An interlingua based machine translation system in Paninian framework was developed in this work. As lexical functional grammar can handle semantic information along with syntactic analysis, the proposed system uses lexical functional grammar in different levels of analysis phase. In this system the given Sanskrit text is first converted to an intermediate notation called interlingua. This notation is then used for mapping to the target language, English, and generates the translated output. The proposed system works in the translation of simple and complex sentences in the given corpus. The two wheeled self balancing robot works on the principle of inverted pendulum concept so it is otherwise referred to as two wheeled inverted pendulum mobile robot. The two WMR is widely used in many applications such as a personal transport system (Segway), robotic wheelchair, baggage transportation and navigation etc. LQR and ISMC are introduced into the system in order to achieve the set point control task. That is the 2 WMR should reach the desired set point and then stops while keeping the balance. Both the controller will track the system but the performance of the controller slows some slight differences. By using the MATLAB simulation, two methods are compared and discussed. The liquid level control in the coupled tank system (CTS) is difficult to incorporate owing to its non-linear characteristics. Furthermore, its physical constraints also pose complexity in its control design and implementation. This paper aims to present in a systemic way the application of model predictive control (MPC) strategy for a coupled tank system (CTS). In this paper, a single-input singleoutput (SISO) system configuration has been considered. This system is comprised of an input flow control valve as the main control of the level of liquid in one tank or both the tanks. For this paper a MPC algorithm is formulated which is described below. It focuses on the modeling and design of the liquid level system. In this paper, we present a novel class of PCGC in which one constituent code satisfies zero syndrome criteria and the other one satisfies non-zero syndrome criteria. Simulation results show that proposed non-zero syndrome PCGC outperforms existing non-zero syndrome PCGC in terms of its bit error rate (BER) performance in Binary Symmetric Channel (BSC). The pump is driven using a brushless dc (BLDC) motor since the BLDC motor is more reliable, having high torque, high efficiency, noise less operation and have reduced size while comparing with the induction motor of same rating. A zeta converter controlled by incremental conductance maximum power point tracking (INC-MPPT) offers a better result for the proposed system over the existing water pumping system. Applications ranging from CCTV surveillance to target detection and tracking using UAVs, there is a wide variety of demand on image processing techniques in terms of computational time and quality. In this scenario, developing generalised algorithms which gives a freedom to user in choosing the trade-off between quality and quick response is a challenging task. In this paper a novel boundary detection algorithm for segregating similar coloured objects in an image is presented, which accommodates a degree of freedom in choosing resolution of object detection to the detection time. This method uses colour based segmentation as preprocessing technique to reduce overall computational complexity. It is independent of the shape (convex or non-convex) and size of the object. Algorithm is developed using Open-CV libraries and implemented for separating similar coloured vehicles from an image of different vehicles on road. The effectiveness of heat exchanger can be maintain by the temperature that will be measured at inlet and outlet of the prototype heat exchanger. The temperature range of the tested heat exchanger is 77 k to 300 k. This paper tells the crucial role of temperature in cryogenic system and describes the process. Various sensors has been placed in the system and different temperature readings has been taken in LabVIEW where it can be monitor and log the varying temperature value of a cryogenic heat exchanger with the help of data acquisition system (DAQ). The notion of cloud computing has not only reshaped the field of distributed systems but also fundamentally changed how businesses utilize computing today. An important issue faced in cloud in all the aspects is to match the needed resources to the consumers/users effectively i.e., with minimum or acceptable response time. A virtual grouping of resources has been done based on grouping of instance families and it resides in service providers. The virtual Machines (VM) offers the appropriate and more flexible way to configure and access the resources. A set of broker agents match consumers' requests to resources from providers. The indoor environment is Doppler sparse, due to slow movement of objects and humans. Thus the Doppler spread becomes negligible. Owing to this fact channel estimation using compressive sensing is used. Conventionally, training symbol based linear channel estimation techniques least squares, minimum mean square error estimation is used in the multiantenna setup. The linear techniques work with the linear combination of multipath symbols and hence computationally complex. Hence in this work, compressive sensing and least square channel estimation techniques are compared with respect to the bit error rate. Comparative analysis indicate compressive sensing achieves the same performance as least square technique with respect to bit error rate however with reduced number of samples. They have wide application in in high precision positioning platforms, high speed trains, Magnetic bearings, vibration isolation systems and wind tunnel levitation systems. Fractional order (FO) controllers are among the nascent solutions for increasing closed-loop performance, robustness and stability assurance. Hence they can be used in Magnetic levitation systems. For the comparison purpose a simple integer order PID controller is designed. The tuning of the controller (FO PID and PID) parameters are done using Particle swarm optimization and Genetic algorithm. The integer order system model is identified to Fractional order using FOMCON toolbox by using an initial guess Fractional Mag-Lev model.
