (2Z5Y) was barely different from fluoxetine itself. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Kejadian Infeksi Saluran Pernafasan Akut (ISPA) Pada Balita Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Pusako Kabupaten Siak. Metode penelitian ialah Kualitatif dengan desain Rapid Assasement Procedure, wawancara dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling serta observasi pelaksanaan pelayanan dan pencatatan pelaporan program P2 ISPA. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa masih belum optimalnya program P2ISPA dikarenakan pemegang program belum mendapatkan pelatihan, dan dikarenakan pandemic covid-19 petugas kesehatan tidak dapat jemput bola untuk melakukan penanganan ISPA pada balita, kurangnya sinergitas dari masyarakat dan TOMA untuk berperan serta dalam penurunan kasus ISPA pada balita di Puskesmas Pusako. Drilling and refining petroleum often produce waste crude oil in large quantities. One method that can be used to degrade waste is biodegradation using a consortium of microorganisms. This study examined the effectiveness of a consortium of indigenous bacteria in degrading hydrocarbon compounds. Growth tests and the ability of isolates to degrade hydrocarbons were carried out by inoculating isolates in liquid Bushnell Haas media containing crude oil of about 5% and incubating for 16 days. The potency of the indigen bacterial consortium during the degradation process is influenced by several parameters, including pH, OD (Optical Density), dan CO2 observed on days 0, 4, 8, 12 and 16 days of incubation. KB4 is the superior consortium in degrading hydrocarbon crude oil. Metode ekstraksi daun pakis sawit dilakukan secara maserasi menggunakan pelarut etanol dan fraksinasi dilakukan sebanyak tiga fraksi yaitu fraksi etanol, etil asetat dan n-heksan. Kemudian dilakukan uji fitokimia dari ekstrak dan fraksi daun pakis sawit yang didapat. Ekstrak etanol menunjukkan adanya senyawa flavonoid, saponin, tanin, triterpenoid dan steroid, pada fraksi n-heksan menunjukkan adanya senyawa flavonoid dan fenolik, fraksi etil asetat menunjukkan adanya senyawa flavonoid, tanin dan fenolik, dan pada fraksi etanol menunjukkan adanya senyawa flavonoid, saponin, tanin, triterpenoid dan steroid. Pengujian aktivitas antioksidan ekstrak etanol menunjukkan nilai IC50 1,406 μg/mL, fraksi n-heksan menunjukkan nilai IC50 2,91 μg/mL, fraksi etil asetat menunjukkan nilai IC50 103 μg/mL, fraksi etanol menunjukkan nilai IC50 18,99 μg/mL, dan vitamin C sebagai pembanding menunjukkan nilai IC50 2,22 μg/mL. There are still many hospitals that are not appropriate in implementing triage, increasing the risk of death and disability of emergency patients. The purpose of this study was to determine  the factors related to the accuracy of the implementation of modern triage CTAS.  This research was conducted at the IGD of Bengkalis Regional Hospital. The total population is 20 emergency room nurses, with sampling using the total sampling technique. The analysis used is frequency distribution and chi square statistical test.  The results of this study concluded that: Ada significant relationship  between  the level  of knowledge of nurses  and the accuracy of the implementation of the Modern Triage of the CTAS system (p value 0.002);  Ada significant relationship  between  nurse skills and the accuracy of the implementation of the Modern Triage of the CTAS system (p value 0.011); Ada significant relationship  between  the perception of nurse workload and the accuracy of the implementation of the Modern Triage of the CTAS system (p value 0.00 0); Ada significant relationship  between  the length of work of the nurse and the accuracy of the implementation of the Modern Triage of the CTAS system (p value  0.003); Asignificant relationship  between nurse training  and the accuracy of the implementation of the Modern Triage CTAS system (p value 0.033). The method used is in silico approach using AutoDock Vina, PyMol, and Discovery Studio (DSV). The prediction of pharmacokinetic properties and drug-likeness used the Swiss-ADME online website. The docking results exhibited guvacoline has a binding free energy value of -5.9 kcal / mol compared to homoarecoline (-5.4 kcal / mol), and positive control (-5.7 kcal / mol). Guvacoline compounds have a hydrogen bond in the active site of the enzyme. Areca nut compounds obtained good results on pharmacokinetic properties, but not so good on the BBB parameter. The compounds obtained good results for the parameters of the Lipinski, Veber rule, bioavailability score, but the guvacoline compounds could not meet Ghose's rule. The purpose of study was to determine the role of health promotion in improve the Active PIS at the Pusako Health Center, Siak Regency. The method of research used qualitative with Rapid Assessment Procedure design, The interviews were conducted purposive sampling technique and observation the service implementation record and report of  health promotion program.  The results showed that not optimally the planning of health promotion services, not optimally the role of health promotion in improving the active PIS and not optimally the implementation of household Clean and Healthy Lifestyle (CHL) health promotion at the Pusako Health Center, Siak Regency. It can be concluded that it is necessary to propose additional human resources, strengthen records by village officers and cadres, conduct advocacy and partnerships for PIS development cooperation and use of promotion media through social media and efforts to develop innovation. \u0000  \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000  \u0000Kualitas Posyandu ditentukan oleh penyelenggaraan aktivitas posyandu yang didukung oleh Kelompok Kerja Operasional Pembinaan Posyandu (Pokjanal Posyandu) sehingga tercapainya posyandu aktif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran promosi kesehatan dalam meningkatkan Posyandu Aktif di Puskesmas Pusako Kabupaten Siak. Metode penelitian ialah Kualitatif dengan desain Rapid Assasement Procedure, wawancara dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling serta observasi pelaksanaan pelayanan dan pencatatan pelaporan program Promosi Kesehatan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa belum optimalnya perencanaan pelayanan promosi kesehatan, belum optimalnya peran promosi kesehatan dalam meningkatkan Posyandu Aktif dan belum optimalnya pelaksanaan promosi kesehatan PHBS rumah tangga di Puskesmas Pusako Kabupaten Siak. Tubuh manusia membutuhkan antioksidan untuk menstabilkan jumlah radikal bebas dalam tubuh. Antioksidan yang alami terdapat pada tumbuhan diantaranya vitamin, fenol, flavonoid dan karetonoid. Kayu secang termasuk tanaman herbal yang bersifat antioksidan. Senyawa antioksidan yang terkandung pada kayu secang berupa senyawa fenolik,resorsinin, brasilein, asam galat, flavonoid, saponin, terpanoid dan tanin. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka yang dikaji secara saru persatu, setelah itu jurnal yang diperoleh dikumpulkan dan informasinya disusun dengan cara merangkum isi jurnal yang dijadikan sumber. Dari hasil olahan data, kayu secang memiliki aktivitas antioksidan yang dapat dilihat dari uji In Vitro dengan nilai IC50 dan uji In Vivo pada tikus. Kayu secang digunakan sebagai bahan sediaan kosmetik dapat berupa essence dan hair tonic. Perubahan iklim menyebabkan meningkatnya ancaman terhadap ketahanan pangan, kesehatan manusia, ketersediaan air, dan juga ancaman keragaman hayati. Sebanyak 23 dari 323 kabupaten/kota di Indonesia rentan terhadap perubahan iklim yang dikarakterisasi sebagai tingginya nilai rasio rendaman, nilai kepadatan penduduk, nilai kawasan permukiman dan nilai kawasan non permukiman. Kota Pekanbaru mengalami perubahan iklim yang berdampak cukup nyata terhadap masyarakat Pekanbaru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kerentanan Kota Pekanbaru terhadap perubahan iklim. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat kerentanan yaitu metode Centre for Climate Risk and Opportunity management (CCROM). Software Arc Gis 9.3 untuk memperoleh peta tingkat kerentanan Kota Pekanbaru. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Hasil dari perhitungan tingkat kerentanan bahwa terdapat 49 kelurahan di Kota Pekanbaru tidak kategori rentan, 6 kelurahan dalam kategori agak rentan yaitu Kelurahan Kampung Tengah, Rejosari, dan Sukajadi, Industri Tenayan, Limapuluh dan Tanjung Rhu.
