Well-developed skills can be the key to achieving a successful career. New knowledge and techniques gained in the field of neurolinguistics and psychotechniques provide new opportunities to improve voice-speaking skills through training in modern formats. Therefore, there is a growing need for new methods aiming to improve communication skills. In this paper, through the method of participant observation, best practices of trainings with business representatives are presented, in which neurolinguistic techniques and psychotechniques, which are scientifically proven and which are effective from a methodological point of view, play a major role. Some of the trainings include individual sessions with a voice coach or group trainings where personalised help and development of communication skills can be obtained. The article has a methodological and practical-applied orientation and focuses on new perspectives for applying the methodological heritage of rhetoric schools and courses in stage speech and oratory in combination with modern training methods. The question of the varieties of the concept could be examined in view of the dialogical and/or monological nature of the body in works after the Second World War. The present study aims to provide an overview of the concept of the body by examining its dialogic and monological features in emblematic works belonging to the Italian literature of the 20th century. The transformation of the concept establishing dialogue or refusing to build connections with the familiar world is traced. In the crisis of identity the focus changes on the interiorization, e.g. in Luigi Pirandello and Italo Svevo. The hypothesis is that the Italian literature after the Second World War is distinguished by the pursuit of dialogue, notable in writers such as Carlo Levi and Primo Levi, tangible also in Giorgio Bassani and Leonardo Sciascia. The comparative analysis leads to the conclusion that in this way the body emerges as a peculiar field of collisions between the dialogic and the monologic, between the acceptance of the other’s position and the self-assertion, after introspection. In the classical concept, decisions are taken independently by the manager, but nowadays it is common for other employees to participate in this process as well. This article represents the results from an empirical study conducted in Bulgarian public and private organizations operating on the territory of the city of Sofia. More than 80 people took park in the survey and a questionnaire for determining the decision-making style GDMSI (General Decision Making Style Inventory) was used. The results show that management and executive personnel have a highly pronounced dependent decision-making style. Managers transfer the responsibility for the decision to other employees in the organizations - the experts. This implies new approaches to communications - to target both experts and managers in an attempt to influence the decision-making process. The research was conducted in the conditions of the Bulgarian cultural environment. Our environment is a factor that influences the behavior patterns of library users. The rapid introduction of artificial intelligence poses new challenges to both users and libraries, because the model of communication is changing and moving to a new type of services and resources. The adaptation of models in accordance with new trends shows the evolution of the environment and the user. By following these models and applying them in practice, a better communication of the user with the information mediated by the services and resources offered by the libraries is achieved. The new conditions of the information environment in which libraries must work pose a number of challenges, the solution of which they must find and offer to their users. The text is oriented towards a critical reading of the theoretical field available to the author, delineated by at least two private sociological disciplines - the sociology of intellectuals and the sociology of communications, plus fiction and the science of fiction itself - literary studies. The aim is to provide a theoretical modeling of the dialogue and monologue of the intellectuals on the way to the attainment and transmission of knowledge, and no empirical research results are presented. The object of the paper is intellectuals. The subject is focused on the dialogue, monologue and chronotope of the contemporary intellectual. The research questions are as follows. Is it possible for intellectuals today to work in a chronotope that is antithetical to their very habitus, to the intellectual ethos? What do intellectuals do in this chronotope? When are they silent, immersed in the monologue of intellectual reflection? And when do they engage in dialogue with others? This is the research framework of questions within which the article situates itself. The methods of analysis and synthesis are employed in this study. Rhetorical styles in the dialogue of the intellectual in the transmission of knowledge have been established. Features of the positivist rhetorical style are outlined. Specifics of the dystopian style are presented. The role and functions of an intellectual in society are outlined, as well as what intellectuals teach us, one possible answer being living by thinking and free choice. Mavrodieva","doi":"10.55206/cikp7841","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.55206/cikp7841","url":null,"abstract":"Abstract: This paper presents the results of an analysis of a dialogue between a human and a chatbot on rhetorical topics. The problematic has a topicality that is new in the study of an understudied field, namely the communication in a mini-virtual community between a human and GhatGTP. The first focus is on analyzing linguistic and rhetorical features of answering questions posed by the researcher, who is also a participant in the dialogue. The second focus is on the ways in which the results of the search for rhetoric-related information are presented and structured by the chatbot. The third focus is on the ways in which the chatbot identifies itself using algorithms and pre-prepared information by experts from different fields and how it verbalizes and self-assesses it. The first hypothesis is that from a linguistic point of view the chatbot uses terms; does not allow figurative language, realizes an informative function; structures short texts of good logical consistency, which are dominated by the statement of previously presented information. The second hypothesis is related to rhetorical themes and canons and it is that the chatbot successfully realizes two rhetorical canons (invention and composition) searching for information from accessible online sources, selects and structures facts into popular level. The paper tests a research approach, conventionally called auto-cyberethnographic monitoring, which combines the cyberethnographic method with autoethnography. The text does not aim at providing exhaustive information, it is oriented towards establishing the possibilities of delineating a new scientific field of research that presupposes an interdisciplinary approach and modern research methods. It is also essential in pedagogical communication between teachers and parents for the successful implementation of pedagogical goals, easier adaptation of students, as well as in enhancing their motivation and learning outcomes. This article discusses different perspectives through which trust can be defined and analysed, and the understanding of trust varies depending on the analytical level chosen. A theoretical review is made of several models of trust that could conceptually serve as a basis for the study of pedagogical communication between teachers and parents. The explanatory power of Bentele's (2008) ‘layered’ model is discussed in terms of trust at the micro, meso and macro levels. Mayer's (1995) and Blӧbaum's (2016) dispositional models are analysed, identifying major categories of characteristics as antecedents of trust ‘investment’ at the interpersonal level. The features of the dynamic model of trust are outlined with its potential to analyze social interactions between individuals and with a focus on the factors that influence the process of trust building and breaking down. All these models have been developed and validated in different research contexts and could support a deeper understanding and study of the phenomenon in a pedagogical setting. The subject of research in the article is the communicative competence of students of primary school age and, more specifically, the skills of dialogical oral communication. An analysis of the curricula for Bulgarian language and literature from grades 1 to 4 (general education), which are published on the website of the Ministry of Education and Science, was performed. Scientific publications related to the methodology of teaching Bulgarian language, oral speech, oral communication, dialogue, oral dialogic etiquette communication were studied.
