Variables linked to the real estate market were used to verify the existence of a long-term relation with the house price index formulated by FipeZap, a very important Brazilian institution. The model was then used to evaluate the possible existence of real estate bubbles in residential properties in the markets of Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, showing the absence of a representative bubble in Sao Paulo, but overvalued prices in Rio de Janeiro. Over the analysed period (2008-2013), prices have risen quite a lot in both markets, but show the latest trend of convergence towards the fundamentals.","PeriodicalId":216414,"journal":{"name":"Int. In this paper, systemic layout planning (SLP) has been employed to design the logistics facilities and determine the optimal location of each warehouse. Innovatively, this paper introduces the intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs) to evaluate logistics facilities layout comprehensively after we formed the facilities layout plan. Most noteworthy is that a broad and detailed two-stage index system of logistics facilities layout has been established including the aspect of economy, efficiency, adaptability, security and environment. Though the comprehensive assessment of production logistics facilities layout is good (G), there exists optimal spatial to improve logistics efficiency. Therefore, we propose a new improved logistics facilities layout. After manufacture enterprise implements the improved logistics facilities layout, its transportation become more unobstructed, waiting time has been reduced and cost of logistics has been decreased consequently.","PeriodicalId":216414,"journal":{"name":"Int. According to characteristics of Chinese microfinance and principals of balanced scorecard, this study designed the performance evaluation system from five dimensions and analysed the performance of microfinance of bank in combination with the rough set and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. To develop an objective and scientific evaluation system, this study used rough set theory to determine each indicator's objective weight by introducing information volume to define the importance conception. Then, this study built the grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method which is based on the rough set and used the matrix of grey fuzzy evaluation and the weight vector to process fuzzy calculation and normalisation and finally got the fuzzy evaluation result. This study evaluated the performance of small and micro enterprise microfinance of eight branches of China Harbin Bank. Those models are: a) a risk attitude model by using a lottery technique; b) strength of preference by using mid-value splitting; c) an intrinsic risk attitude model, and two separate psychometric-based models. An empirical study is carried out (n = 30) with respondents of owners of clothing business in Indonesia. Goodness-of-fit tests for respective models indicate positive results with low errors (as indicated by MSE) and high explanatory power (R2). It suggests that the datasets generally confirm the underlying assumptions of each model. Using Spearman tests, convergent validities are observable for risk attitude vs. strength of preference, risk attitude vs. intrinsic risk attitude, risk attitude vs. psychometric. The problem in this paper is to minimise the total cost of the cyclic logistic network model by determining the best locations of plants, distribution centres (DCs), and dismantlers. Due to the NP-hard nature of the problem, it is inevitable to appeal to metaheuristic procedures to achieve satisfactory solutions for large-size problems. To tackle such an NP-hard problem, this paper proposes a simulated annealing (SA), a modified genetic algorithm (MGA), and a hybrid algorithm, applying these two algorithms based on a revised spanning tree and determinant encoding representation. To evaluate the proposed algorithms, we compare them with the genetic algorithm (GA) taken from the recent literature. The data was collected from Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE). Firstly, we study different networks topologies that have been implemented in the literature in recent years, such as perceptron, linear networks, multi-layer perceptron (MLP), probabilistic network, Hopfield model, Kohonen model, time delay neural network (TDNN), Elman and Jordan network, in addition to the backpropagation and Levenberg-Marquadt algorithms. Studying the behaviour of these time series and the main characteristics of the each network topology, we conclude that the TDNN with multi-layer perceptron is the best to estimate the production time series of 11 industrial segments. The neural network was then applied considering two different strategies of structural model. Reports of events are principally sent by human users that became active citizens in real community. 'Puglia Tremor' and 'Vengo Anch'io' use new dynamics of co-partnership, introduced by new technologies and telecommunication tools. The main idea behind the proposal is that each user of a social network can act as a signalling device/human sensor. So, a decision support system (DSS) can define an assessment level based on information received from users. Through this analysis, the system will be able to identify a multi-level classification of assessment and it will define a visual metaphor which acts as a support for the operator. Researchers have investigated many aspects of this problem so far. These factors, as delivery time and customer behaviour against product quality, are uncertain. Nevertheless, for the purpose of simple application, they are usually considered deterministic. To have more accurate modelling of the real world, it is necessary to consider these uncertain factors in models. Making sure that chain profit and product quality satisfy the decision maker, this paper develops a robust approach based on design of experiments and simulation for selection of suppliers in a closed loop supply chain, product quality. The study utilises a mixed-integer linear programming model addressing both the deterministic and robust optimisation approaches. The performance and applicability of the model has been tested by a case study in Iran. The comparison between the deterministic and robust optimisation models indicated that the robust model could efficiently deal with uncertainties associated with costs and demand amount. The given model can be applied for NPD and knowledge-based networks, in which the sustainable collaborations with suppliers is accounted for a critical issue. The potential suppliers can be evaluated with respect to their strength and weakness points in running a steady collaboration. It is required to establish reliable relations between the members of a knowledge-based network to strengthen further interactions, investigated here by a two-phase model.","PeriodicalId":216414,"journal":{"name":"Int. A bi-objective programming model taking into account the green and economic benefits was built for the green traffic flow allocation problem on logistics network, and then a two-stage algorithm was designed. In the first stage, alternative paths are generated for each origin-destination flow by iterating the k-shortest path algorithm. In the second stage, the solution of traffic allocation with best green utility is chosen from candidate solutions. By numeric simulation under different scenarios, the model and algorithm were verified and numeric analysis was conducted with some valuable conclusions.","PeriodicalId":216414,"journal":{"name":"Int.
