However, pseudotyping-based approaches using the spike glycoprotein have allowed for their study in BSL-2 level laboratories, enabling the rapid screening and identification of neutralizing antibodies, entry inhibitors, host factors, and therapeutic agents. However, this minimalist approach fails to capture the possible contributions and roles of other SARS CoV-2 genes in the entry process. \u0000 OBJECTIVES: To determine the relative effects of structural and non-structural genes of the SARS CoV-2 on the infectivity of spike-pseudotyped particles, using a lentiviral vector system. \u0000 METHODS AND RESULTS: An unbiased co-transfection screen of twenty-four SARS CoV-2 genes revealed the nucleocapsid (N) protein as a prime promoter of spike-pseudotyped lentivirus infectivity, as assayed by transduction of an ACE2+ cell line. The spike protein was also observed to be enriched in virions when augmented by the presence of the N gene during virus production. Further, N-enhanced spike-pseudoviruses exhibited a lowered sensitivity to neutralisation by an IgG-Fc fused ACE2 microbody. These results highlight the broad importance of incorporating specific accessory genes during spike-pseudovirus preparation, which may help better recapitulate a physiologically relevant\u0000 in vitromodel for SARS CoV-2 infectivity.

Moreover, it is a specialty poorly known by our population. The aim is to draw up the epidemiological overview of the HUEH Dermatology department.\u0000 \u0000 \u0000 Methodology\u0000 \u0000 This is a simple descriptive analysis of patients saw in the first consultation at the HUEH dermatology department during our visit. Data were collected from the register of the outpatient clinic. 367 patients from June 1 to June 30, 2021, were collected. The variables studied were gender, age, diagnosis, and outcome. We have used for this work Microsoft Excel, SPSS, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Powerpoint softwares.\u0000 \u0000 \u0000 Results\u0000 \u0000 Mean age of our patients was 23.19 ±17.07 years, with extremes of 1 month and 88 years. The most represented age range was [19-65] years, representing 55.9% of our population. There was a predominance of females (61.9%) over males (38.1%) with a sex ratio of 0.61.\u0000 The 5 main diagnoses were Sarcoptosis 97 cases (26.4%), Eczema, grouping 5 types, 35 cases (9.5%), Acne 30 cases (8.2%), Dermatophytosis 21 cases (5,7%), Ringworm 18 cases (4.9%).\u0000 Among sarcoptosis patients, 39.2% were in the [19-65] age group and 53.6% were women. For those with Eczema, the age group [19-65] was still the most represented with 57.1%, and 60% were women. There were no patients older than 65 years with eczema. Regarding patients with Acne, 80% were in the [19-65] age group with 83.3% women. As for patients with dermatophytosis, 71.4% were in the [19-65] age group and 81% was women. The last most frequent skin disease was ringworm with 61.1% of patients aged [5-18] years and 77.8% of these were males. 99.45% of patients were seen as outpatients.\u0000 \u0000 \u0000 Conclusion\u0000 \u0000 Parasitic and mycotic skin diseases are the main diagnosed diseases at the HUEH Dermatology Department during our period. Women from 19 to 65 years (pillar of the national economy) are the most affected by sarcoptosis (53.6%), eczema (60%), acne (83%), and dermatophytes (81%). Note that male children represent 77.8% of ringworm cases. We couldn’t talk about women’s health without a dermatological perspective. Hence the need to integrate dermatological pathologies into prevention and health promotion policies. More extensive observations are needed for a better profile of the epidemiology of skin diseases in Haiti.

Shading strategies like overhang, louvers, manual and automatic blinds, etc.; are to control unfavorable direct sunlight. Solar UV, IR, and glare control glazing materials are increasingly used instead of shading design, especially for high-rise buildings. Notwithstanding the advantages of solar control glazing, there is a concern about how LowE glazing affects the overall daylight availability in a space. On the other hand, in lack of shade, glare is still a big challenge for solar control glazing strategies. In this study, a \u0000 MicroShade strategy (solar control coating with 37% VT) is proposed in between interior heat-control clear-glass panes and based on an optimized shading design. A single 12’ * 16’ office room is then studied based on a\u0000 MicroShade window for south orientation and is compared with an ASHRAE 90.1 code approved LowE glazing strategy (65% VT) without shade. Annual daylight simulations show that totally LowE glass window contributes to higher available daylight. However, close to the window, the\u0000 MicroShade system has less undesirable illuminance (above 2000 lux), and possible glare. The result of glare simulations, for 7 representative days during hot and warm seasons (5 times per day), show not many differences. Although probably due to reflections of \u0000 MicroShade materials in general \u0000 MicroShade system shows 1-2 DGP higher than the other two systems, for the times that solar angle is lower, \u0000 MicroShade plays a better role in terms of glare control.

The aim of this study is to investigate the use of e-health in general practices during the COVID-19 pandemic, and theintention of general practices to continue using e-health tools more intensively in the near future.\u0000 \u0000 \u0000 Methods – Web surveys were sent to all Dutch general practices at two moments during the pandemic: in April 2020, during the first wave of the pandemic in the Netherlands, and in July 2020, between the first and second wave, when infection numbers were lower. The surveys contained questions on the use of specific e-health tools, including e-consultations and video calling.\u0000 \u0000 \u0000 Results – 75%of the general practices indicated that the COVID-19 pandemic caused them to start using e-health applications or made them to intensify these in April 2020. In July 2020, almost all practices indicated that they used at least one e-health application (98%). Online prescriptions ordering service and e-consultations were used by more than 80% of all practices. However, a minority of practices (<33%) answered that they intend to use (new) e-health applications more intensively after the pandemic. Some significant differences were found in the use of specific e-health applications between different practice types.\u0000 \u0000 \u0000 Conclusions – This study confirms the expectation that there was an increased uptake of e-health applications in Dutch general practices during the COVID-19 pandemic. The relative low number of practices that intend to sustain the increased usage of e-health in their practice in the future may point towards a temporary uptake of digital health care delivery, rather than accelerated implementation of digital processes.\u0000

Depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addictive behaviors are all examples of mental illness. Many people suffer from mental health issues from time totime. When persistent indications and symptoms create regular stress and impair your capacity to operate, a mental health problem becomes a mental disease.Mental illness can make you unhappy and cause issues in your everyday life, such as in school, work, or in your relationships. Symptoms may usually be controlled with a combination of medicines and talk therapy (psychotherapy). Mental illness has no age, gender, geography, money, social position, race/ethnicity, religion/spirituality, sexual orientation, background, or other element of cultural identification; it can afflict anybody.
