This research uses qualitative descriptive method with a population of all grade 4 students at SDN 112238 Sepadan Jaya in the 2020/2021 school year of 21 students. The variables in this study were students' critical thinking ability, creativity, and learning style which included visual, auditorial and kinesthetic. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics. The results showed that the average grade 4 at SDN 112238 Sepadan Jaya in the 2020/2021 school year in Bahasa Indonesia has the majority ability in the highly critical thinking category, at around 47.6%. Ability majority in the creative category, in percentage about 66.67%. This development research was aimed to develop moral intelligence-based Citizenship Education learning as a systemic program for the culture of the main character values. The scope of this research was limited to the study of civics learning based on moral intelligence as a systemic program of cultivating character values among students. The research method was used by the Research & Development. The research subjects involved: (1) a lecturer who taught introduction courses of civics; (2)  students is limited group trials as subject; and (3) three experts for the validation of teaching materials who had criteria for Citizenship Education experts including: politics, law, and moral philosophy. The instrument was used an expert validation questionnaire which was analyzed using the Percentage Mean Score (PRS). The population of this research is grade V students of SD Negeri Negeri 014711 Sipare-Pare and grade V of SD Negeri 013869 Indrapura with a total of 58 people. The sample of this study was determined grade V SD Negeri 014711 Sipare-Pare = 30 following the learning strategy of Discovery Learning and grade V SD Negeri 013869 Indrapura = 28 following the learning using the STAD strategy. Research instruments to measure learning outcomes used multiple-choice form tests and questionnaires for student social interaction. Data analysis techniques use a two-track ANAVA at the level of ? significance = 0.05. This type of research is a quasi-experimental (quasi-experimental). The population in this study were all class VII SMP Dharma Bakti Medan as many as 2 classes, each class consisting of 30 people. The sample of this study was taken from the population, by means of (cluster random sampling), namely class VII-1 as the experimental class which is taught by the Kumon learning model and class VII-2 as the control class which is taught by the direct learning model. The instrument used in this study was a multiple-choice test with a total of 20 items with 4 options (a, b, c, d) which had previously been tested at a higher class to determine the validity, reliability, level of difficulty and discriminating power of the questions. The results showed, at the end of the study, a post-test was carried out, the average score was obtained 73,33 with standard deviation 10,449 and the control class obtained the average value 62,16 with standard deviation 11,647. Therefore the interpretation model of the Qur'an also has characteristics, as well as different methods.  The difference in interpretation model of the Qur'an also occurs in Indonesia. This article focuses on discussing the development of interpretation writing in Indonesia which is divided into two categories, namely scientific and non-scientific. In the context of socializing the worldview of the Quran, the writing of interpretations in Indonesia in the 1990s moved with two forces. First, strength in a hermeneutic context.
