It was started from October 2018 until March 2019. The purpose of this study was to find out whether the elucidation has been effective implemented the performance in prohibition of catch the Crab (scyllaseratta) in Muara Badak village. This study also was to find out the problems was faced by the investigator related to the prohibition policy of the crab with certain measure and the female who laid the eggs in the study location. The sampling method in this study was census method. The data was analysed with descriptive quantitative method with the Likert- Scale based on the answer from 24 questions to measure the effectiveness of investigator’s performance toward the implementation of elucidation about PERMEN-KP NOMOR 56/PERMEN-KP/2016 with the total 50 respondents. This study used Quantity of Work, Quality of Work, Job Knowledge, Creativenes, Cooporation, Dependability, Initiative, Personal Qualities as the indicators of investigator’s performance. \u0000The findings of the study showed that the effectiveness of investigator’s performance toward the implementation of elucidation about PERMEN-KP NOMOR 56/PERMEN-KP/2016 partially based on the indicators of Quantity of Work with the score 5,34 Job Knoeledgewith the score 6,46, Cooporation with the score 5,12, Initiativewith the score 5,38, Personal Qualitieswith the score 6,5 was in average category. Overall the indicators were in average category with the score 39,86. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with 20 respondents consisting from local fishermen and andons with professions as ship masters and crew. \u0000The results of this study indicate the perceptions of local fishermen in Balikukup village, both those who refused and those who received the knowledge of government regulations or regulations to regulate fisheries resource utilization rights, by Andon fishermen outside their domicile. The attitude of local fishermen who disagreed with the existence of Andon fishermen because their permits were not managed or fulfilled by Andon fishermen, while local fishermen who agreed to consider Andon fishermen had managed or fulfilled their permits so that they had a strong legal basis to utilize the fisheries resources in Balikukup village. The method of data analysis uses descriptive methods based on graphs and financial feasibility analysis. \u0000The results of this study indicated that the perception of the community and tourists towards the development of ecotourism of the whale shark (Rhincodon typus) is that strongly agree with the existence of the project. The costs of infrastructure development projects for the development of ecotourism of the Whale Shark (Rhincodon typus) namely investment and operational costs consist of fixed costs and variable costs, where as the benefit of the project in economic terms can open up new jobs for local communities. In the mean while, the village popularity is becaming more famous around local tourist and foreign tourist. Infrastructure development projects for the development of the Whale Shark (Rhincodon typus) ecotourism with Net Present Value investment criteria of Rp.257,559,474, Internal rate of Return of 13%, Net Benefit Cost Ratio of 1,434 and Payback Period of 3 years are feasible to run. This research was conducted in March 2018 - March 2019 in Berbas Pantai Village, Bontang City. The sampling method applied the census method that selected all of 15 fishermen households in research site, consisting of 15 husbands and 15 wives. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive methods and to find out family income was analyzed using the analysis of revenue and income. The results of the family income analysis showed that women/wives who did processing by buying raw materials have smaller income ( average of Rp. 977,820.36 / month) than women/wives who did processing by obtaining raw materials through the husband's catch (average of Rp. 4,020,944.50 / month). The role of fishermen's wives in productive activities of salted fish processing were cleaning fish, drying and collecting the results of dried fish. Data retrieval method using the technique of random proportional sampling with 74 respondents. Research conducted for 9 months starting from June 2018 up to February 2019. Methods of data analysis using the method of qualitative and quantitative methods of analysis a descriptive statistical tests Spearman Rank correlations. Factors socioeconomic characteristics related to the attitude of the fishing communities in Biduk-Biduk toward program implementation conservation area, on the variables of age and work experience. Factors related to the perception of attitude variables contained on the concept of suitability and intensity of extension officers. The research used the survey method and applied purposive sampling that selected 45 respondents based on 3 types of fishing gear. The respondents composed by 15 owners and 30 crews of capture fisheries business. The method of data analysis using qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of this research indicated that the average income of gill net fishermen in Tanjung Laut Indah Village was Rp 15.314.800/month/respondent in the harvest season and Rp 4.634.800/month/respondent in the non harvest season. The average profit of troll line fisherman was Rp. 12.742.033,33/month/respondent in the harvest season and Rp. 9.432.033,33/month/respondent in the non harvest season. The average profit for barrier trap fisherman in Tanjung Laut Indah Village was Rp. 9.619.800/month / respondent in the harvest season and Rp. 3.379.800/ month / respondent in the non harvest season. The research was held on September 2018 until October 2018. The location of this research was in Muara Telake Village, Long Kali Sub-District, Paser Regency. Sampling used purposive sampling method and Slovin formula. The method of data analysis was descriptive analysis to determined the process of socializing the policy of prohibiting Dogol fishing equipment and Likert scale analysis to assessed the attitude of fishermen to the prohibition of Dogol fishing gear. The results of the research showed that the socialization activities from the government obtained a negative result because fishermen rejected the Dogol fishing gear prohibition policy and the attitudes of fishermen in Muara Telake Village accumulatively was at a moderate level with a value of 16.08, which means that the fishermen hesistan about regulation. This research was conducted for 5 months starting from August 2018 to December 2018. In this case, the research location was in Lok Bahu Urban Village, Sungai Kunjang District, Samarinda. Sampling was done based on a census method that was all fish farmer groups of Rawa Bening 1 and Rawa Bening 2 were the respondents of this research. The research finding showed that the fisheries extension officer’s role in encouraging the fish farmer group with floating-net-cages in ex-mining ponds was classified in a maximum high category. This research applied purposive sampling method with the number of respondents were 30 people (composed from 5 nuclear families and 5 extended families of Bugisnese, 5 nuclear families and 5 extended families of Mandarnese, 5 nuclear families and 5 extended families of Beraunese). This research was conducted in June 2018 to February 2019. Data analyzed based on genealogical Analysis and then presented descriptively. The results showed that: Kinship term used by nuclear and extended families on Bugisnese, Mandarnese and Beraunese fishermen to greet the families members in daily activities. Kinship structure of nuclear and extended families of Bugisnese, Mandarnese and Beraunese formed by patrilineal system. Marriage patterns of nuclear and extended families on Bugisnese, Mandarnese and Beraunese fishermen adjust the customs and habits of each ethnic. Family inheritance patterns of nuclear and extended family on Bugisnese, Mandarnese and Beraunese adopted the individual and collective inheritance system where men received boat or fishing gear women received house or land.
