So that, its shape will follow the shape of the mold or mandrel. There are still a few bowl-making industries in Indonesia that use the metal spinning method. In general, still use the manual method. The purpose of this study is to find the right and efficient parameters to produce the thickness and height of the bowl as expected. The method used in this study uses experimental data collection. This study uses variations in the radius of the roller tip with variations of 2 mm, 4 mm, and 6 mm, and variations in the blank thickness of 1 mm, 1.2 mm, and 1.4 mm. The results obtained from this study are good interaction results, namely a roller tip radius of 2 mm and a blank thickness of 1.4 produces the most appropriate formability, where a roller tip radius of 2 mm results in high elongation of the workpiece. The metal workpiece is given to experience deformation plastic without being damaged or torn and at a thickness of 1.4 mm experienced an increase in an area up to 44.6% from the initial blank position.","PeriodicalId":20848,"journal":{"name":"RA JOURNAL OF APPLIED RESEARCH","volume":"75 9 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"83433805","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

According to the literature, more than 25% of cases of knee joint replacement could have been avoided if patients had been provided with optimal non-surgical methods of treatment. In addition, orthopedic traumatologists have once more focused on unheralded joint-saving surgeries like corrective osteotomy, arthrodesis, arthroscopic techniques, arthromedullary bypass grafting, distraction of the knee joint, tunneling, or osteoperforation due to an increase in the number of revision surgeries and unsatisfactory results of knee joint replacement. Aim: This reviewed the international literature on knee joint replacement and consider alternative methods of surgical treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Materials and Methods: The analysis of international scientific publications on the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee joint was performed. Results: Joint-saving surgeries for knee osteoarthritis represent an alternative to arthroplasty and improve the quality of life of patients. Such interventions do not require specialized expensive equipment. The intervention is accompanied by a shorter recovery period, with a lower rate of complications than in the case of the replacement of the affected joint.","PeriodicalId":20848,"journal":{"name":"RA JOURNAL OF APPLIED RESEARCH","volume":"9 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87356262","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Communication tools and e-learning have brought major changes to teaching and learning. These tools include online learning platforms, forums, webinars, online videos, podcasts, social media, and other advanced communication technologies. They allow learners and teachers to communicate and collaborate remotely, offering increased flexibility and accessibility. It is important to design instructional programs that effectively integrate these online learning and communication tools into the instructional scenario. E-learning allows teachers to choose from a variety of synchronous and asynchronous methods. Asynchronous methods allow for additional communication, while real-time or synchronous methods allow for in-process communication. The choice of communication tools associated with the training modules depends on the learning activity the trainer wants to perform. In this case, we recommend that you offer a variety of communication tools and design your e-learning course to meet the needs of your learners.","PeriodicalId":20848,"journal":{"name":"RA JOURNAL OF APPLIED RESEARCH","volume":"2 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"80810320","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It can be caused by multiple conditions that we classify into 5 clinical groups. PH is defined hemodynamically and the role and indications of cardiac catheterization are increasingly important. The subject includes a panoply of pathologies with great complexity at the same time physio-pathological, histo-etiopathogenic, genetic... which are gathered under one chapter: the pulmonary vascular pathology. Right heart catheterization (RHC) is crucial and allows to measure and calculate variables to determine patients hemodynamics that are necessary for positive, etiological and severity diagnosis. It can also have therapeutic purpose: vasoreactivity test (APVT), pre-gesture assessment. Materiel and Methods: retrospective cross-sectional study of 143 patients with suspicion of pulmonary hypertension whom underwent RHC (left heart) performed between January 2017 and December 2021 in cardiology A department within Ibn Sina university hospital center. Results: In terms of the results of our study, we have a very diverse review in which PH is assessed at different levels for all groups and subgroups using a multitude of hemodynamic parameters. Our population is characterized by a clear predominance of women The average age of all 143 cases is 38 years. In terms of hemodynamic classification, isolated pre-capillary PH is the most common (52%). 64% of our cases had PVRs >2 Wu indicating the prevalence of pulmonary vasculopathy. Group 3 represents the population with the most preserved hemodynamical severity parameters. The main vasoreactivity test performed was the NO test.","PeriodicalId":20848,"journal":{"name":"RA JOURNAL OF APPLIED RESEARCH","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"83442171","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
