This study uses qualitative methods of analytical descriptive phenomenology with secondary data. The analytical variables in this critical hermeneutics method are (1) Artifactual, that is, what is written in the novel; (2) Authentic, is facts and phenomena that occur in the real world; (3) Objectivity, namely opinions and information from experts; (4) Subjectivity, which is the opinion or thought of the researcher; (5) Existence, which is taken from Martin Heidegger's Dasein of Hermaneutic theory, is the conformity with the facts. The result of this study is that the 13 mining problems told in the narrative of the novel \"Keep Being Stupid Don't Be Smart\" have similarities with the reality that occurs in Indonesia. This study involved 88 healthcare worker at Klungkung General Hospital. Data were collected using a 5-point Likert scale. The sampling method employed was non-probability based predefined criteria. Data analysis was done through a structural equation moedel (SEM) using Smart-PLS. The result indicate that OC and IC positively and significantly impact IIB. Additionaly, OC has a positive and significant impact on IC. Meanwhlie, IC acted as a partial mediation in the relationship between OC on IIB. Research on the impact of organizational climate on individual creativity and individual innovative behavior has primarily centered around the private sector. However, the organizational climate within public service entities, especially in healthcare, remains relatively unexplored. This presents a significant knowledge gap that merits further investigation. This research serves as a reference for formulating policy recommendations by hospital management regarding policies aimed at promoting an organizational climate that supports individual creativity and individual innovative behavior.","PeriodicalId":216734,"journal":{"name":"Journal Research of Social Science, Economics, and Management","volume":"28 22","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141814506","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Before conducting the hypothesis test, a data quality test was carried out which included a validity test and a reliability test, a classical assumption which included a data normality test, a multicollinearity test and a hysteroskedasticity test, then a hypothesis test was carried out through the R2 test, F test and t test. The results of the study show that the implementation of the e-filling system has no effect on taxpayer compliance, while the implementation of the e-billing system and tax sanctions have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance.","PeriodicalId":216734,"journal":{"name":"Journal Research of Social Science, Economics, and Management","volume":"31 16","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141816921","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study used a quantitative approach with purporsive sampling using the slovin formula with a total of 400 respondents. Data was analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS data processing tools. The results showed that PE, HM, HB, PI, PS had a positive effect on BI. EE ,SI ,FC ,PV does not have a positive effect on BI. FC, HB and BI have a positive influence on UB. The influence on Behavioral Intention is 58%, while the influence on Use Behavior is 60%.
