This presentation analyses the resilience of university students in the first years of UNaM faculties, namely Bachelor of Business Administration (LAE), Bachelor of Economics (LE) and Certified Public Accountant (CP) of the Faculty of Economics (FCE), as will be described in the body of the text. Using online surveys, qualitative features of the group were delineated regarding the topic of interest and quantitative parameters were obtained to describe its demographic characteristics. The results show that the students perceive themselves as highly resilient, they state that they usually find a way out of a difficulty, they maintain their interest, they feel friends with themselves and they question themselves about the relevance of the contents that make up the curricula of the subjects they study. To a large extent, the lack of equanimity is a characteristic that would define these students.","PeriodicalId":21243,"journal":{"name":"Revista de Ciencia y Tecnología","volume":"171 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139013167","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Considering the lack of research involving VR in evaluations of Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Emotional Design, and User Experience, the present study aimed to investigate the state-of-the-art in this subject. For this, a systematic literature review was carried out. The question to be answered is: How do users change behavior in visual interaction with different artifacts in real and virtual environments and how that influences the perception (emotional, semantic, and usability) of individuals? Structured analyzes were applied to scientific articles that address the experience of healthy adult participants and their interaction relationship with environments and artifacts immersed in VR. After screening and in-depth reading steps, 27 articles were selected for meta-analysis discussions. The results point to the existence of a scientific gap since the works found and analyzed only partially answered the research question, which, because of this, may indicate an open field for studies involving VR This technology can be a viable tool with potential of assisting and complementing the methodological processes already consolidated in the Design and Human Factors areas.","PeriodicalId":21243,"journal":{"name":"Revista de Ciencia y Tecnología","volume":"1509 ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139019212","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Agricultural technology, industrial pollution, geological sources, and food processing are the most prominent sources of food contamination by toxic elements, including heavy metals. The objective of this work was to evaluate the influence of soil acidity and fertilization practices in Misiones on Pb, Cd, and As content in soil samples and yerba mate plantations. Chemical analyses were performed by ICP-MS, after microwave acid digestion. Determinations made according to soil acidity indicate that there are differences between areas and between plant fractions on Pb, and Cd content of plantations. Determinations made according to fertilization system, areas and level of fertilization do not have a significant effect on Pb, Cd, and As plantations content. Given that these elements are toxic and that maximum contents in yerba mate are regulated, it is important to study mitigation measures so that plants do not accumulate them in excess in their tissues.","PeriodicalId":21243,"journal":{"name":"Revista de Ciencia y Tecnología","volume":"249 ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"138985619","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The aim of this study was to characterise the lipid profile and evaluate the nutritional quality of matrinxã preserved in vegetable oil and compare these results with freshwater sardines obtained from the same type of processing and canning. Matrinxã species had higher protein content than sardines, but sardines had higher levels of moisture, lipids and total minerals. The predominant fatty acid in the canned fish samples was linoleic acid, followed by oleic acid and palmitic acid. In terms of nutritional quality, matrinxã showed higher indices of atherogenicity and thrombogenicity and lower values of the following ratios: hypocholesterolemic and hypercholesterolemic fatty acids; polyunsaturated/saturated and omega 6/omega 3 ratio in relation to sardines. In view of the results, it can be affirmed that Matrinxã, from a nutritional point of view, presents itself as a good alternative for the canned fish industry.","PeriodicalId":21243,"journal":{"name":"Revista de Ciencia y Tecnología","volume":"324 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139022802","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
