摘要

利用生态经济Leontief-Ford模型解决长期规划问题,同时考虑环境保护成本价值。在此模型的基础上,通过配额体积向量柱分量形成策略设定考虑温室气体排放配额的任务。提出了解决该问题的专家信息处理方法。考虑了利用模糊集数学装置制定更合理提案的决策变体。由于所描述的权重系数确定方法计算量大,提出采用伪基本矩阵法,大大缩短了计算时间。当原约束矩阵系统发生变化时,该算法无需重新计算即可实现。
