XYZ is a pasteurization milk processing company that produce milk drink from pure cow milk. PT. XYZ don’t sell their product directly to end user, instead they distribute their product to many companies which serve milk for their employees or operators in lunch time. So, their customer is mostly a manufacture company from various kinds of industry. They have about 40 customers and most of them are outside Bandung. However, the delivery may not be done as planned. The average on time delivery is around 96%. it is below PT. XYZ target which is 98%. The impact of the delay itself is vary between customers. Because when delay occur, each customer has their own regulation that has been settled in agreement contract. Based on the delay recapitulation above, there are several factors that caused this problem. Delay in departure is the most influential factors. It is because PT. XYZ don’t have fixed schedule of delivery and they miscalculate the departure time because of improper route determination that also leads to longer travel time. This case is categorized as Vehicle Routing Problem with Heterogeneous Fleet and Time Window (VRPHFTW) that will be solved using one of meta-heuristics algorithm which is Two Phase Tabu Search Algorithm to minimize travel distance. In the end, the travel distance can be minimized 19.48%.","PeriodicalId":217640,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Innovation in Enterprise System","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121816085","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The problem can be mitigated by the availability of inventory systems. This inventory serves to ensure the availability of appropriate resources in the right quantity and at the right time, so as to minimize the costs incurred. PT. Transplants Indonesia is a company engaged in the business of chrysanthemum flower in Indonesia. PT. The purpose of this company establishment is to meet the demand of farmers who are members of the OKF. In the case of backorder, on Q method with probabilistic request the size of the lottery (Q) is always fixed for every time the order is made and the order is made if the amount of inventory has reached a certain level (r) called the reorder point. In method P with probabilistic order requests made according to a fixed interval of time (T) and the ordering does not exceed the maximum inventory limit (R). Total Inventory cost incurred by the company using the method used by the company amounted to Rp.74.995.360,84. The inventory model using the Q method generates a total inventory cost of Rp.70.253.291,46. Meanwhile, inventory model using P method resulted in total inventory cost of Rp.71.529.327,17. Meeting the precise and timely demand of aerospace parts from customers becomes a major corporate responsibility. However, Loss Revenue often occurs due to engine breakdown. So that cause because the production target is not achieved, the product reject, and the delay of delivery. One of the machines that often experience breakdown is Mori seiki NH4000 DCG. Mori seiki NH4000 DCG is the finishing machine for Blank fork End product. The demand for this part is quite large, making it a tough task for the Mori Seiki NH4000 DCG machine. But because the breakdown of the machine is high enough to cause production targets every month are often not met. In addition, Maintenance activities that have not noticed the characteristics of engine damage, as well as the distribution of historical data of the machine causing less effective and efficient actions resulted in substantial Maintenance costs. Based on the results of risk analysis of Mori Seiki NH4000 DCG engine damage, in terms of performance loss system caused by a large enough that is 3.773% of machine production capacity per year. This figure exceeds the risk acceptance criteria by the company that is 2%. Therefore it is necessary to find the appropriate Maintenance policy for the Mori Seiki NH4000 DCG machine. The approach is to use Reliability Centeres Maintenance and Risk Based Maintenance. Based on the above two approaches obtained the appropriate interval time so that the Maintenance activities more effective and can improve the efficiency of treatment by reducing the cost of care previously Rp167.506.286, - per year, to Rp 96.147.061, - per year. With the policy is expected to reduce engine breakdown and performance loss caused.
