The critical land that composes the hamlet can be said to have promising agricultural development potential. Various government programs on land development have been launched, but until now the problem of lack of water during the dry season on the land has not been resolved. The community empowerment program proposed by the BiFloS PHP2D Team (Biology Flora Society) succeeded in obtaining a grant from the Ministry of Education and Culture in the context of efforts to deal with these critical lands. The PHP2D team is working to develop a strategy to address these challenges. Through the concept of community empowerment, the steps taken include survey activities and site selection, socialization of activities, and field schools accompanied by direct field practice. The implementation time of the activity is from August-November 2021. This activity is closed with the concept sharing with the farmers and a light interview about the sustainability of the program in the future. As a result, the farmers are very concerned about the implementation of this program in a sustainable manner.Program Holistik Pembinaan dan Pemberdayaan Desa (PHP2D) oleh Kemdikbudristek merupakan salah satu program yang mewadahi ide mahasiswa dan secara langsung memfasilitasi kebutuhan masyarakat di Dukuh Nawungan I, Desa Selopamioro, DIY. Lahan kritis yang menyusun dukuh tersebut dapat dikatakan memiliki potensi pengembangan pertanian yang menjanjikan. Berbagai program pemerintah tentang pengembangan lahan tersebut telah dicanangkan, namun sampai saat ini masalah kekurangan air saat musim kemarau dilahan tersebut masih belum teratasi. Program pemberdayaan masyarakat yang diusulkan oleh Tim PHP2D BiFloS (Biology Flora Society) berhasil mendapatkan dana hibah dari Kemdikbudristek dalam rangka upaya penanganan lahan kritis tersebut. Tim PHP2D berupaya menyusun strategi untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut. Melalui konsep pemberdayaan masyarakat, tahap-tahap yang ditempuh meliputi kegiatan survei dan seleksi lokasi, sosialisasi kegiatan, dan sekolah lapangan yang disertai dengan praktek dilahan secara langsung. Waktu pelaksanaan kegiatan terhitung dari bulan Agustus-November 2021. Kegiatan ini ditutup dengan penyamaan konsep bersama para petani dan wawancara ringan mengenai keberlanjutan program dimasa mendatang. Community service is done by providing health education about hypertension management online. Community service is carried out in two areas, namely Bogor and Cianjur. The purpose of health education is to increase public understanding of hypertension management. After the health education was carried out, there was an increase in the understanding of the community about hypertension management. Health education should be carried out regularly so that public knowledge and understanding of health increases.Kondisi pandemi Covid 19 menimbulkan dampak penurunan layanan kesehatan karena sikap masyarakat sebagai pengguna layanan merasa khawatir untuk dating ke fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Hal ini terjadi juga Kepada masyarakat yang memiliki riwayat hipertensi. Hipertensi jika tidak dilakukan penanganan dan pengelolaan yang baik, akan menimbulkan komplikasi yang lebih berat.Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan memberikan penyuluhan kesehatan tentang manajemen hipertensi secara online. Pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan di dua wilayah yaitu Bogor dan Cianjur. Tujuan penyuluhan kesehatan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang manajemen hipertensi. Setelah dilakukan penyuluhan kesehatan terdapat peningkatan pemahaman dari masyarakat tentang manajemen hipertensi. This Community Service activity aims to improve the understanding and skills of SLB teachers in preparing SSR research proposals. The activity was carried out in the form of a workshop or training which was attended by 28 participants.The results of the evaluation showed that this training activity went well and smoothly. The entire series of activities is in accordance with the targets and objectives of the program. The participants were active in discussion activities and question and answer sessions so that they gained better knowledge and skills about SSR research. As one of language skill aspects, speaking skill must be actively developed. The reality shows that the graduates both in school level and high education level have not shown the maximum speaking skill. Some of the contributing factors include psychological factors where students do not speak English because they are afraid to make mistake. Further, they are lack of confidence. Another cause is the minimum space for students to develop themselves besides less of class hours. This community service has two main purposes. First, to help students improving their speaking skill through English speech training activity. Second, to help students to be more confident in speaking English. This community service was conducted through socialization method, tests, lecture method, workshop, and guidance. This activity was done face to face by implementing the health protocols. The activity was run smoothly. The team expects that this activity can improve students’ motivation to speak English.Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan sebagai wujud nyata upaya peningkatan kemampuan siswa-siswi dalam berbicara (speaking) bahasa Inggris. Sebagai salah satu aspek keterampilan berbahasa, keterampilan berbicara harus dengan giat dikembangkan. Kenyataan di lapangan menunjukan bahwa para lulusan baik pada tingkat sekolah maupun pada tingkat perguruan tinggi belum menunjukan kemampuan berbicara yang maksimal. Beberapa faktor penyebab diantaranya adalah  faktor psikologis dimana siswa-siswi tidak berbicara bahasa Inggris karena malu, takut salah dan kurang percaya diri. Minimnya kosa kata dan pengetahuan tata bahasa juga diketahui berkontribusi pada kemampuan berbicara siswa-siswi yang rendah. Penyebab lainnya adalah kurangnya ruang bagi siswa-siswi untuk mengembangkan diri disamping jam pelajaran yang sangat minim. Tim pelaksa pengabdian pada masyarakat ini memandang perlu adanya suatu tindakan untuk membantu siswa-siswi menigkatkan kemampuan berbicara mereka di luar jam sekolah. Program pengabdian ini memiliki dua tujuan utama. Pertama, meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara bahasa Inggris siswa/i melalui pelatihan pidato bahasa Inggris. Kedua, membantu siswa/i agar lebih percaya diri dalam berbicara bahasa Inggris. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah metode sosialisasi, tes, ceramah, pelatihan (workshop), dan bimbingan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan secara tatap muka dengan tetap memperhatikan protokol kesehatan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Teknik pengumpulan data pada kegiatan pengabdian msyarakat ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun keuntungan yang didapatkan dari penggunaan e-commrce dalam melakukan penjualan adalah mempermudah UMKM dalam mengaksesnya, hanya dengan menggunakan ponsel dan sangat berorientasi sosial, serta berbagi foto dan video serta dapat menambahkan deskripsi produk yang menarik agar diminati oleh para komsumen. Hal ini perlu disampaikan kepada masyarakat  dikarenakan tindakan KDRT merupakan urusan intern keluarga dan orang lain tidak perlu ikut campur untuk kemudian dapat melerai atau bahkan melaporkan tindakan KDRT tersebut. Dari kondisi tersebut masyarakat dalam hal ini ibu rumah tangga belum mengetahui bahwa siapa saja yang dapat melaporkan dan selain itu belum mengetahui bentuk kekerasan dalam rumah tangga itu apa saja yang dapat dilaporkan. Sehingga sebagai organisasi yang memiliki kewajiban untuk mengupayakan kesejahteraan keluarga perlu melakukan upaya pencegahan bersama dalam meminimalisir adanya kasus KDRT di lingkungan sekitarnya. Therefore, the author organizes a service program in the form of hydroponic training as a solution to present new economic opportunities while reducing waste in Kalisari village. Banyaknya produsen tahu juga menjadikan banyak limbah yang di hasilkan. Dengan berlangsungnya PPKM dimasa pandemi ini menyebabkan produksi tahu dan pendapatan masyarakat menjadi menurun. Oleh sebab itu penulis menyelenggarakan program pengabdian berupa pelatihan hidroponik sebaga usaha pemberdayaan masyarakat serta solusi untuk menghadirkan peluang ekonomi baru sekaligus mengurangi limbah di desa Kalisari. Adanya pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan minat masyarakat untuk membudidayakan tanaman hidroponik. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan pada hari Jum’at tanggal 13 Agustus 2021 bertempat di pengelolaan hidroponik @djiwatani. Metode yang digunakan pada pelatihan ini adalah wick system dan nutrient film technique system (NFT). The method of service is the descriptive qualitative Tabari Unib with the APTE Model (Needs Analysis, Training, Action, and Evaluation). Community service through the Taman Bacan Rindu Hati (Tabari) Unib tends to have good interest in reading and writing but is still lacking in availability and activities. that happened. Likewise with the illiteracy of only 0.5% who are still illiterate and even then in the elderly community. For this reason, in growing interest in reading and writing, the APTE model (Needs Analysis, Training, Action, and Evaluation) is carried out so as to foster interest in reading and writing in the Rindu Hati community. The outputs of this training are that the literary works called the Antologi Sastra Rindu Hati (Asri) Unib in the form of folklore, poetry, and the origins of the names of places or villages as many as 94 works with ISBN, Tabari Unib at Rumah Gadang and Tabari Unib online.
