A SEPIC converter is chosen for energy management between individual energy storages because it can considerably improve Li-ion battery performance in terms of shelf life and increase the overall system efficiency compared to other topologies. Accurate state-space mathematical model of SEPIC converter used within the hybrid energy storage system is obtained by means of average values analysis. It is then used to analyze the overall hybrid energy storage system stability by means of Nyquist stability criterion. The results show that the proposed battery-supercapacitor hybrid energy storage system should be characterized by stable behavior regardless of the variations of duty cycle and load current over a wide range of regimes.","PeriodicalId":211302,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE 2nd Ukraine Conference on Electrical and Computer Engineering (UKRCON)","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-08-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121639516","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Features of fuzzing technology (which is based on making many inputs with different mutated data) are also studied. The essence of the algorithm is the selection of input data, which are more likely to cause a failure or incorrect behavior of the software product. Deep learning algorithms are used to reduce the computational complexity of the testing process. Using a simple fuzzer and Deep Reinforcement Learning algorithm shows that the number of mutations required to detect vulnerabilities is reduced by 30%.","PeriodicalId":211302,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE 2nd Ukraine Conference on Electrical and Computer Engineering (UKRCON)","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129930306","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There no one solution that can solve all the problems. This problem include greenery monitoring, city growth monitoring, air quality monitoring, water monitoring and soil monitoring. All this aspects are combined in Nexus approach that have specific for city’s use. Remote sensing approach gives applicable data source for city’s ecological characteristics monitoring and forecasting. Ukraine can use world experience in remote sensing data. In this work, remote sensing approach was used within the Public initiative “Trees with stories in Rivne”, and it includes the analysis of the condition of urban trees, the land surface temperature for the city, city planning, comparison with the city of Lublin and city’s state tends analysis. For this task were used satellite images of Sentinel-2 to build land cover classification maps and vegetative NDVI indices, satellite images of Landsat-8 used to build land surface temperature maps and increase the time series of vegetation index by 2014 for trends calculation. The analysis showed poor condition of green plantations, high summer average land surface temperature and deterioration of these indicators it trends.","PeriodicalId":211302,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE 2nd Ukraine Conference on Electrical and Computer Engineering (UKRCON)","volume":"89 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114318300","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The main idea is to adapt and utilize state-of-the-art deep learning fully convolutional and U-net architectures, that previously have been used for image segmentation, for classification map filtration task and to compare them with traditional rule-based approach. The most complicated tasks in the filtering such maps are to preserve edges, boundaries between different fields and automatically take into account not only single object or its neighbors, but also consider whole surrounded situation. The proposed U-net architecture allows us to overcome these issues and to provide more accurate and precise filtration in terms of accuracies per class. Also, McNemar statistical test has been conducted to prove the statistically significant gain of utilizing proposed filtration methodology compare to initial classification map. In addition, it shows advantages comparing to rule-based method in successfully dealing with big objects of noise in large fields and at the same time prevent significant changes in small farmer fields that grouped near villages or towns.","PeriodicalId":211302,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE 2nd Ukraine Conference on Electrical and Computer Engineering (UKRCON)","volume":"56 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127338901","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Thermodynamic and structural criteria are considered for predicting the alloys phase composition. It is shown that in AlCoCuFe, AlCoCuFeNi and AlCoCuFeNiCr, two-phase mixtures of solid solutions with bcc and fcc lattices are formed. With a decrease in the fraction of Al atoms, there is a tendency to disorder the solid solution of the bcc phase. That alloys are characterized by a dendritic structure in which the Cu-rich fcc phase is released in the intervals between the dendrites of the main bcc phase. Correlation of microhardness of alloys with volume fractions of phase components and their thermodynamic characteristics has been revealed.","PeriodicalId":211302,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE 2nd Ukraine Conference on Electrical and Computer Engineering (UKRCON)","volume":"119 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123252821","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
