Development Planning Agency of Southern Sumatera Province (Bappeda Sumsel) is a government institution who implemented a Knowledge Management System called Online Disposition Website. Unfortunately, the system has not been used optimally as the rate of disposition letters produced by the system is less than one percent throughout the year 2016. In this paper, we focus on finding the affecting factors of KMS implementation in Bappeda Sumsel. A survey was spread to 123 employees in Bappeda Sumsel. The research model was adapted from six latent variables of information system success model by DeLone & McLean. We empyol structural equation model to analyze survey result. We found that there is positive influence from system quality and service quality to kms use. Also, we predicate that there is positive influence from knowledge quality, service and KMS use to user satisfaction. Additionally, we found that there is positive influence from kms use dan user satisfaction to net benefit. Success model as a critical part for knowledge management system is analyzed to make sure knowledge management system is well implemented and used by the users.","PeriodicalId":207227,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Advanced Computer Science and Information Systems (ICACSIS)","volume":"88 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123584726","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With the existence of internet network that started to enter the village, it can be utilized by the farmer or village IT team. Therefore, authors try to solve the problem by using gamification in rice information system to make data interesting and profitable for the farmer but also help the government (Bulog, Ministry of Aggriculture, and BPS) in handling farmer aid program transparency and data collection. The authors use life cycle of SSM as a method to map the problem and to choose what mechanic and element we needed to build this gamified system. The purpose of this paper is to discuss how to implement gamification in rice information system, what the stakeholder task, rule, and gamified element could be used to help government for gathering data and promoting e-participation. This paper concluded that the gamification process could be used in rice information system. But for the real-life implementation, it’s still needed support from the government.","PeriodicalId":207227,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Advanced Computer Science and Information Systems (ICACSIS)","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128299506","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In support of institutional operational activities, Institution always strives to provide support of Information and Communication Technology tailored to the needs of work units and technological developments. In 2010, institution did ERP development with SAP BPC (Business, Planning & Consolidation), which the project should be developed in 2009. Based on IT Blue Print that institution builds in year 2017–2020, institution plans to continue developing the SAP BPC to adjust to the needs of the work unit and the development of its application. This research was conducted to identify problem and give recommendation of factors influencing implementation success ERP to avoid recurrence of the same problem in the next project. In preparing for implementation an ERP in an organization, there are several things to note that are critical success factor in implementing an ERP. There is a research from Deloitte which was in 2005, shows that factors from change management are very influential on successful implementation in ERP, which the highest factor are project leadership (87%), deployment (83%), end-user training (70%), end-user communication (53%), end user involvement (50%), and just around 20% which show that cultural factor affect the success of implementation. The existence of this research is expected to help institution in preventing failures in ERP project implementation in the future.","PeriodicalId":207227,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Advanced Computer Science and Information Systems (ICACSIS)","volume":"58 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128430340","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on the fact, it requires correct labelling with multi attributes of an integrated sustainable palm oil downstreaming process of palm oil agroindustry in effort to support appropriate decision in downstreaming palm oil in the whole. In this paper, the result of business process model notation (BMPN) shows that the downstreaming decision form quantitave multilabel classification. The multilabel dimensions consists of technology availability, export taxes, competitive advantage, and product cost attributes. This research main contribution is to produce an integrated decision making rule using the multilabel decision tree or known as Bayesian Chain Classifiers (BCC) method that can classify the palm oil downstream decisions represented as a descriptive model. The result of downstreaming decision making model is obtained by considering four downstream aspects that are classified into multilabel objective and generate selected 11 appropriate decision rules from 139 datasets to provide available alternatives comprehensively for decision making. The rules performance shows an adequate accuracy but good precision, concluding that the approach suit to improve the downstreaming decision.","PeriodicalId":207227,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Advanced Computer Science and Information Systems (ICACSIS)","volume":"49 6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127993651","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However; the intermittent characteristic wind speed in nature over the time and from one location to another makes it hard to estimate the usage factor of wind farms. Therefore, actual long and short duration forecasting of wind speed is necessary for wind power generation system efficiency. In this research, we propose the method to forecast the wind speed data based on weather parameters including, temperature, sea level pressure, dew point, visibility, station pressure, rain intensity, optimum wind speed, maximum temperature, minimum temperature, hail intensity and thunder intensity data. Au parameters were predicted using time series model, then the result of predicted data was implemented to predict the wind speed data. This research implemented radial basis function neural network (RBF NN) to predict the wind speed and the results were compared to univariate time series forecasting and Least Square Support Vector Machine (LS SVM) algorithm. The result experimentally express better forecasting using RBF NN compared to two other models on the measures of MAPE, MSE and correlation coefficient","PeriodicalId":207227,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Advanced Computer Science and Information Systems (ICACSIS)","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128828599","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The Agency of Creative Economy targets to reduce failure rate to 70% because startup delivers numerous contributions to boost the digital economy. In order to achieve the target, a holistic understanding of factors that influence startup’s sustainability becomes a fundamental baseline. This research aims to identify and analyze those factors with the mixed method approach. Literature review and expert judgment are combined to provide the conceptual model with 11 hypotheses in 5 dimensions: Finance, Organization, Product, Market, and External Environment. The research found there are 10 factors identified, 1 factor namely Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is the significant factor influencing business sustainability in the digital startup based on the PLS-SEM result. The complete results have been affirmed by the expert judgment as part of triangulation process. By leveraging those factors, startup can perform the necessary strategies to develop their business and avoid the failure.","PeriodicalId":207227,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Advanced Computer Science and Information Systems (ICACSIS)","volume":"76 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114159829","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One of the problems at the intersection involving the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) is to reduce the utilization of BRT lanes by non-URT vehicles. This paper proposes a formal model of traffic control system for intersection with contraflow lanes for BRT. Based on the traffic regulations and pertinent data concerning typical intersection and contraflow lanes, we design a generic traffic signal controller for four-armed junction with specialized contraflow lanes for BRT. By using LTL formulas that describe a general traffic scenario and informal traffic specifications to check the compliance, we demonstrate that our proposed formal model complies to the traffic regulations and specifications.","PeriodicalId":207227,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Advanced Computer Science and Information Systems (ICACSIS)","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128002000","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
