Developed model of the generation of the cavitation area lets determine distribution of the cavitation zone in the technological volumes of various sizes and forms. Kesler","doi":"10.1109/EDM.2015.7184481","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/EDM.2015.7184481","url":null,"abstract":"Processes of thin sulfide layers on HgCdTe surface formation by anodic sulfdization were investigated in this work. 0.1M Na2S in ethylene glycol solution was used as an electrolyte. Potentiodynamic curves obtained do not correspond with expected ones from literature [1], but qualitatively represent electrochemical processes occurring - formation of cadmium, tellurium and mercury sulfides. Galvanostatic dependencies verify formation of non-insulating films a composition of which depends on anodization duration. Analysis of the surface chemical composition by XPS has shown that the main components of sulfide films formed are cadmium and mercury sulfides, with tellurium sulfide nearly absenting. The model of sulfide layer formation based on experimental data obtained has been proposed. Requirements to such fame detectors constantly increase. High-speed (no more than 5 ms) fame detectors with the reduction of optical noise are required. Flame detectors are required which are possible to unite into a system. In the article the high-speed fame detector with the reduction of optical noise by the compensation method is described. Requirements to technical parameters of a fame detector are formulated. Features of application of a compensation method of optical noise reduction in the fame detector are analyzed. The choice of spectral ranges of reception of radiation by the fame detector on the data basis on spectral distribution of radiation of burning and radiation of optical noise is carried out. The working prototype of the fame detector is designed. Results of the work carried out are necessary for the further manufacturing of the working prototype of fame detector.
