Cyclic training is believed to perform better due to its combination of functional movements. Objective: Study how cyclic training affects fitness in the performance of aerobic gymnastic movements in its practitioners. Methods: 90 athletes practicing aerobic gymnastics were selected, and randomly divided into experimental and control groups, for a 9-week experiment. While the control group practiced the daily exercises, the experimental group added a cyclic training protocol. Tests were performed before and after the intervention to measure any variation in the athletes' fitness. Results: The rate of ground weight lifting in one minute in the experimental group increased from 16.72±4.98 to 18.37±4.16, the number of lifts per minute was increased from 38.56±8.50 to 39.38±7.35, the number of rope jumps in one minute also increased from 149.90±14.67 to 158.30±11.52, and the gain in the exercise of vertical and horizontal supports in 30 seconds evolved from 16.96±2.21 to 17.33±2.42. The experimental group also achieved significant improvements after the circulation training. In contrast, the changes in the data of both groups in the control group were not as evident as those in the experimental group. Conclusion: The combination of cycling and daily training can effectively improve the functional performance of aerobic gymnasts. Objective: Explore whether balance training can improve the coordination ability and shooting ability of athletes. Methods: Twenty players from a professional basketball team were randomly selected as volunteers, and divided into two groups randomly. The control group adopted the traditional basketball training model. In contrast, the experimental group adopted the new balance training method, introducing basketball training contents such as technical manipulation, psychological training, physical training, tactical analysis, and instant selection. Results: The hitting rate of shooting and jumping increased from 25.64±18.02 to 39.25±12.29, with a rate of change of 53.04%. The running time of the Illinois run was reduced from 15.79±1.08 seconds to 8.679±1.42 seconds, and the rate of change of time reached -45.04%. Evidence suggests that its benefit may extend to the athlete’s general physical fitness, although few studies refer to the table tennis player. Objective: Study the effect of upper limb strength training on the physical fitness of table tennis players. Methods: Twenty sportsmen from a college were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group had the addition of an upper limb strength training protocol in their training, while the control group continued with conventional training. The experiment lasted eight weeks, with interventions three times a week, at intervals with a minimum of one day. Results: Specific fitness varied widely between groups: spinning technique in the experimental group increased from 36.66±6.85 per minute before the experiment to 41.03±7.06, P<0.05. In the control group, the turning technique was 61.41±4.73/min to 66.49±4.74/min after the experiment, P>0.05. Conclusion: Complementing the tennis training program with specific upper limb muscle strength training can effectively improve explosive muscle strength in its athletes, substantially increasing physical fitness for table tennis players. It is believed that resistance training, as an aerobic exercise that promotes muscle hypertrophy, can promote an obesity-reducing effect in this class of individuals. Objective: Assess the effects of resistance training with loads on weight in college students. Methods: 120 obese college student volunteers were equally and randomly divided into groups for the experiment. The experimental groups A and B received resistance training with different loads, while the control group received only regular aerobic training. For statistical analysis and discussion, body indices such as perimetry and BMI were collected before and after the intervention. Results: After the experiment, the body weight of experimental group A changed from 81.62±4.12 to 76.20±5.49, BMI from 27.22±1.67 to 25.98±1.74, waist circumference from 89.11±5.62 to 87, 27±6.34, hip circumference from 101.61±5.43 to 98.45±5.62, waist/hip ratio from 0.89±2.34 to 0.87±2.13, and body fat ratio from 27.58±3.83 to 22.61±2.99. Significant changes were also noticed in the data of experimental group A after resistance training with different loads. These changes were similar to those of the experimental group B, but changes in the control group data were not evidenced. Conclusion: Resistance training with loads can help obese college students improve their body composition and physical quality. CrossFit has been an effective training method for its natural movements and integration of aerobic and anaerobic exercises. It is believed that these characteristics may benefit the physical fitness of aerobic gym athletes. Objective: Evaluate the effects of CrossFit training on the physical fitness of aerobic gymnastics athletes. Methods: A controlled experimental study involving 24 aerobic gymnastics athletes was run for 9 weeks. The situation of bodily injuries and prevention strategies during this period urges investigation and adaptation for a preventive approach. Objective: Explore the current scenario by devising means of prevention for sports injuries caused in the home environment. Methods: A total of 60 people were selected as experimental volunteers for home sports injury analysis, 30 in the experimental group and 30 in the control group, the cases were studied, and hypotheses were raised corroborating a preventive system of the cataloged home sports injuries, as well as the mitigation of their intercurrences. Results: In the experimental group, the flexion amplitude increased from 74.55±5.30 to 95.19±6.54; the extension amplitude increased from −3.88±3.29 to 1.57±2.17; the walking index evolved from 22.61±7.00 to 28.53±5.74; the stair activity index increased from 18.70±6.79 to 18.70±6.79. The same data measured in the control group showed no significant changes. Objective: Prevent tennis players’ knee joint injuries by exploring ways to improve lower limb joint stability. Methods: This paper selected 50 national second-level professional tennis players and divided them into two groups. Both groups had daily tennis training, but the experimental group experienced additional lower limb flexibility exercises. Results: The tennis players in the experimental group increased their seated forward flexion from 22.19 cm to 26.96 cm, the knee joint extensor muscle strength index increased from 142.69 to 176.23, and the knee joint flexor muscle strength index increased from 93.21 to 149.28, P<0.05, with significant differences. The general stability index was changed from 0.23 to 0.20, the internal and external indices varied from 0.13 to 0.08, and the frontal and posterior indices changed from 0.13 to 0.08.
