Pendekatan kualitatif dapat diartikan sebagai pendekatan yang menghasilkan data, tulisan dan tingkah laku yang diamati dari orang-orang. Pendekatan kualitatif merupakan penelitian yang bermaksud untuk memahami fenomena tentang apa yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian misalnya perilaku, persepsi, motivasi, tindakan dan lain-lain secara holistik dan dengan cara deskripsi dalam bentuk kata-kata dan bahasa, pada suatu konteks khusus yang alamiah dan dengan memanfaatkan berbagai metode ilmiah (Moleong, 200:26). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Peran Guru Dalam Meningkatkan Minat Baca Permulaan Anak kelompok B di PAUD Terpadu Alkhairat Skeep. Hasil penelitian yang di dapatkan pembelajaran yang terkait dengan kegiatan meningkatkan minat baca permulaan pada anak di PAUD Terpadu Alkhairaat Skeep dapat di simpulkan bahwa cara yang di pakai guru PAUD Terpadu Alkhairaat Skeep yaitu, (1) adanya kerja sama antara guru dan kepala sekolah selalu ada dukungan dari kepala sekolah dalam hal menyediakan media atau alat yang di butuhkan untuk meningkatkan minat baca permulaan pada anak. 2). Pemanfaatan bahan-bahan bekas yang ada di sekitar guru untuk membuat media sendiri. 3). Guru melakukan dengan permainan kartu gambar dan boneka tangan untuk meningkatkan minat baca permulaan pada anak. 4) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat baca anak. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini 2 orang guru dan kepala sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa analisis kreativitas guru dalam pembuatan lembar kerja peserta didik dilihat dari 4 aspek kreativitas yaitu pribadi, pendorong, proses, dan produk. Dimana: 1) pribadi, guru telah banyak menghasilkan ide-ide yang kreatif dalam pembuatan lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD), 2) pendorong, guru memiliki kemampuan baik itu dari dalam diri sendiri ataupun dari luar, kemampuan dari dalam diri sendiri artinya mereka mampu membuat dan mengembangkan LKPD dengan ide yang mereka punya. 3) proses, yang guru siapkan dalam pembuatan LKPD itu secara teratur agar pembelajaran yang disampaikan bisa mengembangkan aspek perkembangan anak serta menarik perhatian siswa untuk konsentrasi dalam belajar, 4) produk, guru sudah banyak menghasilkan ide-ide yang kreatif serta karya-karya yang telah dibuat dalam LKPD. Penelitian kualitatif adalah cara-cara, strategi untuk memahami realitas, dan langkah-langkah yang sistematis untuk memecahkan rangkaian sebab akibat berikutnya. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengungkap data dan informasi sebanyak mungkin tentang peran orang tua dalam penanaman nilai-nilai karakter anak pada kelompok B usia 4-5 tahun di PAUD negeri pembina 1 Kota Ternate. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh memperlihatkan bahwa peran orangtua dalam penanaman nilai-nilai karakter pada anak yaitu mendidik anak melalui contoh perilaku yang dilakukan dengan bersikap tegas, bertutur kata yang lembut, pemberian nasehat, kemudian membiasakan untuk mentaati peraturan agama seperti melaksanakan ibadah tepat waktu, baca qur’an setiap waktu sore. Sedangkan tutur kata orang tua dengan anak di lakukan dengan pemberian arahan untuk tidak mengejek teman lain. dan yang terakhir orang tua menerapkan mengatur waktu yang dilakukan dengan mengawasi anak dalam hal sikapnya, ibadahnya, dan tutur katanya. The method used in this research is qualitative method. While the approach in this study uses a library research approach. The results of the study prove that there is a close relationship between music playing skills and intellectual intelligence. Children who received a music education program increased their spatial intelligence (spatial intelligence) compared to children who were not exposed to music. Not only spatial intelligence, music also improves children's language and vocabulary skills as well as logic which in the end the child is able to organize ideas and be able to solve problems. The instruments used to collect the data are observation, documentation and the researcher herself as the key instrument. The data analyzed qualitatively. The result indicated that there children social behavior pattern found in each of the upin and ipin cartoons, those are cooperation, kind heart, care, help for others and fairness. Upin and Ipin's cartoon can be used as a means of cultivating social behavior patterns because these episodes contain good behavior to be imitated by the children. The development of social behavior patterns needs to be educated since early age so that this does not cause any difficulties in the future. This type of research used in this research is classroom action researh (CAR). The subject in this study were the children of groupA Paud Tuan Guru Alim with a total of 10 children consisting of 6 girls and 4 boys. The research design used refers to the odel of Kammis and M.C Taggart, which consists of 4 components, namely: Planning, implementation, observing and reflecting.The assessment process on learning through drawing activities is 37.5% categorized as starting to develop, and 25% categorized as developing, and 18.75% underdeveloped Semntara in cycle II experienced a significant increase of 70% moderate developing and 93% categorized as complete. So it was concluded that children's creativity through drawing activities in group A Paud Tuan Guru Alim Ternate City could increase optimally. This type of research is qualitative research. The research subjects were 4 students of group B1 in PAUD Negeri Pembina 1 Ternate city. Data collection techniques used were observation, documentation and interviews with 2 teachers. Analysis of the research data used is a qualitative analysis technique which consists of data collection, data reduction and data verification/conclusion. This study has 1 variable, namely locomotor motion in the hitch game in which there are the following indicators: 1) changing places. 2) running and 3) jumping. The results showed that there was locomotor movement in the traditional game of Block played by students at PAUD Negeri Pembina 1 Ternate City. Based on the results of the analysis conducted by researchers of locomotor motion in the traditional game of Block played by students at PAUD Negeri Pembina 1 Ternate City is developing very well, this is evidenced by the results of direct observations by researchers who show that 4 students can play the blockade game and perform locomotor movements very well. The development of good locomotor motion in early childhood can be done by holding a traditional game development program because it is not only good for children's but can also participate in preserving traditional games that are rarely played by children today. Adapun salah satu kegiatan yang dapat diterapkan dalam mengembangkan kemampuan motorik halus anak yaitu dengan menggunakan kegiatan membatik untuk mengembangkan kemampuan motorik halus. Kegiatan membatik dalam kajian ini adalah menghias pada kain polos dengan teknik menutup kain menggunakan tali untuk mengikat bagian yang tidak diinginkan untuk diwarnai. adapun cara yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu kain dibentuk segiempat buat bentuk motif dengan cara mengikat tissu pada beberapa bagian kain menggunakan tali ikat secara kencang dan membentuk motif bulat serta basahi kain yang sudah diikat dengan cairan pewarna makanan dengan warna yang berbeda-beda. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan pendekatan studi literatur ( library research ). Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menerapkan kegiatan membatik dapat mengembangkan kemampuan motorik halus anak. Kata Kunci: Kegiatan Membatik, Motorik Halus Abstract : Fine motor skill is the ability to coordinate physical movements that involve certain parts of the body and carried out by small muscles, such as fingers and hand movement. One of the activities can be applied in developing children's fine motor skills is batik activities. Batik activity is way of decorating a plain cloth with a closing cloth technique using a rope to tie the unwanted parts to be colored. The method used in this activity, a rectangular fabric is formed to form a motif by binding tissues to several parts of the fabric with a tight rope. Then it forms a round motif and wet cloth that has been bound with liquid food coloring in different colors. This study is library research approach. Based on the results, it can be concluded that by applying batik activities can develop children's fine motor skills.
