Law Enforcement Efforts in licensing arrangements are divided into two efforts, namely law of administrative and criminal law enforcement. The novelties in this paper are the Government's Efforts to Facilitate MSMEs to obtain Risk-based Business Permits and law enforcement against MSMEs that do not have a business license. Before law enforcement efforts are carried out, the government makes it easy for business actors to register and manage business permits, which specifically for micro and small businesses are free of charge.","PeriodicalId":210740,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the First Lekantara Annual Conference on Public Administration, Literature, Social Sciences, Humanities, and Education, LePALISSHE 2021, August 3, 2021, Malang, Indonesia","volume":"88 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127021424","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Almost all islands in Indonesia have a pottery craft center because the need for the use of pottery is very high as daily necessities or for home decoration. One of the regions that produce pottery in Indonesia is Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. The people of Lombok are known as people who have high creativity in developing arts and crafts. Penunjak Village is one of the oldest pottery-producing villages on Lombok Island. The majority of the population of Penujak Village, Praya, Central Lombok have a livelihood as pottery craftsmen. Changes in market needs and consumer taste have been faced as a common problem for most of the pottery craftsmen in Penunjak Village. This phenomenon is also a challenge in the field of craft product design. For this reason, research and development of pottery designs are highly needed, aiming at targeting more potential markets and promoting differentiation between the centers of the pottery industry in Indonesia. In this study, the researchers applied the qualitative research method by carrying out a series of actions (action research). This method went through 4 cycles that continued to rotate. Results of this study generated a product by applying the local characters from the Songket motif of Sukarara Village, Central Lombok while maintaining the traditional finishing character. Accordingly, a product that had high differentiation was created and is expected to increase the commercial value of pottery products in Penunjak Village, Praya, Central Lombok.","PeriodicalId":210740,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the First Lekantara Annual Conference on Public Administration, Literature, Social Sciences, Humanities, and Education, LePALISSHE 2021, August 3, 2021, Malang, Indonesia","volume":"105 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124751740","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research uses panel data regression analysis method with Fixed Effect Model. The results of the study show that local revenue and Gross Regional Domestic Product has a significant effect on reducing poverty in districts / cities in Aceh Province. Meanwhile, the Special Autonomy Fund has a positive and significant impact on poverty in 2011-2019 which needs to be studied further in terms of its causes.","PeriodicalId":210740,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the First Lekantara Annual Conference on Public Administration, Literature, Social Sciences, Humanities, and Education, LePALISSHE 2021, August 3, 2021, Malang, Indonesia","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123028062","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

SDI is a composite index of HDI which is a combination of economic and social pillars, EQI to measure the Environmental pillar and IDI is an indicator for the pillars of governance and law in Indonesia. The government's role in the SDGs is in accordance with its function as an allocator, distributor and stabilizer as measured by the variables of the Regional Government Expenditure Ratio to GRDP, the Ratio of Regional Taxes to GRDP, the level of inflation, and the effectiveness of regional finance, while the private sector's role is measured by the size of Private Investment, Banking Credit and Per Capita Consumption Expenditure. The role of universities in achieving the SDGs is indicated by the large gross enrollment rate (GER) of universities and community indicators in society measured by the performance of micro and small businesses. The estimation method used is panel data analysis with a coverage area of 33 provinces in 2016-2020. The estimation results show that bank credit, the performance of Micro and Small Enterprises and the Gross Enrollment Rate (GER) of universities have a positive and significant influence on SDI.","PeriodicalId":210740,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the First Lekantara Annual Conference on Public Administration, Literature, Social Sciences, Humanities, and Education, LePALISSHE 2021, August 3, 2021, Malang, Indonesia","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121541942","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
