The purpose of weighting is to determine the Ranking and priority of each indicator and dimension, considering that each indicator does not necessarily have the same value in the actual situation. The weighting method used in this study uses a subjective method using expert opinion. Method: The Ranking carried out by experts is then calculated using rank order centroids. The results of this weighting show that expert opinion can be used to aggregate weights with specific values that can be used as weights for each dimension. Conclusion: The results of this study show that weighting by Ranking by experts through subjective methods can be used to compile rankings or weights of variables for index preparation.","PeriodicalId":216734,"journal":{"name":"Journal Research of Social Science, Economics, and Management","volume":"23 S49","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140224492","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To be able to bridge these problems, it is necessary to make the right decisions. A prediction system is one of the elements that can be used to support the right decision-making. Predictions in decision-making are based on existing data at present and in the past so that they can be used to describe conditions in accordance with the objectives achieved. With an accurate price prediction system for staple food commodities, it is hoped that decision-making will be able to decide on good policies from the Cooperative, Small and Medium Enterprises Service for Trade and Industry (DKUKMPP) for the people of Cirebon City. The only way for a country to take benefit from globalization is to give greater autonomy to the regions inside the country to allow them to manage their own economic resources. However, decentralization comes with its own opportunities and challenges. Reflecting from Indonesia’s quarter century of experience, this paper concludes that there is no single formula that fits all local governments. Each local government still needs clear direction, clarity in leadership, budget accountability, and transparency to optimize the benefit of globalization for the welfare of the people.","PeriodicalId":216734,"journal":{"name":"Journal Research of Social Science, Economics, and Management","volume":"70 18","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139960098","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The researcher employed a correlational research design, which is suitable for examining the relationships between variables. The data collected from the questionnaires was analyzed using regression model fit and ANOVA. Regression model fit helps to determine how well the model predicts the outcome variable. At the same time, ANOVA assesses the significance of the relationships between employee performance, employee commitment, work motivation, and job satisfaction. The findings indicate that the model accurately predicted job satisfaction 64% of the time, which is demonstrated by the significant F value (F = 113.007; P = 0.01). \u0000Furthermore, the ANOVA findings show that employee performance (F (6, 188) = 28.053, p. 001), employee commitment (F (6, 188) = 39.889, p. 001), and work motivation (F (6, 188) = 33.471, p. 001) have a noteworthy impact on employees' Performance. Therefore, it is recommended that organizations prioritize and enhance work motivation, employee commitment, and work climate to improve job satisfaction and employee performance. Based on the findings, organizations need to focus on improving work motivation, employee commitment, and work climate to enhance job satisfaction and employee performance. Leadership styles that have a minimal impact on employee performance should be improved and given priority in these efforts.","PeriodicalId":216734,"journal":{"name":"Journal Research of Social Science, Economics, and Management","volume":"20 8","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139596054","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The challenge in the future is to strive to improve the service skills of librarians and library staff in all fields by always innovating by animating an entrepreneurial attitude. This research explores the importance of improving the quality of UPT Jambi University Library as an information center in the millennial era. This research aims to build the image of UPT Library Jambi University by improving service quality to become more charismatic and quality. In the context of the industrial revolution 4.0, this research develops an Innovative-Realistic Service Model Based on Entrepreneurship (IRBE) that combines smart technology and entrepreneurial attitudes. By using the Research & Development method and adapting the ASSURE model, this research creates a model that suits the needs of UPT Jambi University Library. Although the initial response from users indicated suboptimal service quality, the IRBE Model received a feasibility percentage of 88.85%, indicating the potential for effective implementation. This model emphasizes reality and adaptability to the actual situation and conditions at Jambi University. However, there is a need to improve entrepreneurial attitudes and skills in its implementation in the future. Furthermore, this study suggests the implementation of the IRBE Model in UPT Library of Jambi University and similar institutions, as well as further research for optimization of the model.","PeriodicalId":216734,"journal":{"name":"Journal Research of Social Science, Economics, and Management","volume":"20 25","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139595699","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The main discussion is limited to selecting the types of weapon systems considered effective in implementing A2/AD at Indonesia's strategic choke points. The next step is to decide which primary, secondary, and alternative criteria are the most important. Each of these will then be put together mathematically by measuring consistency using the Consistency Index (CI), the Consistency Ratio (CR), and the Consistency Hierarchy, which is the ranking as the result of the analysis. This method resulting in a weight for the navigation criteria of 66%, projection of 19%, and operability of 16%.
