CPS, consisting of physical models in the form of complex technical objects (CTO) and computational models, combined into a single logical information-communication environment, is considered. The main principle of CPS is a deep relationship between their physical and computational elements. The “brain” of the system in the form of artificial intelligence and other technologies receives the data from sensors in the real world, analyzes this data and uses it for further control of physical elements. The toolkit of guaranteed functioning of the CTO implements the proposed concept and strategy of solving the problem of ensuring the survivability of the functioning of the CTO under the influence of destabilizing risk factors and uncertainties of various natures. Proposed concept is carried out on the basis of methods and models of interdisciplinary scientific directions.","PeriodicalId":208407,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 2nd International Conference on System Analysis & Intelligent Computing (SAIC)","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126801878","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the computation units operations are executed in redundant symmetrical number system. It allows to overlap digit-by-digit input of operands, their processing and digit-by-digit output that starts from their high digits. A generated result digit does not need further correction and can be used as an operand digit on the next step of computation in other units. It enables to perform sequences of operations connected by means of data in concurrency mode at the level of operand digit processing. There is proposed an algorithm and architecture of a computation unit that enables to perform operations with the floating-point numbers in on-line mode with asynchronous data transmission between units. It enables to expand the range of processed data as well as to accelerate their processing. It is shown that digit-by-digit data processing gives an opportunity to reduce the required number of internal connections between the computation units, as well as of the chip pins. Due to the above mentioned, there is a potential possibility to place systems that require more hardware resources at one chip. It increases the reliability of systems and accelerates data processing.","PeriodicalId":208407,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 2nd International Conference on System Analysis & Intelligent Computing (SAIC)","volume":"47 6","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120921831","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The application of GMDH based on self-organization principle enables to build optimal structure of neo-fuzzy system and train weights of neural network in one procedure. The suggested approach allows to prevent the drawbacks of deep learning such as vanishing or exploding of gradient. As a node of neo-fuzzy system neo-fuzzy neuron with small number of tunable parameters is suggested. This enables to cut training time and accelerate convergence of training. The experimental studies of hybrid neo-fuzzy network were carried out in the task of forecasting of industrial output index, share prices and NASDAQ index. The forecasting efficiency of the suggested hybrid neo-fuzzy system in macro-economy and financial sphere was estimated and its sensitivity to variation of tuning parameters was investigated.","PeriodicalId":208407,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 2nd International Conference on System Analysis & Intelligent Computing (SAIC)","volume":"83 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133993320","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

On this model basis, the task of taking into account greenhouse gas emission allowances is set through quota volume vector-column components forming strategy. Processing expert information methods for its resolution are suggested. The decision-making variant using fuzzy sets mathematical apparatus for more justified proposals formulation is considered. Since described weight coefficients determination method is computationally complex, it is proposed to apply pseudo-basic matrix method, which significantly reduces calculation time. The proposed algorithms are implemented without need for recalculation in case if original constraint matrix systems changes.","PeriodicalId":208407,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 2nd International Conference on System Analysis & Intelligent Computing (SAIC)","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134365787","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We define here e-tourism attractiveness as the opinion of a tourist, formed on the basis of data obtained from various sources posted on the web. Assessment is based on publicly available data about the country, collected from travel and tourist websites. To collect the input data, an automated system for website scraping and data parsing is developed. For more effective data processing by experts, a hierarchical system is built. At the upper level, the inputs are fuzzified and aggregated into complex indicators of transport, tourism and entertainment infrastructure using the union of fuzzy sets. At the lower level, Mamdani fuzzy inference is carried out using the rule base developed by experts in travel and tourism domain. The fuzzy rule base simplification and reduction is carried out. To check the adequacy of simplification, the values of the output parameters are calculated using the simplified and initial rule bases. An analysis of the results is carried out, the levels of e-tourist attractiveness for a number of countries is determined. These values can be used as quantitative indicators of the competitiveness of countries in the global e-travel and tourism market.","PeriodicalId":208407,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 2nd International Conference on System Analysis & Intelligent Computing (SAIC)","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116874189","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Track circuits are designed to detect the presence or absence of a train in a particular section of the rail track, and therefore, they are main and safety critical components of an automatic train control systems. Deterioration of the AFTC components appeared during their operation, as well as electromagnetic interference and adverse weather conditions can significantly change the signal current parameters, which can lead to dangerous situations for train movement. To ensure safety of railway signalling system, it is necessary to use an automatic diagnostic system that allows timely detection of appearance of significant disturbances in AFTC signal. The use for this purpose the classifiers with sharp boundaries for input diagnostic parameters and strict rules for signal classification does not allows to reveal incipient defects that arise in the ALSN system. The work investigates the effectiveness of using adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) and wavelet packet energy Shannon entropy (WPESE) for timely detecting of signal disturbances in audio frequency track circuits. The obtained results confirmed the efficiency of AFTC signal processing using ANFIS and WPESE for detecting of railway sections with unstable or faulty track circuits operation.","PeriodicalId":208407,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 2nd International Conference on System Analysis & Intelligent Computing (SAIC)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130805064","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
