The proposed method consists of three parts. Firstly the entropy-based feature selection approach is exploited to reduce the dimension of the input vectors by extracting the important feature attributes, in which the performance of the clustering is improved. Secondly the kernel-based possibilistic C-means (KPCM) clustering algorithm has been run on the selected samples to give out a series of clustering centers, which can represent better the clusters they belong to in high space. Finally, these clustering centers are applied to train RSVM as support vectors. By doing so, we can ensure that the loss of information is minimum. Thanks to chaos theory, these problems can be well solved through reconstructing chaotic phase space. In the paper, deformation behavior and its property such as insane, sensitive dependence on initial conditions were analyzed. Then a new forecasting method based on chaotic phase space reconstruction for nonlinear time series were brought out and applied in the displacement forecasting of surrounding rocks in Tongyu tunnel. Compared with traditional models, this model was proved not only accurate but of less workload, whatpsilas more, easy to handle. Most of the existing methods are based on distance measure. But in case of data stream these methods are not very efficient as computational point of view. Most of the exiting work on outlier detection in data stream declare a point as an outlier/inlier as soon as it arrive due to limited memory resources as compared to the huge data stream, to declare an outlier as it arrive often can lead us to a wrong decision, because of dynamic nature of the incoming data. In this paper we introduced a clustering based approach, which divide the stream in chunks and cluster each chunk using k-mean in fixed number of clusters. Instead of keeping only the summary information, which often used in case of clustering data stream, we keep the candidate outliers and mean value of every cluster for the next fixed number of steam chunks, to make sure that the detected candidate outliers are the real outliers. By employing the mean value of the clusters of previous chunk with mean values of the current chunk of stream, we decide better outlierness for data stream objects. ALOS is a new source of high-resolution satellite data, hence research on the practical methods for ALOS data fusion has great significance in prompting the ALOS data application. Based on the features of ALOS data, some common fusion algorithms are experimented and compared. Results of different fusion methods are analyzed in terms of spatial resolution enhancement and spectral information maintenance.
