This research was conducted in Manggar Baru Village, East Balikpapan District, Balikpapan City. The sample used is the processing of smoked fish in Manggar Baru Village totaling 6 processors, the sampling method used is the census method. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis method and income analysis. The results of this study indicate that women's motivation is divided into 2, namely internal ; driving factors the wife chooses to work because it is based on decisions that arise due to unfulfilled own desires and external ; driving factors the family is mutually supportive and helps in processing activities. The Participation of women in the production process is (100%), the husband's role in buying raw materials is (33%) and The Participation of husband and wife in strengthening capital is (33%). The Participation of women in making decisions to work in processing businesses ranging from investment/capital to fishery businesses, management of processing businesses to marketing of fishery products, wife's decision making is greater (67%). Sampling method used is proportional random sampling method with the number of respondents 35 members of the group of farmers Catfish ( Pangasius sp) Data collection techniques with interviews using questionnaires then in the analysis using interval class formula and likert scale with three categories namely, high, medium, low. This study was conducted for 13 months, starting from January 2020 to March 2021. The sampling method was a case study with a total sample of 25 respondents. The analysis method was purposive sampling analysis. The result of this study showed that, in general, the people had a positive perception of 91.02% against the management continuity of marine ecotourism in Mutiara Indah beach, Tanjung Limau village. The public perception towards the ecotourism continuity from the aspect of the economy, social, and environment was in the high criteria of 100%, indicating strongly positive. The public perception towards the public institution development was at the high criteria of 100%, indicating strongly positive. The public perception towards a public-based economy was in the moderate criteria of 76%, indicating fairly positive. The public perception towards the educational principles was in the moderate criteria of 76%, indicating fairly positive. Fitriyana and Oon Darmansyah). \u0000This study aims to identify the social institutions that exist in the fishing community in Muara Pasir village, both formal and informal social institutions. This research was conducted for 19 months starting from October 2019 to January 2021. The sample method used was purposive sampling with a sample of 49 respondents. The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative analysis in the form of a narrative. \u0000The results of this study indicate that the social institutions in Muara Pasir Village consist of formal institutions, namely the Fishermen Partners Institute, the Sinar Pasifik fishing group, and the Leger fishermen group. This research was carried out in Bontang Kuala Village, North Bontang District, Bontang City. The samples used were candied seaweed processors totaling 10 people. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is financial analysis and sensitivity analysis. The entire study was carried out for 14 months. This research is a research that uses survey research methods (survey method). By taking 40 respondents using disproportional stratified random sampling in a community that is active, open and has been in contact with people or institutions outside their environment, the data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive by describing the data state data of fishermen community objects in Muara Pantuan Village. \u0000The results showed that the type of information needed by the fishing community in Muara Pantuan Village was aquaculture technology and capture fisheries technology, while the type of media used by the fishing community in Muara Pantuan Village was interpersonal media and electronic media. The research was conducted in Kuala Samboja Village In District Samboja. The sample of this research are misters and mistresses who live in Kuala Samboja Village. The number of samples are 30 people which then the researcher use Systematic Random Sampling. The result of this research shows that on simultan way independent variables (X1, X2, X3) have a significant impact on dependent variable (Y), while on partial way variable of fish's price (X2) has a significant impact on dependent variable (Y). Data analysis methods used are marketing margin analysis, marketing efficiency, farmer's share and fishermen's income analysis. \u0000The results of the study showed that the marketing margin at the one-level marketing channel for snakehead murrel fish is Rp. 10,000/Kg, sucker barb fish Rp. 8,500/Kg, glass fish Rp. 11,000/kg, kissing gourami fish Rp. 12,000/Kg. The two-level marketing channel for snakehead murrel fish is Rp. 30,000/Kg, sucker barb fish Rp. 11,000/kg, glass fish Rp. 11,500/Kg, kissing gourami fish Rp. 21,000/Kg, with a total margin on one level marketing channel of Rp. 41,500/Kg and a two-level marketing channel of Rp. 73,500/Kg. More efficient marketing is on the one level marketing channel for snakehead murrel fish of 54.5%, sucker barb fish 29.2%, glass fish 26.7%, kissing gourami fish 29.4%. Farmer’s share is obtained from the results of analysis found in the two-tier marketing channel for snakehead murrel fish of 25%, sucker barb fish 21.4%, glass fish 23.3%, kissing gourami fish 16%. The sampling method used was purposive sampling totaling 10 families consisting of nuclear families and extended families, each of 5 families in the Juata Laut Village. The results of this study indicate that the picture of the double income pattern applied by nuclear family members and extended families is still very limited. The types of work in the field of fisheries are carried out by men and women, where all men are generally fishermen and women are all processors of dried fish. The percentage of the contribution of husband's income to the nuclear family averaged 36.42% and the percentage contribution of wife's income was 63.58% on average. While the percentage of husband's income contribution to the broad family is an average of 28.39%, the percentage contribution of wife's income is an average of 51.76% and the contribution of other family income averages 19.85%.
