Experimental determination of the parameters of two spectral ratios optical-electronic device

Abstract

The results of the experimental determination of the two-spectral ratio optical-electronic device parameters are given in article. It is shown that the developed device allows to provide a validity of decision-making at the external optical illumination presence equal to 0.95.
