Servant leadership of a leadership theory that is widely applied in the world of Islamic education, especially Islamic boarding schools as the oldest Islamic educational institution in Indonesia. Including Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School in implementing trilogy values and the five santri awareness that are carried out continuously. In the process of implementing trilogy values and awareness of all santri in various management activities it is the main role in running a system. Tujuan khusus penelitian ini adalah; (1) mengetahui perencanaan penerapan metode Tsaqifa dengan metode pembelajaran kooperatif (2) megetahui penerapan metode Tsaqifa dengan metode pembelajaran kooperatif (3) mengetahui hasil penerapan metode Tsaqifa dengan metode pembelajaran kooperatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif study lapangan (penelitian lapangan). Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan triangulasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa; (1) Dengan penerapan Tsaqifa dan metode kooperatif ini mampu menuntaskan anggota kelompok pengajian muslimah dusun Pokoh desa Wonoboyo kecamatan Wonogiri dari buta aksara Hijaiyyah. (2) Penerapan metode Tsaqifa dalam kelompok pengajian ini diikuti dengan pembelajaran tahsin praktis dengan cara tilawah bergilir setelah selesai program. (3) Untuk menunjang kelancaran membaca Al-Quran, ditindak lanjuti dengan tilawah bergilir setiap pekannya.AbstractThe general objective of this research was to study the method of applying Tsaqifa in; recitation of Muslim recitation of Pokoh hamlet Wonoboyo village Wonogiri sub-district Wonogiri. The specific objectives of this study were; (1) Learning the plan of applying the Tsaqifa method with cooperative learning method (2) Learning the application of the Tsaqifa method with cooperative learning method (3) Learning the result of applying the Tsaqifa method with cooperative learning method. The research method was used qualitative field study (field research). Data collection technique through observations, interviews, documentations and triangulations. Data analysis techniques were using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusion. The results of this study concluded that; (1) With the application of Tsaqifa and this cooperative method, it is able to complete the Muslimah recitation group members of Pokoh hamlet in Wonoboyo village, Wonogiri sub-district from illiteracy of Hijaiyyah. (2) The application of the Tsaqifa method in the study group follows practical tahsin learning by taking turns recitations after the program finishes. In this study raises a problem that occurs, namely how much influence the leadership on employee performance at the Mu'allimin Mu’allimat Madrasah Sunan Drajat Lamongan Islamic Boarding School? From the problems raised, we aim to measure. We want to measure how much influence leadership has on employee performance at the Mu'allimin Mu’allimat Madrasah Sunan Drajat Lamongan Islamic Boarding School. This research is a type of survey research on all employees and teachers who work in the Mu'allimin Mu’alimat Madrasa Sunan Drajat Banjarwati, amounting to 45 people. The results of the analysis show a correlation (R) of 0.448 with an opportunity for error (p) of 0,000. while the effective contribution of leadership to work performance can be seen from the Determination coefficient (R2) of 0.201, which means that the contribution of leadership variables to work performance is only 20.1%, the remaining 79.9% indicates the possibility of other factors that affect the work performance of your Madrasah employees' allimin Mu'alimat Sunan Drajat Abstrak: Kepemimpinan memainkan peranan yang sangat penting dalam keseluruhan upaya untuk meningkatkan prestasi kerja. Pada penelitian ini memunculkan suatu permasalahan  yang terjadi yaitu seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan Di Madrasah Mu’allimin Mu’allimat Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat Lamongan ?. Dari permasalahan yang diajukan  maka kami bertujuan ingin mengukur Kami ingin mengukur  seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan Di Madrasah Mu’allimin Mu’allimat Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat Lamongan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian survey  terhadap semua karyawan dan guru yang bekerja di Madrasah Mu’allimin Mu’alimat Sunan Drajat Banjarwati yaitu berjumlah 45 orang.. The results of this research indicate the influence of the principal leadership on the performance of educators and educational personnel in MI Al Huda, Maguwo, Sleman, DIY. A conclusion of this research are (1) The principal always prioritizes deliberation and respect the opinions of subordinates before making decisions or policies in Madrasa. (2) The principal of the Madrasah gives freedom to educators and educational personnel to be creative and innovative in carrying out their duties. (3) The principal always tries to be a father figure for students by trying to be close and familiar with students. (4) The principal always controls every activity. Meetings with student guardians, namely at the beginning of each new school year, after PTS and PAS, and specifically for sixth graders on Fridays. Evaluating the supervision of academic management carried out by the school principal and school supervisor in a planned manner and learning evaluation carried out by class teachers and subject teachers, The implementation of the development of teaching staff was carried out by the mini Teacher Working Group (KKG) meeting at the school. Planning for the development of educational facilities and infrastructure include: 1) Propose additional facilities and infrastructure, 2) Carry out maintenance on available facilities and infrastructure. This study uses qualitative research methods with a literature review approach. Research by exploring the latest and most trusted reference sources is then explored in full and in depth. The results of this study note that technological developments in education led to a shift in the pattern of learning approaches that used to teacher-centered to be student-centered. Learning problems that arise as a result of technological developments in the digital era include; students in the digital age can access science through online with a laptop or smartphone, so that the source of knowledge obtained is less accountable, students are less interested in the design of learning messages taught without innovative media, teachers as facilitators are still lacking in using information technology-based media and communication in improving the quality of learning. This is a challenge for the teacher as a communicator in learning communication. The solution to these problems is that the teacher must active role in validating the source of information obtained by the student's knowledge, so that its validity can be accounted. Teachers need to design learning messages effectively so that students as communicants can receive learning messages well.
