Land is an important thing and a source of human life, because it is on this land that they determine their income or even depend on it. The Magersari settlement which is located in the Kanoman Palace has problems that are still confusing regarding the ownership status of the Magersari land, namely there are differences of opinion between the palace, the community and the palace. From the problems and problems that occur, it is necessary to identify and develop a geodatabase on the status of land ownership in Magersari Keraton Kanoman so that there is clarity on the status of land ownership in Magersari Keraton Kanoman and to minimize or avoid land ownership conflicts and land disputes. The purpose of this research is to identify the land ownership status of the Magersari settlement and create a Geodatabase of land ownership status for the Magersari settlement, Keraton Kanoman Cirebon. The analytical method used in this study is the analysis of geospatial information systems using a mixed methods approach. The result of this research is the development of a geodatabase that contains information regarding the status of land ownership in Magersari Keraton Kanoman, Cirebon City, where the results of the development of this geodatabase are expected to minimize or prevent land dispute conflicts. \u0000Abstrak. Tanah merupakan hal yang penting dan merupakan sumber dari kehidupan manusia, karena di atas lahan tanah tersebut mereka menentukan penghasilan atau bahkan menggantungkan hidup mereka. Permukiman Magersari yang berada di Keraton Kanoman memiliki isu-isu yang masih simpang siur akan status kepemilikan lahan Magersari, yang dimana terdapat perbedaan pendapat antara pihak keraton, masyarakat dan pihak keraton. Dari isu-isu serta permasalahan yang terjadi perlu adanya identifikasi serta pengembangan geodatabase terhadap status kepemilikan lahan Magersari yang berada di Keraton Kanoman agar terwujudnya kejelasan dalam status kepemilikan lahan Magersari di Keraton Kanoman serta untuk meminimalisir ataupun menghindari terjadinya Konflik perebutan kepemilikan lahan dan sengketa tanah.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengidentifikasi status kepemilikan lahan permukiman Magersari dan membuat Geodatabase status kepemilikan lahan permukiman Magersari Keraton Kanoman Cirebon. Metode analisis  yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis sistem informasi geospasial dengan menggunakan pendekatan mixed-method. The transportation system is affected by dynamic regional developments, one of which is the Cileunyi Terminal as a transportation node in Bandung Regency, which has problems with limited land and poor supporting facilities that affect the operational effectiveness of the passenger terminal. The purpose of this study was to assess the effectiveness of the operation of the Cileunyi Terminal, both as a type B terminal and as a type C terminal. This study used a resource approach based on terminal accessibility, terminal integration, policy synchronization, service facilities, and distance between terminals. The findings of this study indicate that Cileunyi Terminal is only effective in supporting city transportation services when it is implemented as a type C terminal rather than a type B terminal. \u0000Abstrak.Sistem transportasi dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan wilayah yang dinamis, salah satunya Terminal Cileunyi sebagai simpul transportasi di Kabupaten Bandung yang memiliki permasalahan keterbatasan lahan dan fasilitas penunjang yang kurang baik sehingga mempengaruhi efektivitas operasional terminal penumpang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menilai efektivitas penyelenggaraan Terminal Cileunyi, baik sebagai terminal tipe B maupun terminal tipe C. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sumber berdasarkan aksesibilitas terminal, integrasi terminal, sinkronisasi kebijakan, fasilitas pelayanan, dan jarak antar terminal. The efforts made by the government in the National Strategic Project are the development of the Rebana Triangle Area. This development is expected to become the center of an industrial area in West Java with an area of 54,000 ha. The construction of the Patimban Port project is one of the government's strategies in reducing capacity at the Tanjung Priok Port.  The development of Patimban Port is planned to use 542 ha of land in Patimban, with details of 300 ha of land and 242 ha of sea reclamation. Seeing the enormous potential and opportunities that exist at the Patimban port, the local government needs special efforts to prepare superior human resources so that they can respond to the opportunities that come from the presence of the Patimban port. to see readiness, this study uses the Community Readiness Model (CRM) method. From the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the opportunities from the Patimban port can be utilized by the local community and from the perspective of the readiness of the government and the local community. \u0000Abstrak. Perkembangan infrastruktur menjadi salah satu sebagai penyangga ibukota negara. Upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah dalam Proyek Strategis Nasional yaitu pengembangan Kawasan Segitiga. Pengembangan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sentra Kawasan industri di Jawa Barat dengan luas 54,000 ha. Pembangunan proyek Pelabuhan Patimban merupakan salah satu dari strategi pemerintah dalam mengurangi kapasitas di Pelabuhan Tanjung Priuk. Pembangunan pelabuhan patimban direncanakan menggunakan lahan di patimban seluas 542 ha dengan detailnya 300 ha daratan dan 242 ha reklamasi laut. Melihat begitu besarnya potensi dan peluang yang ada di pelabuhan patimban, pemerintah setempat perlu adanya upaya khusus dalam menyiapkan SDM yang unggul agar dapat menjawab peluang dari hadirnya pelabuhan patimban. untuk melihat kesiapan, penelitian ini menggunakan metode Community Readiness Model (CRM). In order for the house to provide a sense of security and comfort, it is necessary to apply the concept of livable settlement. The research variables used are the physical condition of the building, the availability of open space and supporting infrastructure for settlements, pedestrian paths, the range of services for public facilities, the affordability of living costs, public transportation, and the role of stakeholders. The purpose of this study is to formulate a strategy for dealing with slum settlements in Cibangkong Village based on the concept of livable settlement. The approach method used is a mixed method to identify the conditions of slum settlements. The results of this study are strategies for handling slum settlements including improving the quality and maintenance of basic infrastructure, providing education regarding finance, providing venture capital, and/or skills to open businesses/services in improving people's welfare, establishing collaboration between government, academics, or experts to develop proper handling. \u0000Abstrak. Menurut SK Walikota Bandung Nomor: 648/Kep. 1227-DPKP3/2020 tentang Penetapan Lokasi Perumahan dan Permukiman Kumuh di Kota Bandung, salah satu kelurahan yang masuk kedalam daftar perumahan dan permukiman kumuh adalah Kelurahan Cibangkong (RW 01, RW 06, RW 07, RW 10, dan RW 12) kumuh dengan luas kumuh 49,9 Ha. Agar rumah dapat memberikan rasa aman dan nyaman maka diperlukan penerapan konsep livable settlement. Variabel penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kondisi fisik bangunan, ketersediaan ruang terbuka dan prasarana penunjang permukiman, jalur pedestrian, jangkauan pelayanan fasilitas umum, keterjangkauan biaya hidup, transportasi umum, dan peran stakeholder. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu merumuskan strategi penaganan permukiman kumuh yang tepat di Kelurahan Cibangkong berdasarkan konsep livable settlement. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah mixed method untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi permukiman kumuh. The increase in population from year to year is increasingly irregular so that the need for land for residential areas also increases. As a result, the people of Cianjur District built a residential area on a spatial pattern plan that was not intended for it. Another factor of the discrepancy in the use of the space is the ignorance of the community about the spatial plan. The government of Cianjur Regency has yet to socialize the spatial plan down to the village or kelurahan level. The purpose of this study is to analyze the suitability of space utilization. This research uses quantitative methods. The method used for this research is the method of map overlay and observation of satellite imagery. The results of the overlay with the RTRW spatial pattern plan show that the number of unsuitable polygons for spatial use is 36 polygons with a total area of 3.92 Ha. Based on the results of the analysis, so that the Cianjur Regency government can immediately follow up on space utilization that is not in accordance with the pattern plan, besides that the government must carry out socialization regarding the spatial plan, as well as evaluate the Cianjur Regency Spatial Plan for 2011-2031 and the Urban Area RDTR Draft Cianjur. \u0000Abstrak. Peningkatan jumlah penduduk dari tahun ke tahun semakin tidak teratur sehingga kebutuhan akan lahan untuk kawasan permukiman pun ikut meningkat. Akibatnya masyarakat Kecamatan Cianjur membangun suatu kawasan permukiman pada rencana pola ruang yang bukan peruntukkannya. Faktor lainnya dari ketidaksesuaian pemanfaatan ruang tersebut adalah ketidaktahuan masyarakat mengenai rencana tata ruang. Pemerintah Kabupaten Cianjur pun belum melakukan sosialisasi mengenai rencana tata ruang hingga ke level desa atau kelurahan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kesesuaian pemanfaatan ruang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah metode pertampalan peta dan pengamatan citra satelit. Hasil overlay dengan rencana pola ruang RTRW menunjukkan bahwa jumlah poligon ketidaksesuaian pemanfaatan ruang berjumlah sebanyak 36 poligon dengan total luasan 3,92 Ha. Cirebon City is the only city in West Java that has three palaces. Of the three palaces, the Kasepuhan Palace is more frequently visited by tourists, while the Kanoman and Kacirebonan Palaces are less attractive. The level of tourist visits to the Cirebon Palace is classified as fluctuating, but efforts to revitalize the Palace are still being carried out, this is due to coordination and cooperation between stakeholders. the component of social capital can be a positive factor for tourism development. The purpose of this study is to identify social capital, namely the reciprocal relationship between stakeholders in the development of cultural tourism at the Keraton in Cirebon City. The approach method used is a qualitative approach method while the analytical method used is content analysis. The conclusions obtained include the absence of mutual promotion between the palaces, but promotion is carried out in collaboration with the government by making tour packages, besides that there is a mutual relationship of mutual assistance between the palaces in terms of lending goods when there are events, with the government, namely the existence of grants given to the palace. for making events and maintenance of the palace, while the people of the palace allow renting a room at the palace when holding events. \u0000Abstrak. Kota Cirebon merupakan satu-satunya Kota di Jawa Barat yang memiliki tiga Keraton. Dari ketiga Keraton tersebut Keraton Kasepuhan lebih sering dikunjungi wisatawan, sedangkan Keraton Kanoman dan Kacirebonan kurang diminati. Tingkat kunjungan wisata di Keraton Cirebon tergolong fluktuatif namun upaya revitalisasi Keraton masih terus dilakukan, hal ini karena adanya koordinasi dan kerjasama antar stakeholders. komponen modal sosial dapat menjadi faktor positif bagi pengembangan pariwisata Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi modal sosial yaitu hubungan timbal balik antara pemangku kepentingan dalam pengembangan wisata budaya Keraton di Kota Cirebon. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode pendekatan kualitatif sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis isi. Many water catchment areas (DRA) have been converted into built-up areas, one of which is the Cimenyan District. Looking at the related problems, the authors argue that \"Factors influencing the conversion of land functions in the Cimenyan Subdistrict Water Catchment Area as Part of the North Bandung Area (KBU)\" need to be carried out. The purpose of the research was to find out the area of ​​the water catchment area and how much land has been converted to other uses and how to solve this problem because if the area and identify what factors make water catchment land in Cimenyan sub-district change its function from its designation. The method used is the mixed method using methods including literature studies, scientific journal interviews, observations, and also documentation which will later be analyzed using spatial methods and multiple linear regression analysis. From the research that has been carried out, the authors conclude that there is land use change. in the Cimenyan District water catchment area of ​​31.9 Ha which changed its designation to built-up land. There are 4 influencing factors, namely economic growth, population growth, population migration and facilities and infrastructure. \u0000Abstrak. Banyak Daerah Resapan Air (DRA) yang mengalami alih fungsi menjadi lahan terbangun salahsatunya daerah Kecamatan Cimenyan. Melihat permasalahan terkait maka penulis berpendapat bahwa “Faktor yang mempengaruhi Alih Fungsi Lahan Daerah Resapan Air Kecamatan Cimenyan Sebagai Bagian Dari Kawasan Bandung Utara (KBU)” perlu dilakukan. Tujuan  penelitian yang diambil yaitu ingin mengetahui luasan kawasan resapan air dan berapa banyak lahan yang dialih fungsikan ke peruntukan lain dan bagaimana upaya untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut karena jika Kawasan dan mengidentifikasikan  faktor apa saja yang membuat lahan resapan air di kecamatan cimenyan beralih fungsi dari peruntukan nya . Metode yang dipakai adalah mix method dengan menggunakan metode antara lain studi literatur, jurnal ilmiah wawancara, observasi, dan juga dokumentasi yang nanti nya akan dianalisis menggunakan metode spasial dan analisis regresi liner berganda .Dari penelitian yang  telah di lakukan,penulis  menyimpulkan adanya alih fungsi lahan pada kawasan resapan air Kecamatan Cimenyan sebesar 31.9 Ha yang berubah peruntukan menjadi lahan terbangun. Factors decreasing the existence of the Kakara Lamo traditional village, namely the change of indigenous peoples to a more modern society, mutual cooperation changes in society due to economic factors, traditional ceremonies are less participatory for indigenous peoples, Halu traditional houses are damaged, outside culture causes modern changes in cultural arts and marriage system. The revitalization of the Kakara Lamo Traditional Village is to revive the cultural identity of Hibualamo which is experiencing decline. Based on the results of the research above, the elements that need to be revitalized are traditional settlements, halu traditional houses, traditional ceremonies, and cultural arts. These revitalization steps can only occur if there is support from indigenous peoples, local government and the role of traditional institutions as local institutions that control the lives of indigenous peoples so that they can maintain cultural identity in the traditional village of Kakara Lamo. \u0000Abstrak. Budaya Hibualamo meliputi sistem pemerintahan, sistem kekerabatan dan perkawinan. Agar dapat mempertahankan nilai budaya dan melestarikannya dengan revitalisasi. Metode Penelitian yaitu Penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan Eksploratif. Untuk mengentahui elemen-elemen budaya Hibua Lamo dan faktor-faktor penurunan eksistensi budaya Hibua Lamo di desa adat Kakara Lamo. Faktor-faktor penuruanan eksistensi desa adat Kakara Lamo yaitu perubahan masyarakat adat ke masyarkatan yang lebih modern, gotong royong perubahan masyarakat karna faktor ekonomi, upacara adat kurang partisipatif masyarakat adat, rumah adat Halu mengalami kerusakan, Budaya luar yang menyebabkan perubahan modern dalam seni budaya dan sistem perkawinan. Revitalisasi Desa Adat Kakara Lamo adalah menghidupakan kembali identitas budaya Hibualamo yang sedang mengalami kemunduran. Berdasarkan hasil peneleitian di atas maka elemen-elemen yang perlu direvitalisasi yaitu permukiman adat, rumah adat halu, upacara adat, dan seni budaya. With the existence of the Tangerang Regency Regional Regulation which regulates land use patterns in the RTRW which shows that Pagedangan Subdistrict, Tangerang Regency will be used as a housing and settlement area with a high level of density. Therefore there is a need for further research regarding the development of smart living in Pagedangan District to find out and identify the extent of the role of stakeholders including the government, community and private sector in the development of cities based on smart living. The analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis method and factor. The output resulting from this analysis is an influence matrix, position matrix, direct and indirect influence, convergence, divergence, and ambivalence between actors and goals of smart living-based city development in Pagedangan District. From the results of the mactor analysis it was concluded that there are 3 stakeholders who play the most role in the development of smart living-based cities in Pagedangan District, namely the Tangerang Regency Transportation Service, Sinarmas Land, and the Tangerang Regency Regional Development Planning Agency. Judging from the highest mobilization value in the weighted value position matrix (3MAO) result of mactor analysis. \u0000Abstrak. Dengan adanya Perda Kabupaten Tangerang yang mengatur pola penggunaan lahan pada RTRW yang menunjukkan bahwa Kecamatan Pagedangan Kabupaten Tangerang akan dijadikan kawasan perumahan dan permukiman dengan tingkat kepadatan tinggi. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai pembangunan smart living di Kecamatan Pagedangan untuk mengetahui dan mengidentifikasi sejauh mana peran stakeholder diantaranya pemerintah, masyarakat dan swasta dalam pembangunan kota berbasis smart living. Adapun analisis yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan mactor. Output yang dihasilkan dari analisis tersebut adalah matriks pengaruh, matriks posisi, pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung, konvergensi, divergensi, dan ambivalensi antar aktor dan tujuan pembangunan kota berbasis smart living di Kecamatan Pagedangan. The existence of Green Open Spaces in the City of Bandung is decreasing from year to year, namely in the period 1996-2020. Where the amount of green open space that should have been 30% has not been reached, the data for 2020 is only 12.25% or the equivalent of 2,048.97 Ha. In this study, it is discussed about urban forests which have many functions and superiority compared to urban parks. A space should not only exist physically but also in quality so that the function of the space is achieved. The purpose of this study is to identify the quality of existing urban forests in the city of Bandung. The method used is qualitative comparison of theory with conditions in the field and quantitative includes calculations listed in Permen ATR/KBPN No. 14 of 2022. Where the results of the analysis found that the quality of urban forests in the city of Bandung is not yet or not of high quality. based on the results of an analysis where the area of urban forest is still below the standard, namely in Babakan Siliwangi, Eks TPA Cicabe, Eks Pasir Impun, Punclut Area, Cilaki Park, Tahura Ir. H. Djuanda (Curug Dago), Lalu Lintas Park, Maluku Park, and Pramuka Park. Then analyze the radius of urban forest services where all urban forests in the City of Bandung have fulfilled or have covered the City of Bandung. However, there are several parts of SWK Gedebage and SWK Ujung Berung which are not covered by this service radius. Then an analysis of green cover where the dominance of urban forests does not meet the criteria. Where those who met the criteria were Cilaki Park, which was 151% and Pramuka Park, which was 118%. While other urban forests do not meet the criteria taken in this study in terms of green cover. \u0000Abstrak. Keberadaan Ruang Terbuka Hijau di Kota Bandung semakin berkurang dari tahun ke tahun yaitu dalam kurun waktu 1996-2020. Dimana RTH yang seharusnya 30% belum tercapai jumlahnya, data tahun 2020 hanya terdapat 12,25% atau setara dengan 2.048,97 Ha. Dalam studi ini dibahas mengenai hutan kota yang memiliki banyak fungsi dan keutamaannya yang lebih dibandingkan dengan taman kota. Sebuah ruang seharusnya tidak hadir secara fisik saja namun juga kualitas agar tercapai fungsi ruang tersebut. Tujuan dari studi ini yaitu mengidentifikasi kualitas hutan kota eksisting di Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif perbandingan teori dengan kondisi di lapangan dan kuantitatif meliputi perhitungan yang tercantum dalam Permen ATR/KBPN No. 14 Tahun 2022.
