This research is experimental research. The population in this research is all students of class V SD Negeri No. 060931 Medan academic year 2020/2021 which consists of two classes. The sample selected by total sampling technique. The instrument used is the questionnaire of independence in student learning and tests the learning outcomes of students. Data obtained from the research instrument were then analyzed using two-way ANAVA on SPSS 23.0 for Windows. The results showed that: There is a significant difference between the result of learning PPKn students taught with the learning strategy of problem-based learning compared with the learning strategies concept map (Fcount = 23,476 and the value of sig. 0,000 < 0,05), the result of learning PPKn students who have learning independence higher compared with students who have to learn independence low (Fcount = 7,673 and the value of sig. Then the data is processed and analyzed with path analysis, thus producing an analysis with a coefficient of path 0.30 on the direct influence of organizational culture on work motivation, path coefficient 0.43 on the direct influence of self-efficacy on work motivation, path coefficient 0.47 on the direct influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction, coefficient of path 0.28 on the direct influence of self-efficacy on job satisfaction, path coefficient 0.22 on the direct influence of organizational culture on performance, the coefficient of line 0.15 on the direct influence of self-efficacy on lecturer performance, the coefficient of line 0.23 on the direct influence of work motivation on lecturer performance, and the coefficient of path 0.28 on the direct influence of job satisfaction on lecturer performance. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with the type of research used is quasi experimentation. The sample in this study consisted of 42 people consisting of 21 people of class IIA and 21 people of class IIB. Data collection techniques used are observation, test, validation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the T-test analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the average posttest value of students' learning outcomes in the experimental class (II-B) of SD Negeri I Simpang Peut Nagan Raya regency was 76.19, while the average posttest score of students in the control class (II-B) of SD Negeri I Simpang Peut Nagan Raya regency was 63.33. This is proven by the results of statistical data analysis \"T-Test Test\" that obtained thitung value (3,339) > ttabel (1,724). This proves that hypotheses are accepted. The problems in this research are as follows: How is the relationship between balance and leg muscle strength with the ability of straight kicks to the big Aceh Dispora-assisted Pencak silat athletes. The purpose of this study was to determine how much the relationship between balance and leg muscle strength and the ability of straight kicks in the Pencak silat athletes assisted by the Aceh Besar Dispora. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of correlation research method. The objective of this research is to determine whether there is a relationship between the two or three variables studied. As for the population in this study, all male athletes of the Pencak Silat Assisted by Dispora Aceh Besar, totaling 7 people. Based on the results of the research on the balance of the Pencak Silat athletes assisted by the Aceh Dispora with an average balance of 45 and a standard deviation of 9.4. While the results of leg muscle strength are 208 on average and the standard deviation of leg muscle strength is 46.84. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination of the balance contribution, the leg muscle strength was 2.161 in the very strong category. This research was conducted by pre-experimental method with one group pretest-posttest design which was held at Primary School 49 Banda Aceh, in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 academic year. The sample in this study were students of grade II Primary School 49 Banda Aceh with a total of 28 students. Data collection was carried out by giving students pre-test reading questions in the form of command questions as many as 10 pre-test questions and 10 post-test questions. A normality test is done to see the normality of the data and showed that the data were normally distributed with an average value calculated < table (3.8597 <11.07). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the use of the SAS learning method assisted by card media on the improvement of students' initial reading skills at Primary School 49 Banda Aceh with a value of tcount > ttable (10.147> 1.703), while in the test the increase in N-Gain is a high category. Percentage 57.14%, and 42.86% medium category. This research includes classroom action research. The average value of the class in the pre-cycle was 65.76 while in the first cycle it reached 71.92. The percentage of completion of students who have reached KKM from all students has also increased. In the pre-cycle it was 48%, while in the first cycle it reached 60%. In the first cycle, the percentage of student completion has not reached KKM is still less than 75%, so the research continues to cycle II. From cycle I to cycle II, it increased by 4.98 from 71.92 to 76.9. Apart from the average class, an increase also occurred in the student's completion score. The number of students who scored ?70 from pre-cycle to cycle I increased by 3 or 12% of all students, while from cycle I to cycle II as much as 7 or 28% of all students. Based on this, the criteria for success in the pre-cycle have not been achieved because the achievement of KKM is only 48% of all students. Then in cycle I it increases to 60% and in cycle II it increases again to 88%.
